A new series of 2-(4-(benzo[d]thiazol-5-ylsulfonyl)piperazin-1-yl)-N-substituted acetamide (5a-5k) compounds have been synthesized, and these compounds were characterized with spectral data like IR, NMR, and Mass spectroscopy. All compounds were evaluated in vitro for their efficacy as antimicrobial against Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogenic bacterial strains such as Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa using ciprofloxacin as a standard and fungal strains like Candida albicans and Aspergillus fumigatus as compared with standard drug Clotrimazole, and Molecular docking study shows that all these compounds were having good to excellent correlation binding energy as compared with binding energy of standard drugs. 相似文献

Titanium dioxide nanoparticles were prepared by a electrochemical reduction method using para-meters such as current density, solvent polarity, distance between electrodes, and concentration of stabilizers to control the size of the nanoparticles. Herein, pleasing the advantageous of both Brønsted and Lewis acidic site of Si-BLAIL the condensation-aromatization reaction has been carried out. The striking distinctiveness of work is optimum reaction condition, easy work-up, high yield, catalyst recyclability, non-inertness of reaction flask, simple catalyst loading method. The decreases in the amount of catalyst and reaction time shows good to high (71%–93%) yield suggests about the involvement of some interesting mechanism such as cooperative catalysis. The mechanism has been hypothesizes as, the Si-BLAIL increase the efficiency of condensation reaction possibly by providing the proton in 2-position of cationic imidazolium ring of BLAIL through the hydrogen bond interaction with carbonyl group and nucleophilic activation during aromatization by hydrogen bond acceptor ability of Lewis adduct anion of BLAIL. The catalyst Si-BLAIL shows massive affirm for industrial applications. The formation of Pd nanoclusters in solution is studied. This system has two types of light-absorbing species: Pd ions which absorb light via electronic transitions and Pd clusters and aggregates which absorb light via valence-conduction transitions and also scatter light due to their nanometric dimensions. Here we monitor these dynamic changes using UV-visible spectroscopy. The reduction and clustering concentration profiles are extracted from the raw data using a combination of net analyte signal (NAS) and principal component analysis (PCA) methods. PdCl2, Pd(OAc)2 and Pd(NO3)2 are used as Pd2+ precursors and various tetra-n-octylammonium carboxylates are applied as reducing and stabilising agents. This in situ approach enables the quantification of both the reduction of the Pd2+ ions and the growth of the Pd clusters. Kinetic models that account for ion reduction, cluster growth and aggregation are presented and the influence of the counteranions and the reducing agents on these processes is discussed. 相似文献
