Pt3Co核-Pt壳型纳米粒子的制备及磁性

Pt₃Co alloy nanoparticles were prepared by the reduction of H₂PtCl₆ and Co(OOCCH₃)₂ using NaBH₄ as a reducing agent. The Pt₃Co core-Pt shell nanoparticles (Pt₃Co@Pt) were synthesized using hydrogen absorption reduction and characterized by plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and SQUID magnetometer. The results show that average size of Pt₃Co@Pt nanoparticles is 3.6 nm with a standard deviation of 0.9 nm. Heating Pt₃Co nanoparticles in air at 700 ℃ for 1 h, Co in Pt₃Co nanoparticles was oxidized to Co₃O₄ and CoO; while no oxidation tendency was detected for Pt₃Co@Pt nanoparticles. The crystallize structure of Pt₃Co@Pt changed from the face centered cube (fcc) to the face centered tetragonal (fct) after the heating treatment. The coercivity of the heated Pt₃Co@Pt reached to 276 Oe at room temperature.

烯烃不对称双羟化及其反应机理的研究进展

本文综述了近年来四氧化锇催化烯烃不对称双羟化及其反应机理的研究进展。Sharpless等对烯烃双羟化机理的透彻研究导致了不对称双羟化方法的优化。     

纳米多孔双金属氧化物在镍钛合金纤维上的原位生长及其对多环芳烃的选择性固相微萃取

采用阳极氧化法在镍钛合金(NiTi)纤维上原位生长了双金属氧化物纳米孔(NiTiONPs)涂层,通过扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)考察了电解质组成和电压对形貌的影响。将NiTiONPs涂层的NiTi纤维与高效液相色谱-紫外检测器联用,研究了4种典型芳香分析物的萃取性能。结果表明,富含TiO2的NiTiONPs涂层对多环芳烃(PAHs)具有良好的萃取效率,尤其对苯并[a]芘的萃取选择性优于市售聚二甲基硅氧烷纤维和聚丙烯酸酯纤维。在优化条件下,PAHs的线性范围为0.05~200μg/L,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.012~0.134μg/L。对单支纤维日内和日间分析的相对标准偏差(RSDs)分别为4.0%~5.5%和6.0%~6.8%,使用分批组装的5支纤维分析的RSDs为6.4%~7.6%。实际水样分析的加标回收率为84.5%~111.5%。所制备NiTi纤维至少可重复使用250次以上,重现性好。

Synthesis and antitumor activity of DNA binding cationic porphyrin-platinum(II) complexes

A new series of DNA binding 5,10,15-tri(N-methyl-4-pyridiniumyl)porphyrin (TrisMPyP)-platinum(II) conjugates was synthesized, in which different spacer ligands were used for appropriate coordination to platinum(II) complexes. Compound 9b exhibited in vivo antitumor activity (T/C%, 294) superior to cisplatin (T/C%, 184) against the leukemia L1210 cell line.     

A novel in-plane passive microfluidic mixer with modified Tesla structures

An innovative in-plane passive micromixer using modified Tesla structures, which are used as passive valves, has been designed, simulated, fabricated and successfully characterized in this paper. Simulation and experimental results of the developed novel micromixer have shown excellent mixing performance over a wide range of flow conditions in the micro scale. The micromixer realized in this work has achieved even better mixing performance at a higher flow rate, and its pressure drop is less than 10 KPa at the flow rate of 100 microl min(-1). This micromixer shows characteristics similar to Taylor dispersion, with contributions from both diffusion and convection. The mixer has a diffusion domain region at low flow rate, but it moves to a convection domain region at high flow rate. Due to the simple in-plane structure of the novel micromixer explored in this work, the mixer can be easily realized and integrated with on-chip microfluidic devices and micro total analysis systems (micro-TAS).     

富硒灵芝中一种新含硒蛋白的纯化、性质及其自由基清除活性研究

通过硫酸铵沉淀、离子交换层析和分子排阻层析等方法, 从富硒灵芝中获得了一种新的含硒蛋白, 命名为Se-GL-P, 并研究了此蛋白的性质、抗氧化活性与其硒含量间的关系. 结果表明, 此蛋白的分子量为36600, 分子中约含有19.8%的糖链, N端的氨基酸残基序列为DINGGGATLPQKLYLTPDVL, 属于DING蛋白家族. 硒含量为4.87 mg/g, 具有较高的羟自由基和超氧自由基清除活性. 研究发现, Se-GL-P的抗氧化活性的提高与其中硒含量的提高相关.     

Thermal Emulsion Polymerization without any Conventional Initiators and Emulsifiers

Stable poly(styrene-co-sodium styrene sulfonate) (P(St-NaSS) nanoparticles with broader size distribution were synthesized by thermal emulsion polymerization without any conventional initiators and emulsifiers. The obtained polymer nanoparticles have higher ξ potential, and the particle sizes have broad distribution. The stability of polymer particles originated from the addition of small amounts of ionic comonomer, NaSS, which can act as an emulsifier in somewhat. The monomer conversion could reach up to about 28 wt% in 48 h, and did not increase by further polymerization when higher polymerization temperature (120 ℃) was employed. This polymerization system may be give some further understand for mechanism of emulsion polymerization.     

The Self-catalytic Esterification Reaction of O-Phosphoryl Serine Derivative

O-Phosphoryl serine derivative can perform serf-catalytic esterification reaction in the mixture of CH3OH and CHCl3 at the room temperature. The phosphoryl group participation was the key step of the esterification. This type of reactions were proposed through an intermediate of mixed phosphoric-carboxylic anhydride that might provide a clue to the function of the phosphoryl group in the phosphorylated enzymes and in the prebiotic synthesis of protein.
