Summary Beryllium has been determined with cupferron by precipitating the metal at pH 5.8. The complex can be weighed directly as Be (C6H5O2N2)2 containing 3.18% of the metal after drying at 110°C. The metal has also been separated with cupferron masking iron (III), aluminium, cerium, thorium, copper, nickel, cobalt, zinc and cadmium with EDTA The beryllium content of beryl has been determined in the same way.
Zusammenfassung Zur Bestimmung von Beryllium wird mit Kupferron bei pn 5,8 gefällt und der Komplex Be (C6H5O2N2)2 (mit 3,18% Be) nach Trocknen bei 110°C direkt ausgewogen. Eisen(III), Aluminium, Cer, Thorium, Kupfer, Nickel, Kobalt, Zink und Cadmium können mit ÄDTA maskiert werden. Auf diese Weise wurde auch der Be-Gehalt von Beryll bestimmt.相似文献

The adsorption of 2-amino-4-methylbenzothiazole (2-AMBT) on colloidal silver particles has been investigated by a surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) study. The SERS spectra of the 2-AMBT molecule at varied adsorbate concentrations recorded in different time domains are compared with its Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrum and normal Raman spectrum (NRS) in the bulk and in solution. The experimentally observed SERS spectra are compared with the theoretically modeled surface complexes using ab initio restricted Hatree-Fock (RHF) and density functional theory (DFT) calculations. The most favorable adsorptive sites of the 2-AMBT molecule have been estimated by natural population analysis (NPA) using the above-mentioned high level of theories. The enhancement of the in-plane modes together with the appearance of Ag-N stretching frequency at 215 cm(-1) indicates that the 2-AMBT molecule is adsorbed on the silver surface through the lone pair electrons of both nitrogen atoms with the molecular plane nearly vertical to the surface. 相似文献

While a sticking plasteris enough for healing of most of the minor cuts they may get routinely, critical situations like surgical, gunshot, accidental or diabetic wounds;lacarations and other cutaneous deep cuts may require implants and simultaneous medications for healing. From the biophysical standpoint, an internal force-based physical surface stimulusis crucial for cellular sensing during wound repair. In this paper, the authors report the fabrication of a porous, biomimmetically patterned silk fibroin scaffold loaded with ampicillin, which exhibits controlled release of the drug along with possible replenishment of the same. In vitro swelling study reveals that the scaffolds with hierarchical surface patterns exhibit lower swelling and degradation than other types of scaffolds. The scaffolds, that show remarkable broad–spectrum antibacterial efficacy, exhibit Korsemeyer–Peppas model for the ampicillin release patterns due to the structural hydrophobicity imparted by the patterns. Four distinct cell-matrix adhesion regimes are investigated for the fibroblasts to eventually form cell sheets all over the hierarchical surface structures. 4',6–diamidino–2–phenylindole (DAPI) and Fluorescein Diacetate (FDA) fluorescent staining clearly demonstrate the superiority of patterned surface over its other variants. A comparative immunofluorescence study among collagen I, vinculin, and vimentin expressions substantiated the patterned surface to be superior to others. 相似文献
