The methoxycarbonylation of alkenes catalyzed by palladium(II) complexes with P,N-donor ligands, 2-(diphenylphosphinoamino)pyridine (Ph2PNHpy), 2-[(diphenylphosphino)methyl]pyridine (Ph2PCH2py), and 2-(diphenylphosphino)quinoline (Ph2Pqn) has been investigated. The results show that the complex [PdCl(PPh3)(Ph2PNHpy)]Cl or an equimolar mixture of [PdCl2(Ph2PNHpy)] and PPh3, in the presence of p-toluensulfonic acid (TsOH), is an efficient catalyst for this reaction. This catalytic system promotes the conversion of styrene into methyl 2-phenylpropanoate and methyl 3-phenylpropanoate with nearly complete chemoselectivity, 98% regioselectivity in the branched isomer, and high turnover frequency, even at alkene/Pd molar ratios of 1000. Best results were obtained in toluene-MeOH (3 : 1) solvent. The Pd/Ph2PNHpy catalyst is also efficient in the methoxycarbonylation of cyclohexene and 1-hexene, although with lower rates than with styrene. Related palladium complexes [PdCl(PPh3)L]Cl (L = Ph2PCH2py and Ph2Pqn) show lower activity in the methoxycarbonylation of styrene than that of the 2-(diphenylphosphinoamino)pyridine ligand. Replacement of the last ligand by (diphenylphosphino)phenylamine (Ph2PNHPh) or 2-(diphenylphosphinoaminomethyl)pyridine (Ph2PNMepy) also reduces significantly the activity of the catalyst, indicating that both the presence of the pyridine fragment as well as the NH group, are required to achieve a high performing catalyst. Isotopic labeling experiments using MeOD are consistent with a hydride mechanism for the [PdCl(PPh3)(Ph2PNHpy)]Cl catalyst. 相似文献

The azo-azomethine imines, R1-N=N-R2-CH=N-R3, are a class of active pharmacological ligands that have been prominent antifungal, antibacterial, and antitumor agents. In this study, four new azo-azomethines, R1 = Ph, R2 = phenol, and R3 = pyrazol-Ph-R’ (R = H or NO2), have been synthesized, structurally characterized using X-ray, IR, NMR and UV–Vis techniques, and their antifungal activity evaluated against certified strains of Candida albicans and Cryptococcus neoformans. The antifungal tests revealed a high to moderate inhibitory activity towards both strains, which is regulated as a function of both the presence and the location of the nitro group in the aromatic ring of the series. These biological assays were further complemented with molecular docking studies against three different molecular targets from each fungus strain. Molecular dynamics simulations and binding free energy calculations were performed on the two best molecular docking results for each fungus strain. Better affinity for active sites for nitro compounds at the “meta” and “para” positions was found, making them promising building blocks for the development of new Schiff bases with high antifungal activity. 相似文献

In this paper we consider the 3D real-valued Maxwell-Bloch equations with a parametric control given by \(\dot {x}=y+az+byz,\dot {y}=xz,\dot {z}=-xy\) (\(a,b\in \mathbb {R}\)). We give two Lie-Poisson structures of this system that are related with well-known Lie algebras. Moreover, we construct infinitely many Hamilton-Poisson realizations of this system. We also analyze the stability of the equilibrium points, as well as the existence of periodic orbits. In addition, we emphasize some connections between the energy-Casimir mapping of the considered system and the above-mentioned dynamical elements. 相似文献

In order to develop novel bioactive substances with potent activities, some new valine-derived compounds incorporating a 4-(phenylsulfonyl)phenyl fragment, namely, acyclic precursors from N-acyl-α-amino acids and N-acyl-α-amino ketones classes, and heterocycles from the large family of 1,3-oxazole-based compounds, were synthesized. The structures of the new compounds were established using elemental analysis and spectral (UV-Vis, FT-IR, MS, NMR) data, and their purity was checked by reversed-phase HPLC. The newly synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial and antibiofilm activities, for toxicity on D. magna, and by in silico studies regarding their potential mechanism of action and toxicity. The 2-aza-3-isopropyl-1-[4-(phenylsulfonyl)phenyl]-1,4-butanedione 4b bearing a p-tolyl group in 4-position exhibited the best antibacterial activity against the planktonic growth of both Gram-positive and Gram-negative strains, while the N-acyl-α-amino acid 2 and 1,3-oxazol-5(4H)-one 3 inhibited the Enterococcus faecium biofilms. Despite not all newly synthesized compounds showing significant biological activity, the general scaffold allows several future optimizations for obtaining better novel antimicrobial agents by the introduction of various substituents on the phenyl moiety at position 5 of the 1,3-oxazole nucleus. 相似文献

