A new diiodine substituted IDA derivative, 2,4-diiodine-6-methyl IDA (DIIODIDA) was synthesized and labeled with99mTc. It was established that99mTc-DIIODIDA had high radiochemical purity. Biodistribution and influence of bilirubin on99mTc-DIIODIDA biokinetics has been studied in rats and compared to the corresponding results for99mTc-SOLCOIODIDA. Related to99mTc-SOLCOIODIDA,99mTc-DIIODIDA has much better biliary exretion (55.18 versus 43.63%). No change of99mTc-DIIODIDA biokinetics, under influence of bilirubin was noticed. Biliary excretion of99mTc-SOLCOIODIDA has been reduced for about 60%. The protein binding of99mTc-DIIODIDA and99mTc-SOLCOIODIDA were also determined, using in vitro method of precipitation. These results showed that99mTc-DIIODIDA hepatobiliary imaging agent is superior to the presently used99mTc-monoiodine IDA derivatives.  相似文献

We report complementary detection of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) using n-type In2O3 nanowires and p-type carbon nanotubes. Our innovation involves developing an approach to covalently attach antibodies to In2O3 NW surfaces via the onsite surface synthesis of phosphonic acid-succinylimide ester. Electronic measurements under dry conditions revealed complementary response for In2O3 NW and SWNT devices after the binding of PSA. Real-time detection in solution has also been demonstrated for PSA down to 5 ng/mL, a benchmark concentration significant for clinical diagnosis of prostate cancer, which is the most frequently diagnosed cancer.  相似文献

本文获得了有各种相互作用的一般n阶特征量泛函,其耦合系数反映了不同特征量泛函之间的耦合强度.依据定量因果原理,导出了一般n阶特征量泛函的变分原理,获得了一般n阶特征量泛函的Euler-Lagrange方程,它的不同系数可拟合不同的物理现实,如从线性到任意n阶非线性物理系统,使复杂难解的任意n阶非线性物理系统变得具体可解.并获得了该对称变换下不变的m个的守恒量,以及它们之间的关系和统一描述.依据定量因果原理导出了相对性原理,证明了绝对加速参考系、牵连参考系和相对参考系的力都有来自加速度和质量变化的贡献.利用定量因果原理自然导出了广义牛顿第一定律和广义牛顿第二定律,而且还导出了一个新定律,即广义牛顿第三定律,亦即平移不变性系统合力为零定理.进而将研究结论应用于对银河系的修正引力势、分子势、夸克禁闭势等,且其结果与物理实验一致.  相似文献

Zetametric measurements on suspensions of oxide particles (cobalt ferrite, nickel ferrite, and magnetite) representative of corrosion products from primary circuits of pressurized water reactors were performed at 25 and 70 degrees C in the presence of lithium and borate species. No effect of lithium ions was observed. Borate species cause a decrease of the isoelectric point (IEP), attributed to the sorption of borate as a negative complex MOB(OH)3(-). A predictive model based on thermodynamic calculations (2-pK and diffuse layer models) of the surface acidity constants from the data of acid-base titrations combined with an empirical relationship between the surface potential Psi 0 and the zeta potential determined by zetametry was developed. A whole set of parameters valid at 25 degrees C, in a range of ionic strength between 10(-4) and 10(-2) molL(-1) and in a range of pH between 4 and 8, was determined for this model. Increase of temperature to 70 degrees C in the presence of borate results in a decrease of IEP for cobalt ferrite and an increase of the IEP for nickel ferrite.  相似文献

We have developed an optofluidic device that improves the sensitivity of surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) when compared to other SERS approaches. This device has a pinched and step microchannel-nanochannel junction that can trap and assemble nanoparticles/target molecules into optically enhanced SERS active clusters by using capillary force. These SERS active clusters provide an electromagnetic enhancement factor of approximately 10(8). In addition, due to the continuous capillary flow that can transport nanoparticles/target molecules into the junction sites, the numbers of nanoparticles/target molecules and SERS active sites are increased. As a result, the detection limit of SERS for adenine molecules was better than 10 pM.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to determine the cloud points of new oxyethylated methyl dodecanoates of various hydrophilicity (OMD-n, where n refers to the average degree of oxyethylation) and to correlate them with surfactant hydrophilicity and, for a given electrolyte, with water activity. Thus, it is shown that the cloud point in the absence of electrolyte (CP(0)) can be simulated by the following equation: CP(0)=165.5logn-112.0 (with R(2)=0.987). The effects of NaCl, NaHCO(3), and KSCN on the cloud point are also reported and discussed. The salting-out effect arising from the presence of NaCl or NaHCO(3) is explained by the existence of a hydration shell with enhanced water structure as well as a zone with decreased salt concentration around the -(OCH(2)CH(2))(n)- chain, as compared with the bulk. On the other hand, the salting-in effect is explained by depletion of water around the -(OCH(2)CH(2))(n)- chain. Thus, it is estimated that the number b of water molecules forced back into the bulk solution from the salt-deficient regions when the hydration shells of two -O-CH(2)-CH(2)- monomer units overlap ranges between 2 and 3 and 3 and 4 for NaCl and NaHCO(3), respectively, depending on the average degree of oxyethylation n of OMD-n. It is also shown that the water activity is a useful parameter to simulate the variation of cloud point in the presence of an electrolyte (CP) at low and moderate concentration (e.g., <1 M NaCl), CP(0)/CP approximately 1-(bR/alpha)lna(w), where R is the gas constant and alpha approximately 15 JK(-1)mol(-1). At high electrolyte concentration, the relationship between CP(0)/CP and lna(w) significantly deviates from linearity. In the particular case of KSCN, an inversion of the salt effect can be observed. The salting-in effect of KSCN increases up to about 2 M, but decreases at higher KSCN concentrations, so that KSCN can even act as a salting-out salt at high concentration (typically above 3.3 M for OMD-14).  相似文献
