In this work, we prove the existence and the uniqueness of the strong solution of a low‐Mach model, for which the dynamic viscosity of the fluid is a given function of its temperature. The method is based on the convergence study of a sequence towards the solution, for which the rates are also given. The originality of the approach is to consider the system in terms of the temperature and the velocity, leading to a nonlinear temperature equation and the development of some specific tools and results.  相似文献

The design and synthesis of two families of molecular-gear prototypes is reported, with the aim of assembling them into trains of gears on a surface and ultimately achieving controlled intermolecular gearing motion. These piano-stool ruthenium complexes incorporate a hydrotris(indazolyl)borate moiety as tripodal rotation axle and a pentaarylcyclopentadienyl ligand as star-shaped cogwheel, equipped with five teeth ranging from pseudo-1D aryl groups to large planar 2D paddles. A divergent synthetic approach was followed, starting from a pentakis(p-bromophenyl)cyclopentadienyl ruthenium(II) complex as key precursor or from its iodinated counterpart, obtained by copper-catalyzed aromatic Br/I exchange. Subsequent fivefold cross-coupling reactions with various partners allowed high structural diversity to be reached and yielded molecular-gear prototypes with aryl-, carbazole-, BODIPY- and porphyrin-derived teeth of increasing size and length.  相似文献

In this work, we developed a surface functionalization way of silica monoliths with a rapid, simple, versatile, and localizable photografting step. The elaboration of a photoreactive layer at the surface of monoliths was first optimized. The functionalization with [γ‐(methacryloyloxy)propyl]trimethoxysilane at 80°C in a hydro‐organic solution containing triethylamine as catalyst allows reachng the highest density of methacrylate photoactive moieties on silica surfaces. These methacrylate reactive surfaces were subsequently photografted within few minutes with acrylate monomers bearing alkyl chains (C12 and C18). The photografting efficiency was determined by monitoring the retentive properties of monoliths in the RP mode. The retention factors are of the same order of magnitude as highly retentive columns obtained by modification of silica surface with long‐alkyl chain silanes or by thermal polymerization of long‐alkyl chain monomers. It was also verified that such grafting neither impaired the efficiency of the monolithic stationary phase (Hmin = 6–8 μm in nano‐LC) nor its permeability (about 6 × 10?14 m2). Further, it was also demonstrated that photografting is localizable in nonmasked defined areas. Results obtained in anion‐exchange chromatography after photopolymerization of [2‐(methacryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride are presented as well to demonstrate the versatility of the developed approach.  相似文献

This Letter describes the synthesis of racemic analogues of unnatural 2′-deoxy nucleoside with a phosphorus atom replacing the carbon atom in the 3′-position. A seven-step sequence was developed in racemic series to afford unnatural 3′-phospha-2′-deoxyfuranose nucleosides. The phospha nucleoside analogues were tested against HCV, but did not show any antiviral activity at a 10 μM maximum concentration used for the inhibition assays of analogues 2-T, 2-C and 4-Tα.  相似文献
