Effects of CO2 laser pretreatment on drought stress resistance in wheat   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
In order to determine the role of laser in drought stress resistance of spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), seed embryos were exposed to CO2 laser radiation for 0min, 1min, 3min and 5min, respectively, and when the seedlings were 12 days old they were treated with 10% (w/v) PEG6000 solution for 10 days. Changes in the concentration of malondialdehyde (MDA), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), glutathione (GSH), ascorbate (AsA), oxidized glutathione (GSSG), carotenoid, zeaxanthin, the production rate of superoxide radical (O2(-)), the activities of ascorbate peroxidase (APX), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione reductase (GR), glutathione peroxidase (GP), glutathione-S-transferase (GST) and the growth parameters of seedlings (plant height, leaf area and dry weight) were measured to test the effects of laser pretreatment. The results showed that suitable laser pretreatment of embryos enhanced drought stress resistance in wheat seedlings by decreasing the concentration of MDA and H2O2, GSSG, the production rate of O2(-), leaf area and increasing the activities of APX, GST, GP and POD and AsA, carotenoid and zeaxanthin concentration. It is suggested that those changes in MDA, O2(-) H2O2, anti-oxidative enzymes and anti-oxidative compounds were responsible for the increase in drought stress resistance observed in the experiments. The results also showed that the laser had a long-term positive physiological effect on the growth of drought stress seedlings. This is the first investigation reporting the use of CO2 laser pretreatment to enhance drought stress resistance of spring wheat.  相似文献

Unsymmetrical dimesogenic compounds with cholesteryl and 4-(trans-4-n-alkylcyclohexyl)phenoxy parts were synthesized by condensation of cholester-3-yl 6-bromohexanoate with appropriate 4-(trans-4-n-alkylcyclohexyl)- phenols. Structures and thermal phase behaviour of these dimesogenic compounds have been confirmed by IR, IH NMR, elemental analysis, DSC, polarity microscopy and XRD measurements. Their thermal phase behaviour was significantly different with that of other cholesterol-based dimesogens while they exhibited low and wide phase transition temperature.  相似文献

Four para-dialkylaminophenyl (PDAAP1-PDAAP4) bearing carboxyl groups were studied for application to the dye-sensitized solar cells (DSC). It was found the short spacer CH2 between carboxyl and dialkylaminophenyl chromophore in PDAAP3 and PDAAP4 led to highly efficient monochromatic incident photon-to-current conversion efficiencies (IPCE), however the long alkyl group C4H9 attached on aniline moieties in PDAAP2 and PDAAP4 favored improvement of open-circuit photovoltage. Thus, the solar cell sensitized by PDAAP4, having both short carboxyl groups CH2COOH and long alkyl groups C4H9, exhibited the IPCE maximum of 73% at 670 nm and overall energy conversion efficiency η of 3.06%, representing the highest IPCE and η values so far in dialkylaminophenyl-based organic dye-sensitized semiconductor solar cells. Taking advantage of the highly efficient sensitizing ability of PDAAP4 in far-red region, the data of IPCE above 630 nm of the solar cells were improved greatly by cosensitization with both N3 and PDAAP4. The influences of the TiO2 film thickness and the concentration of 4-tert-butylpyridine (TBP) in electrolyte were also investigated.  相似文献

The high-quality tubular titania MF membranes are successfully prepared by dip-coating techniques and systematically investigated with regard to their corrosive resistances. The experiments show that dispersants PAA and anatase powder were preferably employed to prepare desired suspensions with solid loading 10–15 wt.% and that suspensions properties significantly affect the final membranes quality. The titania MF membranes with pure water permeability 742.42 l m−2 h−1 bar−1 and 0.1 μm pore diameter have been obtained using the prepared suspensions. The corrosion resistance of titania membranes exhibits that the anatase layers are more stable than the alumina supports in boiling corrosive medium and that the poor quality titania MF membranes become more deteriorated due to its top layer pore blockages and fouling layer formation, which provides a wide range of practical application fields in very hash environments with reliable data supports.  相似文献

