A Continuous-Wave Ho：YA103 Laser with Output 8.5 W Pumped by a 1.91μm Laser at Room Temperature

A cw high efficient Ho：YAI03 laser pumped by 1.91 μm diode-pumped Tm：YLF laser at room temperature is realized. The maximum output power reaches 8.5 W when the incident pump power is 15.6 W. The slope efficiency is 63.7%, and the Tm：YLF to Ho：YAP optical conversion efficiency is 54.5%. The laser wavelength is 2118.3nm when the transmission of output coupler is 30%. The beam quality factor is M2 -1.39 measured by the traveling knife-edge method.     

Differential Cross Section and Polarization of Radiative Recombination

The formulae of photon angular distribution and polarization degree for radiative recombination are presented to include the contribution of multipoles and their correlations. A fully relativistic code is then developed to calculate the photon angular distribution and polarization. The calculated polarization degree and differential cross-sections agree well with that of Scofild＇s results within 10%. The effects of multipoles on polarization and angular distribution are investigated. The polarization and the angular distribution become asymmetric when the multipoles are accounted as the electron energy increases.     

（2＋1）-Dimensional Envelope Solitons in Nonlinear Magnetic Metamaterials

The dynamics of nonlinear magnetoinductive waves in a two-dimensional monoatomic lattice of Split ring resonators （SRRs） with Kerr nonlinear interaction between nearest neighbors is studied analytically. The soliton excitation genuine of the discreteness and nonlinearity in such a system based on an extended quasidiscreteness approach are obtained.

本文研究了Newman型有理算子逼近|x|的收敛速度,插值结点组X取调整的第二类Chebyshev结点组.利用上界估计得到确切的逼近阶为O 1n2.这个结果优于结点组取作第一、二类Chebyshev结点组、等距结点组和正切结点组.     

顶发射白光OLED器件制备及其色坐标漂移机制研究

采用了高反射率金属Al和电化学性能稳定的金属Mo,在硅基底上制备了多层结构的 Al/Mo/MoO₃阳极,并研究了不同MoO₃厚度下多层阳极的反射率。在此基础上,通过发光层共掺杂制备了顶部发光OLED器件,并对器件发光机制进行了系统研究和分析。实验结果表明：采用发光层共掺杂制备的顶部发光OLED器件的色坐标,随电流密度或电压的增加而发生漂移;OLED器件色坐标漂移的原因是三基色发光强度随电流密度的增加,逐渐偏离了形成白光(0.33, 0.33)所需三基色强度比例值,导致了OLED器件的色坐标发生了漂移,其机制是发光层中主-客之间能量转移和陷阱共同作用的结果。进一步研究发现,在不同电压下,红光发光强度随驱动电压(或电流密度)增大而线性地减小。     

抛物型方程初边值问题解的最大模估计

通过构造合适函数变换的方法,建立n维抛物型方程第二初边值问题古典解的最大模估计,并由此得到该定解问题解的唯一性和稳定性.     

HPLC测定那西肽预混剂中那西肽的含量

建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定那西肽预混剂中那西肽含量。采用Shim-pack vp-ODS色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.025%磷酸水(52∶48),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为241nm,柱温为35℃。那西肽在6.127—36.763μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,线性方程为y=51410x+2418.3,r=0.9996,平均回收率为99.32%,RSD=0.77%。本方法简便、快速、重复性好,可用于那西肽预混剂的质量控制。     

带有不确定参数的一类混沌金融系统的广义投影同步

针对带有不确定参数的一类混沌金融系统,提出了实现驱动系统和响应系统广义投影同步的自适应控制策略,并基于Lyapunov稳定性理论给出和验证了广义投影同步稳定性判据.数值仿真验证了控制策略和理论分析的有效性.     

Influence of different oxidants on band alignment of HfO2 films deposited by atomic layer deposition

Based on X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), influences of different oxidants on band alignment of HfO₂ films deposited by atomic layer deposition (ALD) are investigated in this paper. The measured valence band offset (VBO) value for H₂O-based HfO₂ increases from 3.17 eV to 3.32 eV after annealing, whereas the VBO value for O₃-based HfO₂ decreases from 3.57 eV to 3.46 eV. The research results indicate that the silicate layer changes in different ways for H₂O-based and O₃-based HfO₂ films after annealing process, which plays a key role in generating the internal electric field formed by the dipoles. The variations of the dipoles at the interface between the HfO₂ and SiO₂ after annealing may lead the VBO values of H₂O-based and O₃-based HfO₂ to vary in different ways, which is in agreement with the varition of flat band (V_FB) voltage.     

苯海拉明的拉曼光谱和红外光谱研究

测量并分析了盐酸苯海拉明的红外光谱和拉曼光谱。在Raman光谱中, 1001 cm-1出现一个极强峰, 在1030 cm-1和618 cm-1各有一个中等峰,此外,在红外光谱中, 714 cm-1和757 cm-1附近出现极强的吸收峰,认定这个化合物中存在单取代苯。C-N的对称伸缩振动出现在837 cm-1, 1433 cm-1和1470 cm-1分别为CH2和CH3的变形振动, 在红外光谱中, 1020 cm-1处明显的吸收峰属于C-O-C反对称伸缩振动。此外, 测量得到含量为25 mg苯海拉明药片的拉曼光谱与纯苯海拉明的拉曼峰比较一致, 可作为无损快速检测该药物的手段。
