When stabilized BH(3-)THF (BTHF) was added to a mixture of ketone and tetrahydro-1-methyl-3,3-diphenyl-1H,3H-pyrrolo[1,2-c][1,3,2]oxazaborole (MeCBS-ozaxaborolidine, MeCBS) catalyst 1, low enantioselectivities resulted. Several relative rate experiments showed that a borohydride species in BTHF catalyzed the nonselective borane reduction of ketones, effectively competing with enantioselective MeCBS reduction of ketones, lowering the overall selectivity of the reaction. Improved enantioselectivities in the reaction are obtained by reversing the mode of addition (ketone to BTHF and catalyst), lowering the concentration of NaBH(4) stabilizer in the BTHF solution (87-95% ee) and increasing the concentration or addition rate of BTHF. Decreased reaction temperature and increased catalyst loading only slightly improved the selectivity of the reaction. Upon reaction parameter optimization, simultaneous addition of substrate and BTHF to MeCBS catalyst stabilizer resulted in the highest overall enantioselectivities (96% ee) and diminished the effect of the borohydride. Alternatively, the addition of Lewis acids such as BF(3-)THF to the reaction mixture effectively destroyed the NaBH(4) stabilizer in BTHF solutions, restoring the enantioselectivity to acceptable levels.  相似文献

Employing N-tert-butyl-N-trimethylsilylamine-borane (1) as the borane source and 5-10% (R)-Me-CBS (2), the oxazaborolidine-catalyzed reduction of representative aryl and aliphatic ketones was carried out obtaining the corresponding alcohols (3) in 83-89% isolated yields and 69-98% ee.  相似文献

钛酸钡纳米粉体样品用盐酸溶解,在所得样品溶液中用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定了以氧化物存在于样品中的7种杂质元素(包括镁、锶、钾、钠、铝、硅及铁),对测定的光谱条件进行了试验并优化达到上述各元素的测定上限为0.1%(质量分数).测得方法的检出限(3S/b)为(单位μg·L-1):2.0(铝),1.0(铁),20.0(钾),0.2(镁),4.0(钠),3.0(硅)及0.5(锶).应用此方法分析了两件实样,所得结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)小于等于2.0%,对其中4种杂质元素(镁、钾、钠和锶)同时用HG/T 3587-1999标准中的方法作分析校核,所得结果与此方法结果一致.  相似文献

The reaction of molybdate with vanadium(V) in the presence of sulfite anions is explored showing how, via cation control, stepwise assembly through the {Mo(11)V(7)} cluster yields a {M(25)} cluster-based compound, [Mo(VI)(11)V(V)(5)V(IV)(2)O(52)(μ(9)-SO(3))(Mo(VI)(6)V(V)O(22))](10-) (1a), which was first discovered using cryospray mass spectrometry, whereas switching the cation away from ammonium allows the direct formation of the spherical 'Keplerate' {Mo(72)V(30)} cluster.  相似文献

Five mixed‐metal mixed‐valence Mo/V polyoxoanions, templated by the pyramidal SeO32? heteroanion have been isolated: K10[MoVI12VV10O58(SeO3)8]?18 H2O ( 1 ), K7[MoVI11VV5VIV2O52(SeO3)]?31 H2O ( 2 ), (NH4)7K3[MoVI11VV5VIV2O52(SeO3)(MoV6VV‐ O22)]?40 H2O ( 3 ), (NH4)19K3[MoVI20VV12VIV4O99(SeO3)10]?36 H2O ( 4 ) and [Na3(H2O)5{Mo18?xVxO52(SeO3)} {Mo9?yVyO24(SeO3)4}] ( 5 ). All five compounds were characterised by single‐crystal X‐ray structure analysis, TGA, UV/Vis and FT‐IR spectroscopy, redox titrations, and elemental and flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS) analysis. X‐ray studies revealed two novel coordination modes for the selenite anion in compounds 1 and 4 showing η,μ and μ,μ coordination motifs. Compounds 1 and 2 were characterised in solution by using high‐resolution ESI‐MS. The ESI‐MS spectra of these compounds revealed characteristic patterns showing distribution envelopes corresponding to 2? and 3? anionic charge states. Also, the isolation of these compounds shows that it may be possible to direct the self‐assembly process of the mixed‐metal systems by controlling the interplay between the cation “shrink‐wrapping” effect, the non‐conventional geometry of the selenite anion and fine adjustment of the experimental variables. Also a detailed IR spectroscopic analysis unveiled a simple way to identify the type of coordination mode of the selenite anions present in POM‐based architectures.  相似文献

This paper obtains solitons as well as other solutions to a few nonlinear evolution equations that appear in various areas of mathematical physics. The two analytical integrators that are applied to extract solutions are tan–cot method and functional variable approaches. The soliton solutions can be used in the further study of shallow water waves in (1+1) as well as (2+1) dimensions.  相似文献