在pH 5.0的柠檬酸盐缓冲溶液及0.15 mol·L-1KCl底液中,维生素B1在-1.40 V处出现灵敏的极谱波,据此提出了测定保健食品中维生素B1的快速而灵敏的示波极谱法.在pH4.7~5.2的范围内,可得到对称的二阶导数峰.峰电流(ip)与维生素B1浓度在0.1~8.0 mg·L-1间呈线性关系,其检出限为0.078 mg·L,连续测定6天,每天测定6次,对方法的精密度作了检验,所得结果的日内RSD值小于4.78%,日间RSD值为5.76%,回收率的测得值在92.0%及107.2%之间,对五种保健食品,用此法及国家标准法分别测定,所得分析结果用t-检验法进行检验,表明相互间无显著差异(t=1.76,P>0.05).  相似文献

选用了变质程度不同的八种煤和三种不同分子量的聚对苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS)添加剂,详细考查了该添加剂的分子量对水煤浆浆体性质的影响。结果发现,在考查PSS相对分子量的范围内(质均分子量为5.34×104~33.39×104),八种煤的水煤浆成浆性随着分子量的增大而增加,水煤浆成浆性与PSS添加剂的平均分子量的关系可归因于添加剂在煤粒上的吸附,分子量小的PSS在煤粒上的吸附量大于分子量大的PSS;PSS分子量的增加有利于水煤浆的流变性由胀性向假塑性转变;PSS分子量的增加使水煤浆的静态稳定性得到显著的改善。  相似文献

The rapid detection of pathogenic bacteria is extremely important in biotechnology and clinical diagnosis. CE has been utilized in the field of bacterial analysis for many years, but to some extent, simultaneous separation and identification of certain microbes from complex samples by CE coupled with UV detector is still a challenge. In this paper, we propose a new strategy for rapid separation and identification of Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) in bacterial mixtures by means of specific mAb-coated latex coupled with CZE. An appropriate set of conditions that selectively isolated S. aureus from the microorganisms Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Klebsiella pneumoniae were established. S. aureus could be differentiated from the others by unique peaks in the electropherograms. The validity was also confirmed by LIF with antibodies specific to both the latex and the microbial cells. The LOD is as low as 9.0 x 10(5) colony forming unit/mL. We have also utilized this technology to identify S. aureus in a stool sample coming from a healthy volunteer spiked successfully with S. aureus. This CZE-UV technique can be applied to rapid diagnosis of enteritis caused by S. aureus or other bacterial control-related fields needing rapid identification of target pathogens from microbial mixtures. In theory, this method is suitable for the detection of any bacterium as long as corresponding bacterium-specific antibody-coated latex is available.  相似文献

Within density functional theory with the general gradient approximation for the exchange and correlation, the bimetallic clusters AuPt and Au(6)Pt have been studied for their structure and reactivity. The bond strength of AuPt lies between those of Au(2) and Pt(2), and it is closer to that of Au(2). The Pt atom is the reactive center in both AuPt and AuPt(+) according to electronic structure analysis. AuPt(+) is more stable than AuPt. Au(6)Pt prefers electronic states with low multiplicity. The most stable conformation of Au(6)Pt is a singlet and has quasi-planar hexagonal frame with Pt lying at the hexagonal center. The doping of Pt in Au cluster enhances the chemical regioselectivity of the Au cluster. The Pt atom essentially serves as electron donor and the Au atoms bonded to the Pt atom acts as electron acceptor in Au(6)Pt. The lowest triplet of edge-capped rhombus Au(6)Pt clusters is readily accessible with very small singlet-triplet energy gap (0.32 eV). O(2) prefers to adsorb on Au and CO prefers to adsorb on Pt. O(2) and CO have stronger adsorption on AuPt than they do on Au(6)Pt. CO has a much stronger adsorption on AuPt bimetallic cluster than O(2) does. The adsorption of CO on Pt modifies the geometry of AuPt bimetallic clusters.  相似文献

A molecular design was performed for the caged molecule (CH)8: the replacement of CH groups by N atoms to increase the content of N as well as reduce the content of H. A series of caged molecules were obtained: (CH)xN(8-x) (0 < or = n < or = 8). The studied aspects are as follows: (i) molecular geometries and electronic structures, (ii) the analysis of the electronic structure using natural bond orbital (NBO) and atoms in molecules (AIM), and (iii) some physicochemical properties of studied molecules, such as the dipole moments, IR vibrational spectra, NMR chemical shifts, heats of formation, and relative specific impulses, were provided. Our studies show that these molecules should be a kind of potential and novel energetic material. Our work provides some useful information for the experimental study of these molecules. The effect of the substitution of N atoms for CH groups on the properties of this kind of caged molecule is presented.  相似文献
