We have built a complete Raman detection system for multi-trace-gas diagnosis, which is suitable for analyzing the dissolved gases in electric power system. In the system, a high-sensitivity CCD device connected to a spectrometer is used as the detection unit of the Raman system. A near-confocal cavity is used for improving the detection sensitivity of the system. In the effective spectral range of about 570–710 nm, Raman spectra of eight typical gases are achieved by using this Raman system. The detection limits for different gases have been obtained: 126 ppm for CO2, 21 ppm for CH4, 63 ppm for C2H4, 42 ppm for C2H2, 96.6 ppm for H2. The detectability of the system satisfies the requirements of gas diagnosis in power transformer. 相似文献

A new series of non-ferroelectric crystals, the piezoelectric solid solution aluminium gallium orthophosphate Al1-xGaxPO4 (AGP, 0 < x < 1) system has been successfully developed by a hydrothermal method. The AGP crystal with X = 0.10 shows a phase transition temperature T−β = 587 ± 3 °C with a cell parameters A = b = 0.49386(3) and C = 1.09563(2) nm. Raman spectra including directional dispersion in AGP are similar to those from -AIPO4 and -quartz crystals, indicating all of them belong to an isomorphic family, the short-range interaction being dominant in AGP. Comparison with -AIPO4 crystals, there exists an apparent red shift of the mode frequency and a smaller TO/LO mode splitting of the E species in the AGP crystals. 相似文献

Uniform poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)/silica nanocomposite fibers containing up to 20 wt % silica were prepared by electrospinning. The electrospun solutions were prepared by mixing a solution of PMMA in dimethyl formamide (DMF) with colloidal silica in methyl ethyl ketone (MEK). The average fiber diameter decreases from 2.49 μm to 1.69 μm when 20 wt % silica is incorporated as a result of considerably increased solution conductivity, although the solution viscosity increases significantly, which should result in opposite effect. Thinner fibers (down to 350 nm) can be obtained by changing DMF/MEK proportion and by the addition of an ammonium salt. Nano‐sized silica particles (10–40 nm) distributes homogeneously in the fibers, as revealed by transmission electron microscopy. Furthermore, the incorporation of silica nanoparticles can change the thermal properties and surface wettability of the fiber mats. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