Carboxyl modified γ-cyclodextrin (CDSA) with a substitution degree of about 9.5 was prepared by the esterification of γ-cyclodextrin (CD) with succinic anhydride in pyridine at 90 °C. The chemical composition and the structure of CDSA were characterized by FT-IR, MALDI-TOF, X-ray diffraction pattern, potentiometric titration and TGA. Modified and native γ-cyclodextrin associate with fullerene (C60) in DMF-toluene mixture resulting 1:1 CDSA:C60 and CD:C60 inclusion complexes. Aqueous solutions of native cyclodextrin, carboxyl-modified cyclodextrin and their inclusion complexes with C60 were used as microgel solvent (or swelling agent) for controlled release application. Pyrolysis coupled with dynamic solid-phase micro extraction (Py-SPME) followed by GC–MS analysis was applied to the determination of volatile compounds evolved by a micro-scale off-line pyrolysis apparatus, in order to extend the information affordable with this type of analytical equipment. The Py-SPME method with a carboxen/PDMS fiber working in the retracted mode was tested on four biomass samples (switchgrass, sweet sorghum, corn stalk and poplar) for qualitative analysis of semi-volatile pyrolysis products and quantitative determination of main volatiles (C1–C4) pyrolysis products. The developed procedure allowed capturing and analysis of all GC analyzable compounds, without memory effects and with good peak resolution also for early GC-eluting compounds. Twelve main volatile pyrolysis products, including hydroxyacetaldehyde and acetic acid, were successfully quantified; in spite of the intrinsic variability introduced by dynamic SPME sampling, results were relatively accurate and consistent with literature data on bench pyrolysis reactors. 相似文献

The reactions of [(η7-C7H7)Hf(η5-C5H5)] (1b) with the two-electron donor ligands tert-butyl isocyanide (tBuNC), 2,6-dimethylphenyl isocyanide (XyNC), 1,3,4,5-tetramethylimidazolin-2-ylidene (IMe) and trimethylphosphine (PMe3) are reported. The 1:1 complexes [(η7-C7H7)Hf(η5-C5H5)L] (2b, L = tBuNC; 3b, L = XyNC; 4b, L = IMe, 5b, L = PMe3) have been isolated in crystalline form, and their molecular structures have been determined by X-ray diffraction analyses. The stabilities of these hafnium complexes were probed via spectroscopic and theoretical methods, and the results were compared to those previously reported for the corresponding zirconium complexes derived from [(η7-C7H7)Zr(η5-C5H5)] (1a). Cluster excision of polymeric {Mo3S7Cl4}n phases with chiral phosphane (+)-1,2-bis[(2R,5R)-2,5-(dimethylphospholan-1-yl)]ethane ((R,R)-Me-BPE) or with its enantiomer ((S,S)-Me-BPE) yields the stereoselective formation of the trinuclear cluster complexes [Mo3S4{(R,R)-Me-BPE}3Cl3]+ ([(P)-1]+) and [Mo3S4{(S,S)-Me-BPE}3Cl3]+ ([(M)-1]+), respectively. These complexes possess an incomplete cuboidal structure with the metal atoms defining an equilateral triangle and one capping and three bridging sulfur atoms. The P and M symbols refer to the rotation of the chlorine atoms around the C3 axis, with the capping sulphur atom pointing towards the viewer. Incorporation of copper into these trinuclear complexes affords heterodimetallic cubane-type compounds of formula [Mo3CuS4{(R,R)-Me-BPE}3Cl4]+ ([(P)-2]+) or [Mo3CuS4{(S,S)-Me-BPE}3Cl4]+ ([(M)-2]+), respectively, for which the chirality of the trinuclear precursor is preserved in the final product. Cationic complexes [(P)-1]+, [(M)-1]+, [(P)-2]+, and [(M)-2]+ combine the chirality of the metal cluster framework with that of the optically active diphosphane ligands. The known racemic [Mo3CuS4(dmpe)3Cl4]+ cluster (dmpe = 1,2-bis(dimethylphosphanyl)ethane) as well as the new enantiomerically pure Mo3CuS4 [(P)-2]+ and [(M)-2]+ complexes are efficient catalysts for the intramolecular cyclopropanation of 1-diazo-5-hexen-2-one (3) and for the intermolecular cyclopropanation of alkenes, such as styrene and 2-phenylpropene, with ethyl diazoacetate. In all cases, the cyclopropanation products were obtained in high yields. The diastereoselectivity in the intermolecular cyclopropanation of the alkenes and the enantioselectivity in the inter- or intramolecular processes are only moderate. 相似文献
