Ru(bpy)_(3~(2 )) electrochemiluminescence (ECL) was applied to determination of rutin. ECL intensity of Ru(bpy)_(3~(2 ))could be enhanced in the presence of rutin in basic solution on platinum electrode. 采用 ICP-MS、微量蛋白层析分离技术 ,研究了长时间、低剂量混合稀土及短时间、高剂量硝酸镧分别对大鼠及小鼠作用后 ,稀土在鼠肝中的代谢累积及其物种分布 .结果表明 ,鼠肝中各稀土含量随给药剂量的增加而增大 ,其累积速度大小顺序为 La>Ce>Nd>Pr;经柱层析分离未得到与稀土特异结合的鼠肝蛋白 ;稀土可与多种鼠肝蛋白 (包括多种重要的酶 )结合 ,在一定条件下 ,稀土与其结合蛋白可发生解离 相似文献

对比考察了Pt/KL沸石,Pt/Al2O3和载铂铝交联蒙脱土(Pt/Al-CLM)催化剂对不同碳原子数烷烃的芳构化特性.脉冲微反的评价结果表明:Pt/Al-CLM比Pt/Al2O3和Pt/KL具有较高的转化n-C8,n-C9为其对应芳烃的选择性,在转化n-C8时,产物中的间、对位二甲苯收率很高,而转化n-C9时有高的正丙苯收率.采用129Xe-NMR、XRD和孔分布测定考察了Pt/Al-CLM和Pt/KL、Pt/Al2O3之间孔结构的差异.结果表明:由于n-C8,n-C9在反应过程中其过渡态的极限尺寸与Pt/Al-CLM0.9nm左右的层间域相匹配,因而它对n-C8,n-C9具有择形芳构化作用. 相似文献

The secondary reduction in the direct and oxazaborolidine‐catalyzed asymmetric borane reduction of ketones was investigated by the use of GC/MS tracing titration and control experiments. The results indicate that the secondary reduction affects the enantioselectivity only in noncoordinated solvents at low temperature and not under the usual catalytic reduction conditions because the intermediate alkoxyborane is unstable and quickly converts to borane and dialkoxyborane. The function of an alcohol additive in the asymmetric borane reduction of ketones is to consume excess borane in the reduction system thus inhibiting noncatalytic reduction, which leads to increased enantioselectivity in the catalytic reduction. 相似文献

The molecular electrostatic potential (MEP) of the indole molecule was calculated in a three‐dimensional grid in which the molecule was centered at the origin. To evaluate the dependence of MEP on the type of calculation, semiempirical, ab initio, and density functional theory methods with different basis sets were employed. The data matrix generated by these calculations was analyzed by principal component analysis (PCA). The appearance of outliers and the effect of wavefunction modifications such as the introduction of electron correlations and diffuse functions were highlighted by the use of PCA. This paper, for the first time, reports a method that can be used as a highly sensitive probe for singlet oxygen (^1O2) and superoxide anion (O2^-) in vitro or in vivo. FCLA(3,7-dihydro-6-{4-[2-(N‘-(5-fluoresceinyl)thioureido)ethoxy]phenyl}-2-methylimidazo{1,2-a}pyrazin-3-one sodium salt), a chemiluminescence (CL) analysis reagent, has been reported to sensitively react with ^1O2 and O2^- to emit photons with a spectral peak of 525nm. In this work,when human serum albumin (HSA) was added into FCLA solution to enhance the CL intensity,approximately 20 times, compared to that without HSA. The enhanced CL had the same 525 nm spectral peak, identical to that without HSA. By gradually reducing the molecular oxygen content in the solution, we find that the auto-oxidation of oxygen molecules dissolved in the solution plays an important role in the CL process. Based on these experimental evidences, we propose a novel and highly sensitive detection method of ^1O2 and O2^- which may have a great potential in chemical and medical applications. 相似文献
