In this paper, current-driven state-bistability and power-bistability in a distributed feedback (DFB) semiconductor laser
(LD) subject to external optical injection have been investigated experimentally. The results show that, by sweeping the bias
current of slave LD along different routes nearby the threshold, both the power-bistability and the state-bistability between
locking and bimodal regime can be observed under the suitable injection power, but these bistable phenomena will disappear
under much large injection power. Additionally, the dependence of the width of the state-bistablility loop on the injection

Gold microplates were synthesized in aqueous solutions by reducing HAuCl4 with the hydroxyl groups in both serine and threonine of bovine serum albumin (BSA), which is a globular protein in its native state. In this article, we systematically investigated the effects of temperature, pH value, the concentration of BSA, and ionic species on the reduction kinetics and thus the size and morphology of the final product. The optimal experimental conditions for producing uniform Au microplates include the following: an elevated temperature in the range of 55–65 °C, an acidic solution with pH≈3, and the presence of NaCl (0.14 M ). We found that if any one of these parameters was deviated from the optimal condition, Au microplates would not be formed in high yields. We also found that the surfaces of the as‐synthesized Au microplates were covered by a dense array of BSA bumps. 相似文献

Cancer immunotherapy is a revolutionary treatment method in oncology, which uses a human''s own immune system against cancer. Many immunomodulators that trigger an immune response have been developed and applied in cancer immunotherapy. However, there is the risk of causing an excessive immune response upon directly injecting common immunomodulators into the human body to trigger an immune response. Therefore, the development of intelligent stimuli-responsive immunomodulators to elicit controlled immune responses in cancer immunotherapy is of great significance. Nanotechnology offers the possibility of designing smart nanomedicine to amplify the antitumor response in a safe and effective manner. Progress relating to intelligent stimuli-responsive nano immunomodulators for cancer immunotherapy is highlighted as a new creative direction in the field. Considering the clinical demand for cancer immunotherapy, we put forward some suggestions for constructing new intelligent stimuli-responsive nano immunomodulators, which will advance the development of cancer immunotherapy.Progress relating to intelligent stimuli-responsive nano immunomodulators for cancer immunotherapy is highlighted.
