The solubilities and refractive indexes in the NH4Cl-CaCl2-H2O system were measured at 50 and 75°C and the phase diagrams were constructed on the basis of the experimental data. The mixing parameters and equilibrium constant K sp were evaluated using the Pitzer ion-interaction model representations. The results obtained were in good agreement with the experimental data. The mixed parameters of Pitzer ion-interaction model and equilibrium constant obtained in the work can furthermore be applied to solubility predictions of more complicated systems containing NH4Cl and CaCl2.  相似文献

Solvothermal reactions of CuI with isopropanol, 4,4'-bipyridine, I(2) and a small amount of water in MeCN produced one coordination compound [isopropylviologen][CuI(3)] (isopropylviologen = N,N'-diisopropyl-4,4'-bipyridinium) (1). The dielectric constants of the single crystal of 1 along the three crystal axes are different with the largest diversity ratio of ~3.3, showing dielctric anisotropic behavior. Under low temperature (<273 K) or medium electric field frequency range (1 KHz-1 MHz), the dielectric constant of the title compound is nearly unchanged, exhibiting a temperature/frequency-independent characteristics. The crystalline powder of 1 has a low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss in the medium electric field frequency range, which is comparable to the traditional low-k material SiO(2).  相似文献

Pancreatic cancer is the seventh leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide and is known as “the king of cancers”. Currently, gemcitabine (GEM) as the clinical drug of choice for chemotherapy of advanced pancreatic cancer has poor drug sensitivity and ineffective chemotherapy. Nardoguaianone L (G-6) is a novel guaiane-type sesquiterpenoid isolated from Nardostachys jatamansi DC., and it exhibits anti-tumor activity. Based on the newly discovered G-6 with anti-pancreatic cancer activity in our laboratory, this paper aimed to evaluate the potential value of the combination of G-6 and GEM in SW1990 cells, including cell viability, cell apoptosis, colony assay and tandem mass tags (TMT) marker-based proteomic technology. These results showed that G-6 combined with GEM significantly inhibited cell viability, and the effect was more obvious than that with single drug. In addition, the use of TMT marker-based proteomic technology demonstrated that the AGE-RAGE signaling pathway was activated after medication-combination. Furthermore, reactive oxygen species (ROS) and mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) assays were used to validate the proteomic results. Finally, apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry. In conclusion, G-6 combined with GEM induced an increase in ROS level and a decrease in MMP in SW1990 cells through the AGE-RAGE signaling pathway, ultimately leading to apoptosis. G-6 improved the effect of GEM chemotherapy and may be used as a potential combination therapy for pancreatic cancer.  相似文献

在锂离子电池电解液1 mol·L-1 LiPF6/(碳酸乙烯酯(EC)+碳酸二乙酯(DEC)+碳酸甲乙酯(EMC) (1:1:1,体积比))中分别添加1,2-二甲氧基-4-硝基苯(DMNB1)和1,4-二甲氧基-2-硝基苯(DMNB2)作为防过充添加剂.采用循环伏安(CV)、恒流充放电、过充测试、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段研究了DMNB1和DMNB2 的防过充效果, 以及添加剂与LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2材料的相容性. 结果表明: DMNB1 和DMNB2 的氧化电位都在4.3 V (vs Li/Li+)以上, 且均能显著提高电池的过充保护性能. 100%过充和5 V截止电压过充测试表明, DMNB1 的防过充性能优于DMNB2. 采用基础电解液、添加0.1 mol·L-1 DMNB1 和添加0.1 mol·L-1DMNB2 电解液的LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2/Li 电池, 0.2C 倍率下循环100 次, 容量保持率分别为98.4%、95.9%和68.1%. 证明硝基在添加剂苯环上的取代位置和其电化学性能之间有着密切联系.  相似文献

以电子回旋脉塞非线性理论为基础, 结合三维电磁仿真软件, 通过导入高频场数值解替代理论解析的方法, 对波瓣波导谐振腔高次谐波太赫兹回旋管进行了理论和模拟研究. 给出了该类回旋管的起振电流、耦合系数以及注波互作用效率等重要参数, 并在此基础上设计了一只工作频率为0.4 THz, 工作模式TE33模三次谐波波瓣波导谐振腔回旋管, 其电子注参数为1.0 A, 40.5 kV, 横纵速度比1.5,互作用区引导磁场为5.09 T, 输出功率达到3.3 kW.  相似文献

A rhodamine spirolactam derivative (1) bearing a hydrophilic carboxylic acid group is developed as a fluorescent chemodosimeter for bivalent mercury ions (Hg2+) in 100% aqueous solution. It exhibits a highly sensitive “turn-on” fluorescent response toward Hg2+ with a 42-fold fluorescence intensity enhancement under 1 equiv. of Hg2+ added. The chemodosimeter can be applied to the quantification of Hg2+ with a linear range covering from 3.0 × 10−7 to 1.0 × 10−5 M and a detection limit of 9.7 × 10−8 M. Most importantly, the fluorescence changes of the chemodosimeter are remarkably specific for Hg2+ in the presence of other metal ions, which meet the selective requirements for practical application. Moreover, the experiment results show that the response behavior of 1 towards Hg2+ is pH independent in neutral condition (pH 5.0–8.0) and the response is fast (response time less than 3 min). Furthermore, the ring-opening mechanism of the rhodamine spirolactam induced by Hg2+ was supported by NMR, MS, and DFT theoretical calculations. In addition, the proposed chemodosimeter has been used to detect Hg2+ in water samples and image Hg2+ in living cells with satisfying results.  相似文献

研究了吉林省长春市南湖天然水环境中生物膜胞外聚合物及由其分离得到的胞外多糖和胞外蛋白对铅的吸附特性,讨论了时间、pH值、其它共存金属离子等对其吸附的影响;初步探讨了胞外多糖和胞外蛋白吸附铅的反应机理. 结果表明,3种吸附剂对铅的吸附量在pH=6时最大,分别为23.64、15.8和3.48 mg/g ;吸附体系均在6h以后达到吸附平衡;共存金属离子镉对铅的吸附有影响.胞外聚合物及其中的胞外多糖和胞外蛋白对铅的吸附过程符合Langmuir和Freundlich热力学方程.胞外聚合物中胞外多糖对铅的吸附所作贡献大于胞外蛋白.胞外蛋白的胺基、酰胺基,胞外多糖的羟基、酰胺基等是胞外聚合物吸附铅离子过程中起关键作用的化学基团.  相似文献

We investigate the electromagnetic perturbation around a black hole with quintessence-like matter and a deficit solid angle. The complex frequencies of the quasinormal modes of electromagnetic perturbation are evaluated by the third-order WKB approximation. The results show that the electromagnetic perturbation around the black hole damps more slowly owing to the presence of the quintessence-like. The phenomenon can be distinguished from the black hole only with a deficit angle.  相似文献
