Twelve-membered ring pseudopeptidic cyclic disulfides have been prepared by iodine oxidation of the parent dithiols. However, oxidation of N,N′-(1,2-phenylene)bis(2-mercapto-2-methylpropanamide) afforded a 25/75 mixture of cyclic mono- and bis-disulfides that were separated by selective precipitation in CHCl3. The cyclic bis-disulfide was selectively prepared by iodine oxidation of the Ni complex of this dithiol and crystallized. Its crystal structure was solved by X-ray diffraction. All these cyclic mono- or bis-disulfides were selectively converted to cyclic mono- and bis-thiosulfinates upon stoichiometric oxidation with dimethyldioxirane at low temperature. 1H NMR of the cyclic bis-thiosulfinate revealed the presence of four isomers, two couples of stereoisomers, as expected from the insertion of two oxygen atoms in this compound, one on each disulfide bond. The two couples of cis/trans isomers were separated by preparative TLC and identified after alkaline cleavage of the two S(O)-S bonds and metalation with Ni(II). As HO attack is selective for the sulfinyl sulfur, the nature of the Ni complexes obtained is a signature of each couple of stereoisomers.  相似文献

The preparation of carboxylated hyperbranched polyglycerols of narrow polydispersity was achieved by modification (78–90%) of the hydroxyl end groups via Michael addition of acrylonitrile, followed by hydrolysis. High conversion could only be achieved for low molecular weight starting materials (520 and 1,030 g mol−1). The solution properties of the resulting materials were investigated by dynamic light scattering (DLS), showing the formation of large aggregates with size depending on the pH value. After deposition on a negatively charged mica surface, the structures observed by atomic force microscope (AFM) show the coexistence of aggregates and single macromolecules. Most interesting, in the case of the lower molecular weight sample (PG 520 g mol−1), extended and ordered terrace structures were formed, which are unprecedented for hyperbranched polymers and are of interest for surface modification in general.  相似文献

Multidentate phosphines were readily obtained by reaction of chiral multidentate amines, prepared via ring opening of (S)-N-tosyl-2-isopropylaziridine with ammonia, primary, and secondary amines, with achiral phosphorus containing building blocks. The phosphines were used in palladium-catalyzed alkylation of rac-3-cyclohexenyl and cyclopentenyl carbonates. The enantioselectivity and reactivity were largely dependent on the structure of the amine core of the ligands. Up to 88% ee was observed in reactions with the six-membered substrate.  相似文献

We used the recombinant phage display antibody system (RPAS) to obtain chimeric single-chain fragment variable (ScFv) antibodies to gill proteins of the white clam Codakia orbicularis (Linné, 1758). After three rounds of selection on immunotubes loaded with total gill protein extract, recombinant phages exhibiting antibodies to gill proteins were isolated and tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Clones exhibiting a high affinity for the mollusk proteins were selected for production of soluble ScFv antibodies, which were purified for subsequent analysis. ScFv antibodies exhibited a reaction specific for a protein whose molecular mass was about 15,000 Daltons and that was detected by the antigen capture technique followed by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and Western blotting.  相似文献

Mannich-type reactions involving alkylzinc reagents have been developed using different strategies. We show that the addition of these organometallic species to sulfonyl imines occurs upon simple heating and affords Mannich products in moderate to excellent yields (14 examples, 30–99 %). Interestingly, N-alkyl imines were also found to be suitable partners after activation as an acyliminium by acetyl chloride (12 examples, 49–86 %) or, more originally, by TMSCl (14 examples, 26–87 %). These methods proved complementary, leading to the preparation of both N-protected secondary or tertiary amines and N-unprotected secondary amines in good yields, with an increased eco-compatibility, and under simple conditions.  相似文献

The magnetic properties of noble-metal nanoparticles are a puzzling phenomenon, tentatively often explained as a size effect or a ligand effect. Many experimental studies performed to date have attempted to vary these readily available parameters without reaching a definitive conclusion. In an attempt at better understanding the role of core crystallinity on these magnetic properties, we have compared the behavior of silver nanoparticles, which were either single-crystalline or multi-twinned, of almost identical sizes and with the same ligand coating. Our results indicate that single-crystalline nanoparticles tend to behave as classical paramagnetic materials, whereas multi-twinned ones exhibit a combination of para- and ferro-magnetic behaviors. Our hypothesis is that lattice defects within the core bear magnetic moments which couple through conduction electrons, with dipolar interactions also playing a local and macroscopic role.  相似文献
