Seven different types of thio- and/or amine-modified cellulose resin materials were synthesized and their mercury (II) ion adsorption properties determined. All seven resins showed good mercury (II) adsorption capability in the more neutral pH regions. However, the o-benzenedithiol- and o-aminothiophenol-modified cellulosic resins were found to be very effective in removing mercury (II) ions from strongly acidic media. For example, 93.5-100% mercury (II) ion recoveries from very acid aqueous solutions (nitric acid concentration ranged from 0.1 to 2.0 mol/L) were obtained using the o-benzenedithiol-modified resin while recoveries ranged from ca. 50% to 60% for the o-aminothiophenol-modified resin. An adsorption capacity of 23 mg (as Hg atoms) per gram of resin was observed for the o-benzenedithiol-modified cellulose in the presence of 1.0 mol/L nitric acid. This same resin shows very good selectivity for mercury (II) as only ruthenium (II) also somewhat adsorbed onto it out of 14 other metal ions studied (Ag(+), Al(3+), As(3+), Co(2+), Cd(2+), Cr(3+), Cu(2+), Fe(3+), Mn(2+), Ni(2+), Pt(2+), Pb(2+), Ru(2+), and Zn(2+)). 相似文献

本文给出了描述皮秒脉冲在色散缓变单模光纤中孤子效应压缩过程的数学模型。通过数值求解,首次对该孤子效应压缩进行了全面的计算和分析。结果表明,与常规光纤相比,采用色散缓变程度合适的光纤压缩皮秒脉冲,不仅能显著地提高压缩后脉冲的峰值功率和脉冲压缩比,而且能有效地消除压缩后脉冲的次峰和脉座。对于确定的脉冲输入,发现,当光纤的色散缓变程度取某一最佳值时,能获得最佳的压缩效果。进一步研究表明,色散的这一最佳变 相似文献

对边界几何形状、位置随时间变化的变边界结构,给出了用复变函数求解粘弹问题的解析方法.文中用拉普拉斯变换结合平面弹性复变方法,对内外边界变化时粘弹性轴对称问题进行求解.引入两个与时间、空间相关的解析函数,给出了变边界情况下应力、位移以及边界条件与解析函数的关系.当解析函数形式部分确定,则可用边界条件求解其中与时间相关的待定函数.求解待定函数的方程一般情况下为一系列积分方程,特殊情况可求得解析解.对轴对称问题中应力边值问题、位移边值问题以及混合边值问题,分别利用边界条件求得相关系数,从而得到了应力与位移的解析表达.当取Boltzmann粘弹模型时,进行不同边值问题的分析.分析显示,应力、位移的形态与大小均与边界变化过程相关,与固定边界粘弹性问题有较大不同.本文解答可用于粘弹性轴对称问题内外边界任意变化及各种边值问题的力学分析.此外,该法可进一步进行荷载非对称、复杂孔型变边界问题的求解. 相似文献

In this paper, research on nonlinear dynamic behavior of a string-beam coupled system subjected to parametric and external
excitations is presented. The governing equations of motion are obtained for the nonlinear transverse vibrations of the string-beam
coupled system. The Galerkin's method is employed to simplify the governing equations to a set of ordinary differential equations
with two degrees-of-freedom. The case of 1:2 internal resonance between the modes of the beam and string, principal parametric
resonance for the beam, and primary resonance for the string is considered. The method of multiple scales is utilized to analyze
the nonlinear responses of the string-beam coupled system. Based on the averaged equation obtained here, the techniques of
phase portrait, waveform, and Poincare map are applied to analyze the periodic and chaotic motions. It is found from numerical
simulations that there are obvious jumping phenomena in the resonant response–frequency curves. It is indicated from the phase
portrait and Poincare map that period-4, period-2, and periodic solutions and chaotic motions occur in the transverse nonlinear
vibrations of the string-beam coupled system under certain conditions.

Nonlinear dynamical systems with an irrational restoring force often occur in both science and engineering, and always lead to a barrier for conventional nonlinear techniques. In this paper, we have investigated the global bifurcations and the chaos directly for a nonlinear system with irrational nonlinearity avoiding the conventional Taylor's expansion to retain the natural characteristics of the system. A series of transformations are proposed to convert the homoclinic orbits of the unperturbed system to the heteroclinic orbits in the new coordinate, which can be transformed back to the analytical expressions of the homoclinic orbits. Melnikov's method is employed to obtain the criteria for chaotic motion, which implies that the existence of homoclinic orbits to chaos arose from the breaking of homoclinic orbits under the perturbation of damping and external forcing. The efficiency of the criteria for chaotic motion obtained in this paper is verified via bifurcation diagrams, Lyapunov exponents, and numerical simulations. It is worthwhile noting that our study is an attempt to make a step toward the solution of the problem proposed by Cao Q J et al.
