以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂、正硅酸乙酯为硅源、钨酸钠为钨源,采用敞开体系法制备了W-MCM-41介孔催化剂样品。利用多种表征手段对其进行了表征,考察了投料中硅钨摩尔比对W-MCM-41结构和催化环己烯氧化性能的影响。研究发现,所制W-MCM-41介孔催化剂样品均保持着MCM-41的介孔结构,而且表现出较好的催化性能;随着硅钨摩尔比的减小,样品晶胞参数和晶面间距逐渐增大,而硅钨摩尔比为30时所制的W-MCM-41样品催化活性最高。  相似文献

A sodalite-type porous metal-organic framework with polyoxometalate templates, H(3)[(Cu(4)Cl)(3)(BTC)(8)](2)[PW(12)O(40)]·(C(4)H(12)N)(6)·3H(2)O (NENU-11; BTC = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate), was obtained by a hydrothermal reaction. As a reasonable candidate for eliminating nerve gas, NENU-11 displays good adsorption behavior for dimethyl methylphosphonate (15.5 molecules per formula unit). In virtue of the catalytic activity of polyoxometalate guests, this nerve gas mimic could be facilely decomposed by a hydrolysis reaction.  相似文献

A novel manganese(Ⅱ) coordination polymer with 2-(4-carboxyphenoxy) benzoic acid (2,4'-H2oba) and 1,10-phenanthroline (1,10-phen) has been prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR and elemental analysis. Compound [Mn(2,4'-oba)(1,10-phen)] is of monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 7.960(1), b = 15.464(2), c = 18.703(3) , β = 99.976(2)°, V = 2267.5(6) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 491.35, Dc = 1.439 g/cm3, F(000) = 1004 and μ = 0.623 cm·1. The final R = 0.0419 and wR = 0.0978 for 3444 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the oba2-ligands adopt a bis(chelating bidentate) mode to link two Mn(Ⅱ) centers to form an infinite 1D helical chain. Furthermore, a 3D supramolecular structure was formed by π-π stacking interactions and hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Moisture is an important factor that influences the safe operation of transformers. In this study, molecular dynamics was employed to investigate the diffusion behavior of water molecules in the oil-paper insulation materials of transformers. Two oil-cellulose models were built. In the first model, water molecules were initially distributed in oil, and in the second model, water molecules were distributed in cellulose. The non-bonding energies of interaction between water molecules and oil, and between water molecules and cellulose, were calculated by the Dreiding force field. The interaction energy was found to play a dominant role in influencing the equilibrium distribution of water molecules. The radial direction functions of water molecules toward oil and cellulose indicate that the hydrogen bonds between water molecules and cellulose are sufficiently strong to withstand the operating temperature of the transformer. Mean-square displacement analysis of water molecules diffusion suggests that water molecules initially distributed in oil showed anisotropic diffusion; they tended to diffuse toward cellulose. Water molecules initially distributed in cellulose diffused isotropically. This study provides a theoretical contribution for improvements in online monitoring of water in transformers, and for subsequent research on new insulation materials.  相似文献

通过对Jeffamine ED2003进行硬脂酸接枝,获得了一种在水溶液中能够进行自组装的新型聚醚酰胺高分子表面活性剂,命名为ED2003-fa-18.以ED2003-fa-18聚醚酰胺高分子表面活性剂为模板,以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为无机硅源,在酸性条件下水热合成了介孔及超微孔氧化硅微球.利用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、N2物理吸附、红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振波谱(1H NMR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)等方法对合成样品进行了表征.研究结果表明,通过改变合成体系中表面活性剂的浓度,可控合成出了有序的介孔及超微孔氧化硅材料.当ED2003-fa-18的浓度为1wt%时,合成的材料为介孔氧化硅,样品的最可几孔径约为2.2 nm.当ED2003-fa-18的浓度从3wt%增加到7wt%时,样品的最可几孔径从1.98 nm减小到1.94 nm,得到的样品为超微孔氧化硅材料.样品的比表面积在500 m2·g-1左右,孔体积在0.3 cm3·g-1左右.由SEM照片可知,所合成的介孔及超微孔氧化硅材料均为由20~30 nm的球形纳米颗粒进一步团聚形成的2~4 μm的紧密堆积的实心微球.  相似文献

