双邻苯二酚锑二甲基羟乙铵的晶体结构

含锑配合物是治疗血吸虫病、肿瘤等的常用药物,我们曾对双邻苯二酚锑二乙基羟乙胺进行了晶体结构测定,本文简要报导双邻苯二酚锑二甲基羟乙胺的结构.锑化合物的制法与其二乙基羟乙铵衍生物类似.产物为淡黄色晶体,它在水溶液中长时间放置会变成紫黑色,因此,制得的晶体须立即用丙酮溶解进行重结晶.晶体的密度为1.667g/cm~3.按C_(16)H_(20)O_5NSb的元素分析结果(％)如下:Sb 28.3(28.5),C 43.9(44.9),N 3.3(3.3),H 4.7(4.7).括号内为理论值.     

Zircon SHRIMP age of Mesoarchaean meta-argilloarenaceous rock in the Anshan area and its geological significance

In order to better understand the early continental evolution of the Anshan area, one ofthe typical Precambrian distribution areas of the North China Craton, the geochronology and REEcomposition of the zircons from the meta-argillo-arenaceous rock occurred as enclave in 3.1 GaLishan trondhjemite are studied by using SHRIMP ll ion microprobe. It is indicated that the Pa-leoarchaean is a very important continental formation period in the Anshan area and 3.2 Ga can beregarded as the boundary between the Paleoarchaean and Mesoarchaean.     

The Purification and Rapid Identification of Heavy Metal-binding Peptides of Water Hyacinth

This paper studies the rapid identification of heavy metal-binding peptides (phytochelatin) by taking Water Hyacinth as a model plant. Plants were cultured in water containing 2 μg/ml Cd2+ for 13 days. The Sephadex G-50 chromatography of root extract under low salt concentration (0. 01 mol/L PBS) gave a Cd-binding peak with MW of 10 ,000 determined by SEC HPLC. After oxidation with performic acid, its SEC HPLC molecular weight decreased to below 1300 and the reverse phase HPLC showed one peptide peak, whose amino acid composition is the same as that of the sample never undertaking oxidation, and (Glu/Gln):Cys:Gly=2:2:1. According to the general structure of phytochelatin (γ-Glu-Cys)n-Gly, n is 2 in this case. The protocol including the sequential steps of Sephadex G-50 chromatography→performic acid oxidation→reverse phase HPLC→amino acid analysis is a rapid and effective method to identify the existence of phytochelatin and determine its values of n.     

电子自旋共振准三维图象的重建方法

根据投影切片原理, 设计了一个简单而有效的ESR图象重建算法和程序, 可利用样品的一集ESR谱, 方便地绘制出样品在某截面的自旋密度立体轮廓图、等值图和散点密度分布图等, 为分析和研究自旋密度的分布及其性质, 提供了直观依据。作为应用, 文中给出了石英杜瓦受紫外光辐照后产生的局部晶格缺陷——F心的空间分布图, 图中清楚表明, F心的浓度与辐照方向和辐照强度的密切关系, 与试验结果完全相符。     

Molecular Spectroscopic Study on the Interaction between Heparin and Neutral Red

The interaction between heparin and neutral red was investigated by molecular spectroscopic methods. The change of all spectra suggested that positively charged neutral red had interacted with negatively charged heparin. The study of influence factors indicated that electrostatic force and hydrophobic bond might be involved in the interaction. The total binding number per disaccharide unit and intrinsic binding constant were obtained using Scatchard model.     

A Novel Green Preparation of a, a''''-Bis (substituted benzylidene)-cycloalkanones Promoted by FeCl_3 6H-2O in Ionic Liquid

a, a'-Bis(substituted benzylidene)cycloalkanones were efficiently prepared from cycloalkanones and benzaldehydes in [bmim][BF4] by using iron(III) chloride hexahydrate as a catalyst. It is shown that [bmim][BF4] and iron(III) chloride hexahydrate can be quantitatively recovered and be reused effectively for many times. Compared with the known methods, this novel process has the advantage of being an envkonmentally benign process together with good yields and mild reaction conditions.     

二、三分枝甘露糖簇衍生物的合成

采取一种有效途径合成了二、三分支的甘露糖簇分子．甘露糖经烯丙苷化、乙 酰基保护后，将其烯丙基的双键氧化得到带有羧基连接臂的甘露糖衍生物，然后再 分别与l，6-己二胺和三(2-氨乙基)胺进行缩合反应，最后脱掉保护基，得到二分 枝甘露糖簇化合物6和三分枝甘露糖簇化合物8．

An alternative method for anomeric deacetylation of fully acetylated carbohydrates has been developed using imidazole in methanol.     

酚醛型吸附树脂对水体系中吡啶和N,N-二甲基苯胺的吸附性能研究

研究了酚醛型吸附树脂在水体系中对吡啶和N，N-二甲基苯胺的静态和动态吸附行为．结果表明，在水中树脂对吡啶和N，N-二甲基苯胺的吸附主要以疏水吸附机理进行；吸附吡啶和N．N-二甲基苯胺的初始阶段，即达到38．3～48．9％平衡吸附时，吸附速率数据和半经验速率方程很吻合：酚醛型吸附树脂等温吸附吡啶和N，N-二甲基苯胺的平衡吸附数据符合Langmuir方程，相关系数在0．99以上，酚醛型吸附树脂吸附吡啶和N，N-二甲基苯胺属单分子层吸附：用80％的乙醇溶液作洗脱剂来洗脱吸附吡啶已达饱和的JDW-2树脂，效果是很理想的．在3．6个床体积内洗脱率达91．52％，4．8个床体积内洗脱率达到94．85％。表明酚醛型吸附树脂具有优良的洗脱性能．     

红外碳硫分析仪所用瓷坩埚的重复使用

美国Leco CS-344红外碳硫分析仪，具有操作简便、快速、分析结果准确等特点。由于生产中只要求分析试样中的碳，根据红外碳硫分析仪的特点，以及分析试样后的氧化渣有助熔的特效，进行了瓷坩埚重复使用的试验工作。通过试验，证明瓷坩埚在一定条件下可以重复使用5次之多，且可减少助溶剂的用量，在一定程度上还能提高分析质量。
