Clotting Activity of Polyphosphate‐Functionalized Silica Nanoparticles

We present a silica nanoparticle (SNP) functionalized with polyphosphate (polyP) that accelerates the natural clotting process of the body. SNPs initiate the contact pathway of the blood‐clotting system; short‐chain polyP accelerates the common pathway by the rapid formation of thrombin, which enhances the overall blood‐clotting system, both by accelerating fibrin generation and by facilitating the regulatory anticoagulation mechanisms essential for hemostasis. Analysis of the clotting properties of bare SNPs, bare polyP, and polyP‐functionalized SNPs in plasma demonstrated that the attachment of polyP to SNPs to form polyP‐SNPs creates a substantially enhanced synergistic effect that lowers clotting time and increases thrombin production at low concentrations. PolyP‐SNP even retains its clotting function at ambient temperature. The polyP‐SNP system has the potential to significantly improve trauma‐treatment protocols and outcomes in hospital and prehospital settings.     

Metric regularity of a positive order for generalized equations

This paper focuses on the metric regularity of a positive order for generalized equations. More concretely, we establish verifiable sufficient conditions for a generalized equation to achieve the metric regularity of a positive order at its a given solution. The provided conditions are expressed in terms of the Fréchet coderivative/or the Mordukhovich coderivative/or the Clarke one of the corresponding multifunction formulated the generalized equation. In addition, we show that such sufficient conditions turn out to be also necessary for the metric regularity of a positive order of the generalized equation in the case where the multifunction established the generalized equation is closed and convex.

不同代PAMAM树状大分子与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用研究

采用发散法合成了以乙二胺为核的聚酰胺-胺型(PAMAM)树状大分子,并应用荧光光谱法研究了生理条件下(pH=7.4)3.0代(G3.0)、3.5代(G3.5)和4.0代(G4.0)PAMAM树状大分子与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用.结果表明,三种PAMAM树状大分子都能引起牛血清白蛋白荧光猝灭,其程度主要取决于各自末端基团的性质,猝灭机制属于静态猝灭.G4.0PAMAM,G3.5PAMAM和G3.0PAMAM与BSA的猝灭常数分别为2.73,1.69,1.55L·mmol-1.同时考察了体系pH值及离子强度的变化对PAMAM与BSA相互作用的影响.此外,同步荧光和紫外光谱法(UV)以及红边激发荧光位移(REES)等方法的研究结果表明,PAMAM树状大分子的存在改变了BSA的构象.     

SERS- and Electrochemically Active 3D Plasmonic Liquid Marbles for Molecular-Level Spectroelectrochemical Investigation of Microliter Reactions

Liquid marbles are emergent microreactors owing to their isolated environment and the flexibility of materials used. Plasmonic liquid marbles (PLMs) are demonstrated as the smallest spectroelectrochemical microliter-scale reactor for concurrent spectro- and electrochemical analyses. The three-dimensional Ag shell of PLMs are exploited as a bifunctional surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) platform and working electrode for redox process modulation. The combination of SERS and electrochemistry (EC) capabilities enables in situ molecular read-out of transient electrochemical species, and elucidate the potential-dependent and multi-step reaction dynamics. The 3D configuration of our PLM-based EC-SERS system exhibits 2-fold and 10-fold superior electrochemical and SERS performance than conventional 2D platforms. The rich molecular-level electrochemical insights and excellent EC-SERS capabilities offered by our 3D spectroelectrochemical system are pertinent in charge transfer processes.     

A Muckenhoupt’s weight problem and vector valued maximal inequalities over local fields

In this paper, an important and interesting Muckenhoupt’s problem over local fields was firstly solved. Weighted weak and strong type norm inequalities for the Fefferman-Stein vector-valued maximal operator were firstly established over local fields, too. These results are very useful. They could be applied in various mathematical areas, for instance, in theories of functions, of partial differential equations, in harmonic analysis.     

A semilinear non-classical pseudodifferential boundary value problem in the Sobolev spaces

Exact relaxations for parametric robust linear optimization problems

We first show that the closedness of the characteristic cone of the constraint system of a parametric robust linear optimization problem is a necessary and sufficient condition for each robust linear program with the finite optimal value to admit exact semidefinite linear programming relaxations. We then provide the weakest regularity condition that guarantees exact second-order cone programming relaxations for parametric robust linear programs.
