Feature extraction plays an important role in the clustering analysis. In this paper an integrated Autoregressive (AR)/Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (ARCH) model is proposed to characterize the vibration signal and the model coefficients are adopted as feature vectors to realize clustering diagnosis of rolling element bearings. The main characteristic is that the AR item and ARCH item are interrelated with each other so that it can depict the excess kurtosis and volatility clustering information in the vibration signal more accurately in comparison with two-stage AR/ARCH model. To testify the correctness, four kinds of bearing signals are adopted for parametric modeling by using the integrated and two-stage AR/ARCH model. The variance analysis of the model coefficients shows that the integrated AR/ARCH model can get more concentrated distribution. Taking these coefficients as feature vectors, K means based clustering is utilized to realize the automatic classification of bearing fault status. The results show that the proposed method can get more accurate results in comparison with two-stage model and discrete wavelet decomposition. 相似文献

A high power continuous-wave (CW) diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser operated in heat capacity mode is demonstrated by use of two identical highly efficient diode-pumped laser heads placed in a plane-plane resonator. The laser heads are uniformly pumped with a five-fold symmetrical side-pumping configuration,and each head is able to output maximum output power of 2200 W at 808 nm. Under a total pump power of 4290 W, the output power of the laser at 1064 nm is up to 2277 W, corresponding to an optical-to-optical efficiency of 53.1%. 相似文献

We report the preparation of Pt–CeO2 nanoparticles on the multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) by a reverse micellar method. Transmission electron microscopy
(TEM) analysis indicated that well-dispersed small Pt–CeO2 nanoparticles were formed on the MWCNTs. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis confirmed the formation of the Pt–CeO2 nanoparticles on the MWNTs. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) results demonstrated that the Pt–CeO2/MWNT exhibited a higher methanol oxidation than did the Pt/MWNT catalyst. The CO stripping test showed that CeO2 can make CO stripped at a lower potential, which is helpful for CO and methanol electro-oxidation. 相似文献

A diode-pumped Nd:YAG oscillator laser with an end-pumped zigzag slab architecture and weak pump absorption is developed. An output power of 253 W with a slope efficiency of 50.2% and an optical-optical conversion efficiency of 39.6% is achieved from the resonator, which emits the maximum power of 290 W with 840-W pump power. 水体后向散射系数bb是重要的海洋光学参数,在以悬浮物为主要组分的浑浊二类水体中,其对于水体光学性质起着决定性的作用,该参数的遥感反演对于海洋光学与水色遥感研究具有重要意义.利用2005年渤海近岸水体实测数据集,建立了基于水体遥感反射率光谱数据的后向散射系数bb(λ)经验反演模型(λ=442 nm,488 nm,532 nm,589 nm,676 nm),经实测数据检验,bb(442)和bb(589)反演平均相对误差约为30%;bb(488)和bb(676)反演半均相对误差优于40%;bb(532)反演半均相埘误差约为57%.通过分析模型对于输入误差的敏感性发现,当输入端引入±5%的误差时,模型反演值的误差波动在绝大多数情形下可控制在±10%以内,模型足稳定可靠的.模型适用于渤海近岸浑浊水体,可用丁水体光学参数的时空分布特征分析以及基丁固有光学参数的水色组分遥感反演. 相似文献

图像配准在计算机视觉、遥感、医学诊断与治疗、环境监测等领域有广泛的研究应用.目前,多数算法是将彩色图像转化为灰度图后再配准,色彩信息的丢失可能会引起误配准.为此,提出一种基于CSIFT(Colored scale invariant feature transform)的彩色图像配准方法,求出彩色图像各个位置处的颜色不变最,以颜色不变量作为输入图像,再提取特征点并描述特征点周围的信息,通过最近邻匹配法求出图像问的匹配对,最后利用匹配的特征求取图像间的变换参数及配准后图像.实验结果表明,对彩色图像进行已知参数值变换时,该算法能得到精度高、误差小的计算结果;对变换关系末知的彩色图像,也能准确地求出图像间的映射关系;且多数情况下运行速度较SIFT(Scale invariant feature transform)快. 相似文献

The interaction of cobalt atoms with silicon (1 1 1) surface has been investigated by means of scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and low-energy electron diffraction (LEED). Besides the Co silicide islands, we have successfully distinguished two inequivalent Co-induced reconstructions on Si(1 1 1) surface. Our high-resolution STM images provide some structural properties of the two different derived phases. Both of the two phases seem to form islands with single domain. The effects of laser surface irradiation on microstructure of AISI 304 stainless steel were investigated. The stainless steel surface was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). XRD patterns indicated that different oxides, such as chromium oxides and manganese oxides were fabricated successfully on the surface of the stainless steel by Nd:YAG pulsed laser irradiation. The effects of the growth conditions such as the laser power density on the morphologies of the different oxides have been investigated. From the FESEM, EDS (energy-dispersive spectrum) and TEM observations, the oxides with triangle-like, quadrangular and hexagonal morphologies have been fabricated successfully. The XPS was used to verify the formed oxides which had been detected by the XRD patterns. It was considered that laser power density had a critical role in the formation of different oxides. 相似文献

Evolution of the lower-hybrid(LH)-driven current profile was measured during the formation of an internal transport barrier (ITB) in a reversed magnetic shear discharge. As the ITB developed, the initially centrally peaked LH-driven current profile gradually turned hollow and was sometimes accompanied by an off-axis peak in the electron temperature profile. These observations indicate the concentration of LH power deposition to the ITB for this case as a result of nonlinear coupling between the LH waves and the target plasma. 相似文献
