High temperature superconducting thin films for microwave filters

YBa₂Cu₃O_7-δ and Tl₂Ba₂CaCu₂O₈ thin films for microwave filters were synthesized by pulsed laser deposition and the two-step thalliation process. Substrate quality requirements and the relation of thin film morphology, microstructure with microwave surface resistance were discussed.     

NEW ALTERNATING DIRECTION FINITE ELEMENT SCHEME FOR NONLINEAR PARABOLIC EQUATION

A new alternating direction (AD) finite element (FE) scheme for 3-dimensional nonlinear parabolic equation and parabolic integro-differential equation is studied. By using AD, the 3-dimensional problem is reduced to a family of single space variable problems, calculation work is simplified; by using FE, high accuracy is kept; by using various techniques for priori estimate for differential equations such as inductive hypothesis reasoning, the difficulty arising from the nonlinearity is treated. For both FE and ADFE schemes, the convergence properties are rigorously demonstrated, the optimal H1-and L2-norm space estimates and the 0((△t)2) estimate for time variable are obtained.

记Ore2=min{d(y) d(x)|x,y∈V(G),d(x,y)=2}，本得到：若n阶图G的Ore2≥n 1，则G是[5;n]泛连通图。此是比Faudree等人的定理进一步的结果。     

溅射功率对多层膜质量的影响

用磁控溅射技术制备薄膜，用X射线衍射研究在基片和靶间距离固定的情况下不同的溅射功率对薄膜结构的影响。结果表明：过低的溅射功率下淀积的薄膜有畸变的X射线衍射特征峰，特征峰强度小，半峰全宽大。而比较高溅射功率得到的薄膜有比较尖锐的X射线衍射特征峰，强度高和半峰全宽非常窄。研究表明，X射线衍射特征峰强度小和半峰全宽大的薄膜结构疏松，而强度高和半峰全宽非常窄的薄膜结构致密。

北京自由电子激光最近进展──实现饱和振荡

北京自由电子激光(BFEL)装置于1993年底在10.68μm处实现了饱和振荡.输出激光能量为3mJ,饱和平顶宽度2μs.对应饱和振荡平均功率为210kW(宏脉冲),峰值功率约为20MW,比自发辐射高8个量级,单程小讯号净增益为24%,转换效率为0.45%,与理论预期结果相符.光束质量接近衍射极限.目前装置可工作于9-11μm.     

Studies on toxicological mechanisms of gas-phase cigarette smoke and protection effects of GTP

Gas-phase cigarette smoke (GPCS) was able to induce lipid peroxidation in lecithin liposomes, rat liver microsomes, and rat lung cells (RLC), and change the membrane fluidity of RLCs. Lipid free radicals were trapped in a GPCS-treated microsomal suspension by using 4-POBN as the spin trap. In addition, it was found that GPCS-peroxidized liposomes in appropriate degree of lipid peroxidation had the ability to increase the generation of superoxide anions in rat peritoneal neutrophils (RPN). Effects of green tea polyphenols (GTP) on the GPCS-induced damages were investigated The results showed that GTP was capable of inhibiting the GPCS-induced damages.     

Rheological and diffusion properties of a dextran-con A polymer in the presence of Insulin and Magnesium

Previous work carried out in our laboratories has focused on the formation and investigation of a dextran and concanavalin A (con A) based gel, which has the ability to alter its conformational structure in the presence and absence of free and terminal glucoses such that a gel–sol phase transition occurs. Here we report the diffusion and rheological investigations in to the effects of the addition of insulin and varyingconcentrations of magnesium chloride hexahydrate (Mg₂Cl₂6H₂O) at 20 and 37 °C. Rheological examination of glucose-sensitive (dextran-con A) gels were conducted using a cone and plate viscometer used in continual rotation and oscillatory modes. The results are interpreted in terms of the structure of the gel network and suggest rheological assessment provides an effective method of assessing the properties of gel systems. The subsequent testing of such formulations in in-vitro diffusion experiments revealed a reduction in the rate of diffusivity in the insulin marker, poly R-478 dye. The performance of this self-regulating drug delivery system has been examined and the addition of insulin and magnesium chloride may alter the way in which the gel operates as a drug delivery device and in the delivery of insulin. This may have implications for other ligands.     

Cd-Sn(0.2)-Zn三元合金高压相图的测定

 为了验证三元合金高压相图的计算结果，本文采用高压DTA方法，测定了Cd-Sn-Zn三元系中x_Sn=20 at.%截面的高压垂直截面相图，实验压力为0、0.5、1.0、1.5 GPa。测得的常压相图（p=0 GPa）中其液相线与H. J. Bray的实验结果完全相符，所得高压相图与常压相图比较，在p=1.5 GPa时低共晶点上移了大约35 K，共析组成向富锌端移动了大约8%。     

孤子掺杂光纤放大的半径典模型与分析

建立了孤子掺杂光纤放大的半经典模型，给出了分布放大透明传输的泵浦条件，详细讨论了激发态吸收的影响．文中结果为Ｅｒ￣３＋掺杂光纤孤子放大器的设计提供了重要理论依据．
