The power spectral density functions of roughness of road surfaces for earthmoving machines such as tractors, scrapers and dumpers were determined by use of an accelerometer mounted on a towed fifth wheel of which the frequency-response function had previously been known. The methanolic extract and its 1-butanol-soluble fraction from the flower buds of Camellia sasanqua THUNB. were found to show inhibitory activities on the release of β-hexosaminidase from rat basophile leukemia (RBL-2H3) cells. From the 1-butanol-soluble fraction, five new acylated oleanane-type triterpene saponins, sasanquasaponins I-V, were isolated together with a known saponin and their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence. The principal saponin constituents, sasanquasaponins I-III, with an acyl group at the 22-position of the aglycon part showed the inhibitory effects on the release of β-hexosaminidase and some structure-activity relationships were reported. 相似文献

In this study, we present a new method for placing markers for alignment of tomographic tilt-series of rod-shaped specimen before 3D reconstructions. By this method, markers (gold nanoparticles) were placed only on the carbon layer (referred to as the "marker area") deposited for protecting the specimen surface against ion beam irradiation; this placement was achieved by vacuum evaporation of gold with the help of a mask fabricated adjacent to the specimen. Experimental results showed that the use of the proposed method facilitates the identification of the markers in the alignment process, because the image of the marker area consists of simple high-contrast images of the gold nanoparticles on the carbon layer. The performance of the proposed method was successfully verified experimentally by applying it to a high-density Au/SiO? nanocomposite material as a test specimen. 相似文献

Newly designed fluorophore systems with feather-like structures were constructed by connecting bisanthracene building units via a concise reaction sequence of bromination, etherification, and desilylation. Spectroscopic characterizations revealed that all of the fluorophore systems achieved high light absorptivity and high emission efficiency by preventing closely spaced anthracene chromophores from mutual interactions to reduce concomitant energy loss by fluorescence quenching. The application of fluorophore systems for the preparation of light-harvesting dyad materials has successfully demonstrated their potential utility as versatile photofunctional tools. 相似文献

We newly prepared para- and meta-linked alkynylpyrene oligomers and examined their photophysical properties. Oligomerization of monomeric building blocks was performed by CuI-promoted oxidative coupling reaction. The resulting oligomers mainly consist of 2-mer to 6-mer that were assigned on the basis of MALDI-TOF mass spectra, and the 2-mer, 3-mer, and 4-mer were isolated and fully characterized. From their absorption and fluorescence spectra, the para-linked oligomers were found to be somewhat pi-conjugated compared with meta-linked ones, and the fluorescence quantum yields decreased with increasing oligomer length (Phif = 0.79-0.55). 相似文献

A redox-active ferrocene-based heteroditopic receptor bearing a boronic acid (as a catechol recognition site) and a benzo-18-crown-6-ether unit (as an ammonium ion recognition site) was synthesized. A 1:1 ditopic complex with dopamine was evidenced by mass spectrometry and NMR spectroscopy. The thermal fluctuation of mirror surfaces is the fundamental limitation for interferometric gravitational wave (GW) detectors. Here, we experimentally demonstrate for the first time a reduction in a mirror's thermal fluctuation in a GW detector with sapphire mirrors from the Cryogenic Laser Interferometer Observatory at 17 and 18 K. The detector sensitivity, which was limited by the mirror's thermal fluctuation at room temperature, was improved in the frequency range of 90 to 240 Hz by cooling the mirrors. The improved sensitivity reached a maximum of 2.2×10(-19) m/√Hz at 165 Hz. 相似文献

An ab initia molecular orbital calculation was done as to a reacting system, NH3+HF=NH4F, with the inclusion of the solvent effect as the origin of dipolar field. The reactants were assumed to stay in dimers, (NH3)2 and (HF)2, in advance to the reaction, and the respective partners of two reactants were regarded as point dipoles. The system was stabilized to some extent by two dipoles adopted. A study of configuration analysis on this system was made with and without the dipoles. Construction of a nonracemic all-carbon quaternary stereocenter at the alpha-position of beta-ketoesters was achieved by way of an indium(III)-catalyzed diastereoselective alpha-alkenylation reaction of chiral enamines with 1-alkynes. The enamine bearing a chiral auxiliary derived from l-isoleucine was added to the alkyne to give an alpha-alkenylated product in excellent yield and with a stereoselectivity better than 90% ee. One can ascribe the high selectivity to a chelate intermediate involving the auxiliary and the metal atom and the high yield to efficient interactions between the indium(III) atom and the alkyne. The selectivity increased as the reaction temperature was raised to 120 degrees C and decreased at higher temperatures. 相似文献
