A kinetic stability study of MN (MBe,Mg, Ca,Sr, and Ba)

This work describes a structure and kinetic stability study of some complexes with the general formula MN, where M are the alkaline earth metal atoms, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, and Ba. A complex (A) with two points of attachment to the N₅ ring is the most energetically favored for all metals considered here. Except for Be, structure (B) containing a mono‐coordinated metal atom is a transition state corresponding to the metal atom transfer around the N₅ ring. Pyramidal structure (C) is kinetically unstable with the low isomerization barrier height, ranging from 0.9 to 6.7 kcal/mol. The dissociation barrier heights for the lowest energy isomers (A) are predicted to be 1.2–18.7 kcal/mol (Be to Ba), indicating that kinetic stability increases from lighter to heavier metal atoms. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Fe—Si—ZSM—12型分子筛的合成及其性能的研究

本文用水热法在SiO_2-FeNH_4(SO_4)_2-MTEACl-NaOH-H_2O体系内合成出了用铁全部取代铝的Fe-Si-ZSM-12型沸石分子筛。实验结果表明,Na_2O/SiO_2、MTEA~+/SiO_2和SiO_2/Fe_2O_3比对分子筛的形成和结晶度有很大影响,Fe-Si-ZSM-12的晶化速度比较缓慢,延长晶化时间则容易转化为α-SiO_2。Fe-Si-ZSM-12的X射线衍射谱图与Al-Si-ZSM-12的基本相同,吸附数据表明,其孔径略大于Al-Si-ZSM-12的孔径,热稳定性则劣于Al-Si-ZSM-12的热稳定性。     

Encrypting Chemical Reactivity in Protein Sequences toward Information‐Coded Reactions†

Controlling chemical reactivity has been the central theme in chemistry. Herein, we review the recent progress on the development of genetically encoded protein coupling reactions and their potential applications. The chemical reactivity is encoded in the protein sequences. The information is read out by folding and molecular recognition between two reactive components and subsequently translated into chemical bonding via autocatalysis. It has emerged as a unique way to tune the chemical reactivity and is regarded as one type of information‐coded reactions. Not only has it received many applications such as protein topology engineering, bioconjugation, biomaterials and synthetic biology, but also its principle may be extended beyond protein chemistry to enable new modes of supramolecular interactions that promote chemical bonding and that are simultaneously reinforced by covalent bonds.     

A new strategy for the synthesis of optically active benzylic fluorides and corresponding five-membered heteroaromatic analogues

Benzylic fluorides, as well as five-membered heterocycles, have been obtained in high ee’s through cycloaddition reactions starting from easily accessible optically active propargylic fluorides.     

Synthesis and electrospray ionization mass spectra of AZT/d4T boranophosphates

New anti-HIV prodrugs, conjugates of AZT and d4T with boranophosphates, were prepared by the H-phosphonate method. Their structures were determined by negative ion electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) in conjunction with tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS). The fragmentation pathways were investigated, and most of the fragment ions contained the boranophosphate or phosphinate group.     

新的脉冲进样AAS法测定“麻杏石甘汤”中的微量金属元素

本文研制了一种新的脉冲进样装置，用于火娄原子吸收分光光度法测定中药煎剂中的Ｃａ，Ｍｇ，Ｆｅ，Ｍｎ，Ｚｎ五种金属元素含量，实验表明，利用此种装置可以同时获得两种进样方式的分析结果，线性范围比常规法宽两倍，耗样量，精密度及分析速度均优于常规法。     

超临界流体萃取仪器的研制

本文报道了以国产原配件为基础，成功地研制了分析规模的超临界流体萃取仪器、并对仪器性能进行了全面考察，仪器性能稳定，重现性良好（ＲＳＤ＜３．１％），定量线性关系可靠，可满足定量萃取的要求。     

用^3HNMR波谱法分析微波激发催化交换制备的^3H标记颠茄类生物碱

用~3H NMR波谱法测定了微波激发催化交换制备的四种~3H标记颠茄类生物碱示踪剂的氚标记位置及其相对百分含量。并在用~1H NMK归属原料纯度及标记物分子各基因化学位移时采用了水峰抑制技术(简称WEFT),既能同时消除溶剂氘代甲醇及水峰的影响;又能提高灵敏度(近10倍),从而计算出所得标记产物的化学纯度值与放化纯度值。为快速、准确寻找制备标记生物碱的最佳实验条件和控制标记物质量提供了唯一的物理无损分析方法。
