A large number of nanostructures have the potential to be used together with electrophoresis as separation media or separation additive in capillary electrophoresis, micellar electrokinetic chromatography, capillary electrochromatography, and other analytical techniques. Among those structures are nanotubes, nanocavities, nanowires, nanoposts, nanocones, nanospheres, molecular imprints, nanoparachutes (conical monodendrons), and general nanoparticles with random structures. This review is focused only on publications describing experimental works using molecular imprints, nanoposts, and nanospheres that are fabricated and applied for the purpose of separation media in electrophoresis-driven separations. The review follows an approximate chronological order in each section. As shown, the most popular are those resulting from molecular imprinting technologies. These biomimetic receptors are used in a great variety of fields, which includes electrophoresis, micellar electrokinetic chromatography, capillary electrochromatography, and other fields not reviewed in this work. A few examples of these other fields are, e.g., liquid chromatography, membranes, extractor or preconcentration techniques, immunosorbent assays, and sensing devices. The second topic scanned in the present work is the nanostructures that are used as obstacles to replace gels or polymers solutions in electrophoresis. Finally, the nascent field of nanospheres of gold and other materials as separation media is also reviewed.  相似文献

A gas-phase electron-diffraction study of the product of rearrangement of N,N-dichloro-perfluoroaniline has assisted in establishing it to be the N-chloroimine, I, rather than the azepine, II. The molecule is found to be planar apart from atoms Cl13 and F14. The detailed dimensions shown in Fig. 2 were obtained by least-squares refinements in which several structural constraints were applied to reduce the total number of independent parameters. Of particular interest is the evidence for overcrowding around the CN bond: ∠N7C1C2 = 128°, ∠C18N7C1 = 126°, ∠N7C1C6 = 118° ; the distance C18 β F9 is 2.73 Å.  相似文献

1-Hydrazino-2-propanol reacts with aliphatic carbonyl compounds to form the corresponding (2-hydroxypropyl)hydrazones. 1-(N-Alkylhydrazino)-2-propanols, on the other hand, give tautomeric mixtures of alkyl-substituted perhydro-1,3,4-oxadiazines and N-alkyl-N-(2-hydroxypropyl)hydrazones. A method is described for evaluating multicenter integrals over contracted gaussian-type orbitals by the use of gaussian expansion of orbital products. The expansions are determined by the method of non-linear least squares with constraints. There is no restriction upon the symmetry of the orbital product and the method is applicable to all products arising from s, p and d-type orbitals. It has been shown by the EPR method that the thermal decomposition of bis-(1, 3, 5-tri-tert-butyl-cyclohexadien-2, 5-one)-peroxide (I) into 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-butoxyphenoxyl radicals (II) in xylene solution at 80–100 C follows first order kinetics. The transfer of hydrogen from the molecule of diphenylamine (DPA) and 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol (ionol) to the radicals of (II) formed by the decomposition of (I) has been established and investigated.The diphenylnitrogen (DPN) radicals formed by the thermal dissociation of tetraphenylhydrazine (TPH) in organic solvents at 100 C split a hydrogen atom from the hydroxyl group of sterically hindered phenols, leading to the formation of the corresponding phenoxyl radicals.  相似文献

Data for the characteristic bands of cyclic ethers are reviewed. The infrared spectra of a number of 2-mono- and 2, 5-di-substituted derivatives of tetrahydrofuran are investigated. Absorption bands at about 900 cm−1 are related to pulsation vibrations, and those at about 1200 cm−1 to antisymmetric skeletal vibrations, of the tetrahydrofuran ring. It is shown that to confirm the presence of a tetrahydrofuran ring in a molecule, it is necessary to take into account not only the band of valence antisymmetric vibrations of the group C-O-C (ν C-O-C as 1075 cm−1), but also bands due to ring pulsation vibrations (ring symmetric valence vibrations ν sk s ∼ 900 cm1).  相似文献

The use of corticosteroids in combination with other hormonal substances has long been known to result in increased mass gain with bovines. Practice has demonstrated, however, that even the single use of a glucocorticoid may result in growth promoting effects. In addition to the popular dexamethasone, more recently other corticosteroids have also been misused for fattening purposes. The first part of this study deals with the detection of two of them, namely betamethasone and triamcinolone acetonide. Betamethasone was administered orally to a cow at a dose of 50 mg d-1 for 5 d, then later the same cow was injected intramuscularly with a dose of 50 mg of betamethasone dipropionate. Excretion in urine and faeces was followed with both HPLC-enzyme immunoassay and a previously described method based on negative chemical ionization mass spectrometry (NCI-MS) after oxidation. For the triamcinolone acetonide study a cow was treated with 50 mg d-1 of the drug during a 7 d period. Excretion in faeces was followed with GC-NCI-MS. As triamcinolone acetonide is resistant to the previously described oxidation procedure, however, a hydrolysis step had to be introduced prior to oxidation. In addition to this specific modification necessary for triamcinolone acetonide, in a subsequent part of this study the original oxidation procedure with pyridinium chlorochromate was re-investigated especially to shorten the procedure. With the introduction of potassium dichromate the reaction time could be decreased from 3 h to 10 min.  相似文献

During research on model molecular compounds for synthetic polyamides, the crystal structure of N,N′ di n-hexyladipamide (NNDHA) has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to a final R value of 0.054. The molecule has an all-trans planar conformation. The packing consists of layers of molecules linked by hydrogen bonds in c direction. Molecular structure and packing resemble closely those reported for polyhexamethylenadipamide (nylon 6,6).  相似文献

The effect of substituted hydroxybenzophenone, benzotriazole and organic metal complexes on the photooxidation of PP films has been studied. It has been established that NiDBTC added in 1.0 wt. % is the most effective photostabilizer.While in the case of other stabilizers there is a slight increase in the Co content even during the induction period, with the application of NiDBTC practically no oxidation can be observed before the stabilizer completely disappears. This means that NiDBTC inhibits the photooxidation of the polymer even in low concentration.