Novel DNA binding agents against topoisomerases are needed for effective treatment of cancers. A series of new acridine-based derivatives 7a–7d were synthesized and their antiproliferative activity against K562 and HepG-2 cell lines were evaluated. Compound 7c with pyridin-2-yl-methanamino group substituted at the C9 position of acridine showed good antitumor activity against both cell lines. The DNA-binding affinity of compound 7c was evaluated by UV–vis absorption spectra and fluorescence emission spectra. DNA topoisomerase I mediated relaxation of plasmid pBR322 DNA was also tested. Our results suggested that compound 7c with good antitumor activity and topoisomerase I inhibition activity can be developed as a prime candidate for further chemical optimization.  相似文献

A tricarboyanine derivative (IRPP) is applied as a ratiometric near-infrared chemosensor for detecting trivalent chromium ions (Cr3+) in living cells. Upon the addition of Cr3+ to a solution of IRPP, large-scale shifts in the emission spectrum (from 755 nm to 561 nm) are observed. In the newly developed sensing system, these well-resolved emission peaks yield a sensing system that covers a linear range from 1.0 × 10−7 to 1.0 × 10−5 M with a detection limit of 2.5 × 10−8 M. The experimental results show the response behavior of IRPP towards Cr3+ is pH independent under neutral conditions (6.0–7.5). Most importantly, the fast response time (less than 3 min) and selectivity for Cr3+ over other common metal ions provide a strong argument for the use of this sensor in real world applications. As a proof of concept, the proposed chemosensor has been used to detect and quantify Cr3+ in river water samples and to image Cr3+ in living cells with encouraging results.  相似文献

为制备对琥珀酸氯霉素分子具有特异性吸附的分子印迹聚合物膜, 利用模板分子琥珀酸氯霉素(HS-CAP)、功能单体甲基丙烯酸(MA)、交联剂乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)、引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)、溶剂四氢呋喃, 采用紫外光引发聚合的方法制备出含有HS-CAP分子印迹位点的印迹聚合微粒, 并使用相转化的方法, 制备含有这种HS-CAP分子印迹微粒的醋酸纤维素膜. 然后通过吸附实验检测该印迹膜的吸附特性, 与非印迹膜相比, 印迹膜对模板分子具有良好的特异性识别作用, 与印迹膜相互作用的模板分子溶液, 在作用前后浓度发生了显著的变化; 印迹膜对模板分子的识别作用主要集中于与模板分子相互作用的最初2 h之内, 并随作用时间的延长而降低; 当模板分子浓度介于0.2~0.0125 mg/mL这一范围内时, 模板分子溶液浓度越高, 印迹膜的吸附特性越明显. 本实验所制备的分子印迹聚合膜对模板分子具有特异性识别能力, 可以在下一步研制以分子印迹聚合膜为基础的检测氯霉素残留的传感设备中得到应用.  相似文献

用水热合成的方法得到了配合物{[Dy(1,2-pda)3/2(H2O)]·H2O}n(1,2-pda=1,2-邻苯二乙酸根),用X-射线衍射单晶结构分析确定了该配合物的晶体结构。该晶体属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群。配合物中每个Dy3+离子被6个1,2-邻苯二乙酸根环绕,相邻的6个Dy3+离子被6对1,2-邻苯二乙酸根连接,形成具有六角形的[Dy(1,2-pda)6]2团簇,这些团簇进一步被1,2-邻苯二乙酸根桥联而得到具有(6,3)拓扑构造的3D网络结构。所有的1,2-邻苯二乙酸根配体用桥联/螯合-桥联五齿和螯合-桥联/螯合-桥联六齿两种配位模式与Dy3+离子配位。每个Dy3+还键合1个水分子。九配位的Dy3+离子的配位环境可描述为扭曲的单帽四方反棱柱。在配合物的荧光光谱的481和574 nm处出现了2条谱线,分别对应于Dy3+离子的 4F5/26H15/24F5/26H13/2的跃迁。  相似文献

Przewalskone (1), an unprecedented adduct of two different terpenoid units via a hetero-Diels-Alder cycloaddition, was isolated from the roots of Salvia przewalskii. The structure and absolute configurations were elucidated by extensive analysis of NMR spectra and crystal X-ray diffractions. Compound 1 exhibited significant cytotoxicities against five human cancer lines in vitro (IC(50) 0.69-2.35 μM).  相似文献
