Solid state reactions of nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds(Ⅰ)——Solid state reactions of 3-methyl-l-phenyl-5-pyrazolone with carbonyl compounds

The solid state reaction of 3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrazolone (MPP) with aromatic aldehydes and ke-tones benzil derivatives and imides,and the solid state Michael addition reaction of MPP with 4-arylidene-3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrnzolone 2 were investigated.Some new solid state reactions between the reactants were found,from which a series of new compounds were obtained The structures of the products were identified by IR,1H NMR,MS,elemental analyses and also by X-ray crystal analysis,and the reaction mechanism of MPP with aromatic aldehydes and ketones was proposed     

Morphological effect on spectral property of poly(9,9-dihexylfluorene-alt-2,5-dihexyloxybenzene) films

In this study the optical property and film morphology of a conjugated polymer, poly(9,9-dihexylfluorene-alt-2,5-dihexyloxybenzene) (PF6OC6), are investigated. It is found that the intensity of the 0-1 emission relative to the 0-0 emission in the PL spectra and the full width at the half-maximum (fwhm) of PL spectra of the PF6OC6 films decrease firstly and then increase with increasing the annealing temperature. The polymer films also exhibit different morphological features after annealing at different temperatures. The optical and morphological results suggest that the vibronic structure of PF6OC6 is closely related to the film morphology, and its formation is enhanced in the amorphous (or less ordered) films and inhibited in the ordered films.

拟薄水铝石/陶瓷胶态加工浆料的流变性能

用拟薄水铝石纳米胶粒分散微米二硼化钛形成固含量为60Wt%的稳定陶瓷浆料,实验考察了拟薄水铝石固含量、二硼化钛固含量、温度对浆料流变性、稳定性的影响,对纳米γ-AlOOH胶粒分散微米TiB2的机制进行了讨论.大小约20nm的γ-AlOOH颗粒相互网联,成为外加微米陶瓷颗粒的骨架.浆料粘度随二硼化钛固含量的增加而增大,温度升高有利于胶体中薄水铝胶团与二硼化钛颗粒的相互作用并促进分散.     

Spectrophotometric determination of thorium in food using 2-(2,5-disulfonic-4-methoxyphenylazo)-7-(2-hydroxyl-5-carboxylphenylazo)-1,8-dihydroxynaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid

A new highly sensitive and selective chromogenic reagent, 2-(2,5-disulfonic-4-methoxyphenylazo)-7-(2-hydroxyl-5-carboxylphenylazo)-1,8-dihydroxynaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid (1), was synthesized and applied to the spectrophotometric determination of trace thorium. In 5 mL of a 6 M perchloric acid medium, which greatly increases the selectivity, thorium reacts with 1 to form a 1: 2 green complex, having a sensitive absorption peak at 670 nm. Under optimal conditions, Beer’s law is obeyed over the range from 0 to 0.8 μg/mL Th(IV) and the apparent molar absorptivity is 2.09 × 10⁵ L/mol cm. It is found that, uranium(VI), Ti(IV), heavy rare earths, and most of other common metal ions do not interfere. The method has been tested on the determination of thorium in food samples with satisfactory results. The text was submitted by the authors in English.     

巯基葡聚糖凝胶分离富集光度法测定镉的研究

研究了在ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００存在下，新显色剂邻羧基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯（ＣＤＡＡ）与镉的显色体系，在ｐＨ１０．６的Ｎａ２Ｂ４Ｏ７－ＮａＯＨ体系中，显色反应灵敏度很高。络合物的最大吸收位于５４５ｎｍ处，其摩尔吸光系数为２．２２×１０＾５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ＾－１·ｃｍ＾－１。镉含量在０￣１２μｇ／２５ｍＬ符合比耳定律。将该体系用于巯基葡聚糖凝胶分离富集－光度法测水样中微量镉，结果令人满意。     

低压催化氚化亮石松碱的定位效应的研究

近年来,中草药有效成分的研究引起国内外有关学者普遍关注。氚标记中草药有效成分是研究其相应的药代动力学和代谢产物的主要手段,它具有操作简便,条件温和等优点,但是一般氚化方法均不能明确给出氚化位置。而研究氚化定位效应又是药理工作者急待解决的重要课题,所以在很大程度上限制了该项技术的使用范围。最近,郑冬珠等人用FX—100型核磁共振谱仪给出了在PdO催化剂存在条件下,低压氚化亮石松碱的氚化位置及其相对含量。本文在前文基础上,以亮石松碱为底物,根据Fraser和Garnett等人提出的氢—氚同位素交换反应动力学理论,采用CNDO/2法,对PdO催化亮石松碱的立体构型讲行了计算,得出一些有意义的结果。     

钇(Ⅲ)-3-噻唑偶氮-5-氨基苯酚络合物的极谱络合吸附波研究

在pH 8.40的NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中,钇与3-噻唑偶氮-5-氨基苯酚络合物有一灵敏的极谱吸附波,其峰电位在-0.67 V(vs.SCE),峰电流与钇的浓度在1×10-7~8×10-4mol/L之间呈线性关系,检出限为8×10-8mol/L;经多种电化学方法证明该波为络合物吸附波,其电极过程为不可逆过程,电子转移数为2,此外还试验了多种离子对峰电流的影响,所拟方法已用于茶叶中钇的测定。     

芦荟中多糖的光度测定新方法

利用正交试验考察了芦荟多糖与刚果红显色反应的最佳条件；研究了麦芽糖糊精等多糖、蔗糖等低聚糖和葡萄糖等单糖对显色反应的影响；建立了简便快速、常见糖类基本无干扰的测定芦荟多糖含量的吸光光度法。对芦荟鲜叶和芦荟制品中的多糖进行分析，加标回收率在92％～96％范围内，相对标准偏差≤5％。     

Rheological Behavior for Mica-filled Polypropylene Composite Melts

The study on rheological properties of a series of mica-filled polypropylene (PP) composites was carried out. The influence of surface-treatment of mica particles on dynamic rheological behavior of the composites were dealt with. The viscosity (η) and dynamic modulus ( G‘ ) of the composite melts were higher than those of PP matrix, especially those for systems treated with silane, which was attributed to the interfacial adhesion enhancement. However, surface-treatment of mica by titanate resulted in lower η and G‘, as compared with the treatment by silane. The reason for this is believed to be the formation of the mono-molecular layer on the mica surface.
