Two series of DiSpiroFluorene-IndenoFluorene (DSF-IF) positional isomers, namely dispiro[2,7-diarylfluorene-9',6,9',12-indeno[1,2-b]fluorenes], (1,2-b)-DSF-IFs 1 and dispiro[2,7-diarylfluorene-9',6,9',12-indeno[2,1-a]fluorenes], (2,1-a)-DSF-IFs 2 have been synthesized. These violet-to-blue fluorescent emitters possess a 3π-2spiro architecture, which combines via two spiro links two different indenofluorene cores, that is, (1,2-b)-IF or (2,1-a)-IF and 2,7-substituted-diaryl-fluorene units. Due to their different geometric profiles, the two families of positional isomers present drastically different properties. The marked difference observed between the properties of (1,2-b)-DSF-IF (1) and (2,1-a)-DSF-IF (2) is discussed in terms of intramolecular π-π interactions occurring in (2,1-a)-DSF-IF (2) leading to conformationally-controllable intramolecular excimer formation. Indeed, the original geometry of the (2,1-a)-DSF-IF (2) family, with face-to-face "aryl-fluorene-aryl" moieties, leads to remarkable excimer emission through intramolecular π-π interactions in the excited state. Furthermore, the emission wavelengths can be gradually modulated by the control of the steric hindrance between the adjacent substituted phenyl rings. Thus, through a comparative and detailed study of the (1)H NMR, electrochemical and photophysical properties of DSF-IFs 1 and 2, we have evidenced the intramolecular π-π interactions occurring between the two "aryl-fluorene-aryl" moieties in the ground state and in the excited state. These properties have been finally correlated to the spectacular conformational change modeled by density functional theory (DFT) calculations. The influence of interdigital multilamination micromixer characteristics on monomer conversions, molecular weights and especially on the polydispersity index of block copolymers synthesized continuously in two microtube reactors is investigated. The micromixers are used to mix, before copolymerization, a polymer solution with different viscosities and the second monomer. Different geometries of micromixer (number of microchannels, characteristic lengths) have been studied. It was found that polydispersity indices of the copolymers follow a linear relationship with the Reynolds number in the micromixer, represented by a form factor. Thus, beside the operating conditions (nature of the first block and comonomer flow rate), the choice of the micromixer geometry and dimension is essential to control the copolymerization in terms of molecular weights and polydispersity indices. This linear correlation allows the prediction of copolymer features. It can also be a new method to optimize existing micromixers or design other geometries so that mixing could be more efficient. 相似文献

Assessment of liver fibrosis is of paramount importance to guide the therapeutic strategy in patients with chronic hepatitis
C (CHC). In this pilot study, we investigated the potential of serum Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy for differentiating
CHC patients with extensive hepatic fibrosis from those without fibrosis. Twenty-three serum samples from CHC patients were
selected according to the degree of hepatic fibrosis as evaluated by the FibroTest: 12 from patients with no hepatic fibrosis
(F0) and 11 from patients with extensive fibrosis (F3–F4). The FTIR spectra (ten per sample) were acquired in the transmission
mode and data homogeneity was tested by cluster analysis to exclude outliers. After selection of the most discriminant wavelengths
using an ANOVA-based algorithm, the support vector machine (SVM) method was used as a supervised classification model to classify
the spectra into two classes of hepatic fibrosis, F0 and F3–F4. Given the small number of samples, a leave-one-out cross-validation
algorithm was used. When SVM was applied to all spectra (n = 230), the sensitivity and specificity of the classifier were 90.1% and 100%, respectively. When SVM was applied to the
subset of 219 spectra, i.e., excluding the outliers, the sensitivity and specificity of the classifier were 95.2% and 100%,
respectively. This pilot study strongly suggests that the serum from CHC patients exhibits infrared spectral characteristics,
allowing patients with extensive fibrosis to be differentiated from those with no hepatic fibrosis. 相似文献

A benzo[b]thiophene isothiocyanate derivative was used as a model to study the condensation with simple aromatic amines and amino-l-sorbose derivative. The construction of pyrimidine-4-one-2-thiones using basic conditions afforded efficiently new heterocyclic
aromatics, which were further transformed using the alkylated sulfur as a leaving group in palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling
reactions.

A series of four π‐conjugated carbazole‐alt‐benzothiadiazole copolymers (PCBT) were prepared by Suzuki cross‐coupling reaction between synthesized dibromocarbazoles as electron‐rich subunits and 4,7‐bis(4,4,5,5‐tetramethyl‐1,3,2‐dioxaborolan‐2‐yl)?2,1,3‐benzothiadiazole as electron‐deficient subunits. The subunits were directly linked through 2,7‐ or 3,6‐ positions of the carbazole. In addition, the carbazole monomers have been N‐substituted by a branched or a linear side‐chain. The chemical structure of the copolymers and their precursors was confirmed by NMR and IR spectroscopies, and their molar masses were estimated by SEC. Thermal analysis under N2 atmosphere showed no weight loss below 329°C, and no glass transition was observed in between 0 and 250°C. The band gaps of all PCBTs evaluated by optical spectroscopies and by cyclic voltammetry analysis were consistent with expectations and ranged between 2.2 and 2.3 eV. A general and efficient method for the synthesis of cyclic sulfinates and sulfinamides based on intramolecular homolytic substitution (SHi) at the sulfur atom by aryl or alkyl radicals is described. Both alkyl and benzofused compounds can be accessed directly from easily prepared acyclic precursors. Enantiomerically enriched sulfur‐based heterocycles were formed through an SHi process with inversion of configuration at the sulfur atom. Cyclization of prochiral radicals proceeded with varying stereochemical outcomes, depending on the size of the incoming radical. 2‐Pyridyl and 2‐quinolyl radicals led to biaryl compounds, which result from attack onto the ortho position of the arylsulfinate rather than a thiophilic substitution. 相似文献

We describe herein the design, synthesis and detailed structural characterization of hybrid 1D nanostructures. They are prepared by supramolecular self‐assembly of oligothiophene molecules on the surface of zinc oxide nanorods in solution at room temperature. Electronic absorption spectroscopy and X‐ray diffraction show that both organic and inorganic components in the coaxial p–n heterojunctions are crystalline. Especially, it is demonstrated that the organic compounds form a self‐assembled monolayer at the surface of the nanorods, which is not the case when zinc oxide quantum dots are instead used. As a result of their hybrid nature, the 1D nanostructures lead to ambipolar semiconducting nanostructured materials as active layers in field‐effect transistors. 相似文献

A series of formyl-substituted 5-aryl-2,2′-bithiophenes 5 were synthesized using two different methods: Vilsmeier-Haack-Arnold reaction (VHA) or through Suzuki coupling. The synthesis of compounds 5 through the Vilsmeier-Haack-Arnold reaction, starting from inexpensive and easily available precursors such as acetophenones, gave the title compounds in low yields after four reaction steps. On the other hand Suzuki coupling of functionalized arylboronic acids 7 and the 5-bromo-5′-formyl-2,2′-bithiophene 6 gave compounds 5 in good yields in only one step. 相似文献
