无轴承旋翼柔性梁载荷特性研究

应用Hamilton原理建立了双路传力的无轴承旋翼运动方程。采用均匀入流模型,基于直升机飞行平衡条件,建立了无轴承旋翼柔性梁载荷的计算模型,并通过算例验证了模型的精度。利用该模型,研究了全机重心位置、机身气动阻力以及平尾安装角对柔性梁载荷特性的影响,给出了各因素对柔性梁载荷的影响趋势,得出了降低柔性梁载荷的方法。数值结果表明:2cm左右重心位置的变化能够引起9%~11%的柔性梁载荷变化量,15%气动阻力的增加会导致约9%的柔性梁载荷的增大;2°平尾安装角的变化引起约10%柔性梁载荷的变化量,3°平尾安装角的变化引起约26%柔性梁载荷的变化。     

Disinfection of Cariogenic Pathogens in Planktonic Lifestyle,Biofilm and Carious Dentine with Antimicrobial Photodynamic Therapy

Antimicrobial photodynamic therapy (aPDT) has been recommended for clinical application. Its antibacterial effect on bacteria remained in dentinal tubule was seldom investigated. Here, we evaluated the antibacterial effects of aPDT on Streptococcus mutans (S. mutans) and Lactobacillus acidophilus (L. acidophilus) in planktonic lifestyle, biofilm and carious dentine. Mono-species biofilms or dentinal caries formed on human dentine slices or slabs. Bacterial suspension, biofilms and dentine caries were treated with 0.1 mg mL⁻¹ toluidine Blue O followed by irradiation with a light emission diode (λ − 635 ± 10 nm; 500 mW; 31.5 J cm⁻²; 60 s) and 0.12% chlorhexidine (CHX), respectively. Residual bacteria were determined by microbial culture analysis and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed to detect the significance of the variables. Both treatments significantly reduced the number of L. acidophilus in planktonic state, biofilm and carious dentine (P < 0.05). For S. mutans, CHX was only bactericidal against suspension (P < 0.05), while aPDT was effective on both suspension and biofilm (P < 0.05) while not for dentin caries (P > 0.05). Under the experimental conditions assessed, aPDT could be an alternative disinfection method for superficial layer of caries cavity. Its disinfection on bacteria in dentinal tubule of deep layer was deficient.     

BowtieArene: A Dual Macrocycle Exhibiting Stimuli-Responsive Fluorescence

Although highly useful in supramolecular chemistry, pillararenes lack a fluorophore in their skeleton. Here we present BowtieArene, a novel fluorescent dual macrocycle, featuring a central tetraphenylethylene-derived fluorophore and two pillar-like, pentagon-shaped cavities which are comparable to pillar[5]arene. This concisely prepared, figure-of-eight molecule exhibits vapor absorption and host–guest capabilities, as well as intriguing switchable fluorescence. The fluorochromism of BowtieArene can be triggered by multiple external stimuli including solvent, vapor, and mechanical force, with excellent reversibility and stability. Experimental and theoretical evidence indicate that the fluorochromism should be closely related to molecular packing.     

Hypoxia-Induced Pro-Protein Therapy Assisted by a Self-Catalyzed Nanozymogen

The success of intracellular protein therapy demands efficient delivery and selective protein activity in diseased cells. Therefore, a cascaded nanozymogen consisting of a hypoxia-activatable pro-protein, a hypoxia-inducing protein, and a hypoxia-strengthened intracellular protein delivery nanovehicle was developed. RPAB, an enzymatically inactive pro-protein of RNase, reversibly caged with hypoxia-cleavable azobenzene, was delivered with glucose oxidase (GOx) using hypoxia-responsive nanocomplexes (NCs) consisting of azobenzene-cross-linked oligoethylenimine (AOEI) and hyaluronic acid (HA). Upon NC-mediated delivery into cancer cells, GOx catalyzed glucose decomposition and aggravated tumoral hypoxia, which drove the recovery of RPAB back to the hydrolytically active RNase and expedited the degradation of AOEI to release more protein cargoes. Thus, the catalytic reaction of the nanozymogen was self-accelerated and self-cycled, ultimately leading to a cooperative anti-cancer effect between GOx-mediated starvation therapy and RNase-mediated pro-apoptotic therapy.     

Determination of the Absolute Configuration of Super-Carbon-Chain Compounds by a Combined Chemical,Spectroscopic, and Computational Approach: Gibbosols A and B

Marine dinoflagellates produce remarkable organic molecules, particularly those with polyoxygenated long-carbon-chain backbones, namely super-carbon-chain compounds (SCCCs), characterized by the presence of numerous stereogenic carbon centers on acyclic polyol carbon chains. Even today, it is a challenge to determine the absolute configurations of these compounds. In this work, the planar structures and absolute configurations of two highly flexible SCCCs, featuring either a C₆₉- or C₇₁-linear carbon backbone, gibbosols A and B, respectively, each containing thirty-seven stereogenic carbon centers, were unambiguously established by a combined chemical, spectroscopic, and computational approach. The discovery of gibbosols A and B with two hydrophilic acyclic polyol chains represents an unprecedented class of SCCCs. A reasonable convergent strategy for the biosynthesis of these SCCCs was proposed.     

Four-Component Borocarbonylation of Vinylarenes Enabled by Cooperative Cu/Pd Catalysis: Access to β-Boryl Ketones and β-Boryl Vinyl Esters

We report here a general four-component synthetic procedure for the preparation of β-boryl ketones and β-boryl vinyl esters. Joint catalyzed by palladium and copper catalysts, borocarbonylative reaction between vinylarenes, aryl halides/triflates, B₂Pin₂, and carbon monoxide proceed successfully. A variety of synthetically useful β-boryl ketones were synthesized in good to high yields by using aryl iodides as the substrates. It is noteworthy that when aryl triflates were applied as the starting materials, β-boryl vinyl esters were synthesized in a similar manner and with broad functional group tolerance. A rational mechanism for this reaction was also proposed.
