Deposition of Layer－by－layer Inorganic－organic Nano－hybrid Ultrathin Films onto SBA－15

Deposition of inorganic-organic nano-hybrid ultrathin films onto mesoporous silicate materials has been proven possible by using layer-by-layer assembly method. In combination with sol-gel method, titania, subsequently dye molecules (or polymer) were successfully fabricated onto the inner wall of SBA-15. Their structures were preliminarily characterized by FTIR and solid-state UV-Vis spectroscopy, thermal analysis, and BET surface area measurements,respectively.

Studies of a new series of ion-pair complexes [Mo(dtc)_4][Ln(dtc)_4] (Ln=La-Er,exp.Pm)

A new series of ion-pair complexes [Mo(dtc)4][Ln(dtc)4] (Ln=La-Er, exp. Pm) were synthesized from MoCl5, LnCl3 and Nadtc in anhydrous methanol. The crystal structures of the four complexes, [Mo(dtc)4][Ln(dtc)4] (Ln=Nd, Sm, Ho and Er) have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Spectroscopic properties of all these complexes are also discussed here.     

透射电镜薄样品倾转过程中的附加旋转及其计算

模拟透射电镜双倾台进行样品位向调整过程,推导出反映样品倾转前后其合成倾转轴(即共有菊池线对的法线)方向变化规律的计算公式,称为附加旋转角计算公式。指出,实现样品位向调整的双倾操作,等效于样品绕其合成倾转轴的倾转及该倾转轴绕Z轴(平行入射束方向)的旋转之和。利用双倾台对薄膜样品进行的系列倾转实验表明,由附加旋转角公式计算的附加旋转角和实测值相一致。还根据双倾操作过程导出了合成倾转角的计算公式,它可用于判断样品位向调整的准确度。     

Michael Addition of Thiols to á,(a)-Unsaturated Carbonyl Compounds Catalyzed by Bifunctional Organocatalysts:Asymmetric Michael Addition and Asymmetric Protonation

Recently the hydrogen-bond activated reactions have attracted much attention.1 Takemoto2 reported a highly enantioselective Michael addition of manolate to nitroolefins catalyzed by a bifunctional organocatalyst with tertiary amine and thiourea moiety. As we known,stereoselective conjugate additions of thiols are interesting due to the standpoint of biological and synthetic importance, however, only very limited good results have been obtained except for the works of Shibasaki3, Kanemasa4 and Deng5 et al.In this letter, we report an efficient catalytic asymmetric Michael reactions of thiols to a,a-unsaturated carbonyl compounds promoted by bifunctional organocatalysts. A series of organocatalysts with chiral amine and thiourea structures were designed and synthesized and have been successfully applied in the conjugated additions of thiols to a,a-unsaturated imides and enones.The reactions got quantitative yields and the ee values were up to 84%. It is noteworthy that the a-asymmetric protonation (up to 43% ee) also could be achieved.The Michael addition between aromatic thiols and a,a-unsaturated carbonyl compounds isdescribed as follows:Works to further increase the enantioselectivity is under investigation in our laboratory.

Reactions de photoaddition de benzo[b]selenophenes avec l'acetylene dicarboxylate de methyle et avec le dichloro-1,2 ethylene

Photoirradiated in presence of acetophenone, benzo[b]selenophene and its 3-methyl derivative add to dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate. In each ease, the primary reaction product is unstable and has not been isolated. Photoexeited in its triplet state (the energy of which is in the neighbourhood of 69 $\text{kcal}\text{mole}$) benzo[b]selenophene and its 2- and 3-methyl, 2,3 dimethyl, 3 acetoxy and 2-methyl-3-acetoxy derivatives add to 1,2 dichloroethylene leading to cyclobutanes. Neither cyclo-addition occurs in absence of photosensitiser. Single-crystal X-ray analysis gave the structures of the two adducts of 3-acetoxybenzo[b]selenophene with trans-1,2-dichloroethylene. In both compounds the chlorine atoms are trans.

来用连续加料法,以二元醇-KOH为引发剂合成一组不同组成的环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷无规共聚醚,并用核磁共振、红外光谱、示差扫描量热计和热失重等方法对其本体聚合物,用浊点和表面张力测定的方法对其水溶液,进行系统的表征。     

Interactions between hen egg-white lysozyme, PEG2,000, and PLA50 at the air-water interface

In this paper, we compared the efficiency of polymer films, made of a poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG2,000)/poly(d,l-lactide) (PLA50) mixture, or a PEG2,000-PLA50 copolymer, to prevent adsorption of a model protein, the hen egg-white lysozyme (HEWL), at the air-water interface. This was achieved by analyzing the surface pressure/surface area curves, and the X-ray reflectivity data of the polymer films spread on a Langmuir trough, obtained in absence or in presence of the protein. For both the mixture and the copolymer, the amount of protein adsorbed at the air-water interface decreases when the density of the polymer surface coverage increases. It was shown that even in a condensed state, the polymer film made by the mixture can not totally prevent HEWL molecules to adsorb and penetrate the polymer mixed film, but however, protein molecules would not be directly exposed to the more hydrophobic phase, i.e. the air phase. It was also shown that the configuration adopted by the copolymer at the interface in its condensed state would prevent adsorption of HEWL molecules for several hours; this would be due in particular to the presence of PEG segments in the interfacial film.     

Synthesis of Polyacrylaminothiourea Chelating Fiber and Properties of Concentration and Separation of Trace Noble Metal Ions from Samples

A novel polyacrylaminothiourea chelating fiber was synthesized simply and rapidly from nitrilon (an acrylonitrile-based synthetic fiber), which was applied to preconcentrate and separate of trace amount of Au(Ⅲ）,Pt(Ⅳ）,Pd(Ⅳ） and Ir (Ⅳ） ions from solution of samples.The analyzed ions can be quantitatively concentrated by the fiber up to a flow rate of 20.0mL/min at pH2, and can also be desorbed with 15 mL of 4mol/L HCl 3% thiourea from the fiber column with recoveries of 96.5%-100%.The chelating fiber can be reused for ten times,the recoveries of these ions are still over 92%,and hundred to thousand times of excess of Fe(Ⅲ）,Al（Ⅲ）,Ca(Ⅱ），Mg（Ⅱ）,Ni(Ⅱ）,Mn（Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ），Zn(Ⅱ），and Cd(Ⅱ） cause no interference on the determination of the analyzed ions by inductively-coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES).The static saturation adsorption capacities of the fiber for the analytes are in the range of 1.15-2.80mmol/g.The relative standard deviations for the determination of 20.0ng/mL each of Au(Ⅲ）,Pt(Ⅳ）,Pd(Ⅳ）and Ir(Ⅳ） are in the range of 0.7%-3.0%.The recoveries for test from standard additions to real solution samples are between 96% and 100%.The concentration of each ion in powder sample detected by the method is in good agreement with the certified value.
