Two new side‐chain donor–acceptor (D‐A)‐based triphenylamine‐alt‐benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene (TPA‐alt‐BDT) copolymers ( P1 and P2 ) with pendant benzothiadiazole (BT)/diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) in TPA unit were synthesized by Stille coupling polymerization. Their thermal, photophysical, electrochemical, blend film morphology and photovoltaic properties were investigated. Efficient bulk heterojunction polymer solar cells (PSCs) were obtained by solution process using both copolymers as donor materials and PC71BM as acceptor. The maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 3.17% with a highest open‐circuit voltage (Voc) of 0.86V was observed in the P1 ‐based PSCs, while the maximum short‐circuit current (Jsc) of 10.77 mA cm?2 was exhibited in the P2 ‐based PSCs under the illumination of AM 1.5, 100 mW cm?2. The alternating binary donor units and pending acceptor groups played a significant role in tuning photovoltaic properties for this class of the side‐chain D–A‐based copolymers. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A facile and cost-effective method to prepare poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)/graphene oxide (GO) nanocomposites was developed by in situ polymerization. By using thermal-initiated and GO-initiated polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA), no extra radical initiator was added during the reaction. Without any pre-functionalization of GO, PMMA chains were covalently bonded to its surface, which was confirmed by Fourier-transform infrared, atomic force microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy investigations. TGA analysis showed that the mass ratio of grafted PMMA and GO was as high as 1.7. Transmission electron microscopy and X-ray powder diffraction investigations demonstrated that the grafting of PMMA chains to GO surfaces resulted in homogeneous dispersion of GO sheets in PMMA matrix, which led to a commendable performance on its mechanical and thermal properties. Dynamic mechanical analysis showed that, at a loading level of just 0.5 wt% for the nanocomposites, the storage modulus of the nanocomposites was improved 14%, and the glass transition temperature was increased 12°C in comparison with that of neat PMMA. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the onset degradation temperature of the nanocomposites was increased 13°C with a GO content of 0.25 wt%. 相似文献

Identifying the active catalytic centers on catalyst surface is significant for exploring the catalytic reaction mechanism and further guiding the synthesis of high-performance catalysts.However,it remains a challange in developing the site-specific technology for the identification of the active catalytic centers.Herein,in-situ infrared spectroscopy of adsorbed CO,photocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) test and theoretical simulation were used to distinguish and quantify the different surface sites and their H2-production catalytic activity on TiO_2-supported Pt nanoparticles(Pt NPs).Two different types of surface Pt sites,tip Pt(Pt_(tip)) and edge/terrace Pt_(edge/terrace),on TiO_2-supported Pt nanoparticles(Pt NPs) were identified.The photocatalytic H2-production activity of TiO_2-supported Pt NPs shows a linear functional relationship with the number of Pt_(tip) sites.However,the number of Pt_(edge/terracesites) produced little effect on the activity of TiO_2-supported Pt NPs.First-principle simulations confirmed that H2-evolution at the Pttipsites owns a lower energy barrier than that at Pt_(edge/terrace).This findings would be helpful for the fabrication of high-performance Pt catalysts. 相似文献
