Ionic transport in charged conical nanopores is known to give rise to ion current rectification. The present study shows that the rectification direction can be inverted when using electrolyte solutions at very low ionic strengths. To elucidate these phenomena, electroneutral conical nanopores containing a perm-selective region at the tip have been investigated and shown to behave like classical charged nanopores. Several reviews have been published on sesquiterpenes, and on drimane-type sesquiterpenes, going through drimenol and related compounds among others. However, to our knowledge, this is the first review exclusively on drimenol. Although, the main focus is on drimenol as a synthon for other drimane-type compounds, synthetic routes to obtain racemic and (-)-drimenol are summarized, as well as its isolation and determination of its configuration, in the early fifties. The reviewed synthetic routes start from natural (-)-drimenol as chiral synthon in most of cases, nevertheless total syntheses are considered as well. The strategies where racemic drimenol is involved begin with biomimetic cyclization of trans-farnesol. Microbiological procedures to functionalize the A ring of drimenol are also commented. The revision is classified according to the chemical structure of the final product, which mainly correspond to structures of natural occurrence, although other related derivatives are also analyzed. 相似文献

In this paper we formulate an integer programming model for the Location and Routing Problem with Pickup and Delivery. We propose a column generation scheme and implement, for the subproblem, a label-setting algorithm for the shortest path with pickup and delivery and time windows problem. We also propose a set of heuristics to speed up this process. To validate the model, we implement the column generation scheme and test it on different instances developed in this paper. We also provide an analysis of how the costs of opening depots and the fixed cost of routes affect the optimal solution. 相似文献

Given a Kähler manifold M endowed with a Hamiltonian Killing vector field Z, we construct a conical Kähler manifold ${\hat{M}}$ such that M is recovered as a Kähler quotient of ${\hat{M}}$ . Similarly, given a hyper-Kähler manifold (M, g, J 1, J 2, J 3) endowed with a Killing vector field Z, Hamiltonian with respect to the Kähler form of J 1 and satisfying ${\mathcal{L}_ZJ_2 = -2J_3}$ , we construct a hyper-Kähler cone ${\hat{M}}$ such that M is a certain hyper-Kähler quotient of ${\hat{M}}$ . In this way, we recover a theorem by Haydys. Our work is motivated by the problem of relating the supergravity c-map to the rigid c-map. We show that any hyper-Kähler manifold in the image of the c-map admits a Killing vector field with the above properties. Therefore, it gives rise to a hyper-Kähler cone, which in turn defines a quaternionic Kähler manifold. Our results for the signature of the metric and the sign of the scalar curvature are consistent with what we know about the supergravity c-map. 相似文献

We prove that, given a certain isometric action of a two-dimensional Abelian group A on a quaternionic Kähler manifold M which preserves a submanifold N ? M, the quotient M′ = N/A has a natural Kähler structure. We verify that the assumptions on the group action and on the submanifold N ? M are satisfied for a large class of examples obtained from the supergravity c-map. In particular, we find that all quaternionic Kähler manifolds M in the image of the c-map admit an integrable complex structure compatible with the quaternionic structure, such that N ? M is a complex submanifold. Over an arbitrary ring of scalars, we build a Jordan algebra J having two elements x,y∈J such that x?y=0, but whose U-operators do not commute. This shows that nondegeneracy is a necessary condition in the main theorem of Commuting U-Operators in Jordan Algebras by J. A Anquela, T. Cortés and H. P. Petersson (Trans. Amer. Math. Soc. 366 (2014), 5877–5902). As a consequence, we obtain examples of Jordan systems over arbitrary rings of scalars that cannot be imbedded in nondegenerate systems. 相似文献
