Atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of MMA was conducted using 2‐(4‐chloromethyl‐phenyl)‐benzoxazole as initiator, CuCl as catalyst, and PMDETA as ligand. The results show that the polymerization is a first order reaction with respect to monomer concentration. The polymerization displayed living character as evidenced by a liner increase of monomer weight with conversation and a relatively narrow distribution (Mn/Mw range from 1.30 to 1.45). The structure of PMMA was analyzed by 1H‐NMR and proved the polymerization could be controlled to some degree. The optical property of the initiator was well preserved in the resulting PMMA, and the end‐functionalized PMMA exhibited fluorescent emission at 360 nm whether in DMF solution or in film state.  相似文献

研究了水/有机两相体系中表面活性剂十六烷基三羟乙基溴化铵(CTHAB)对Rh/TPPTS (TPPTS: 三[间-磺酸钠基苯基]膦)催化的1-辛烯氢甲酰化反应的促进作用, 初步证实了CTHAB分子中的羟基可与催化活性物种的铑之间发生配位. 与传统表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)相比, 表面活性剂CTHAB的添加不仅加速了水/有机两相1-辛烯氢甲酰化反应, 而且提高了成醛的正/异比, 促进作用明显. 在 [Rh]=0.8 mmol/L, [TPPTS]/[Rh]=40, [CTHAB]=4.0 mmol/L, 90 ℃, 0.5 MPa, 1.5 h时, 生成醛的TOF为497 h-1, 正/异比(L/B)可达25.6. 催化剂经7次循环后, 反应活性和成醛正/异比无明显下降. 该催化体系对不同长链烯烃氢甲酰化反应同样具有促进作用.  相似文献

Star-shaped oligothiophenes with hexakis(fluoren-2-yl)benzene (HFB) as cores were designed and synthesized. Grafting thiophene units to HFB results in a bond flattening of the core, and makes the molecules a flipping-twist shape. Their thermal, photophysical and electrochemical properties were studied. Highly cross-linked conjugated polymers can be produced by electropolymerization of T1-T3.  相似文献

Iron oxide/silica core–shell colloidal particles were prepared by basic reverse microemulsion (RM) method and two modified RM methods. By basic RM method, maximum particle size obtained was mere 40 nm. For building photonic crystals working in the visible range, the colloidal particles must be larger than 100 nm. Thus two modified RM methods were used. By alcohol modified RM method, short chain alcohols were used as co-surfactant. The particle size rose to near 100 nm, but the core–shell structure was comparatively poor. By emulsifier pair modified RM method, the particle size leapt to over 200 nm and a narrow growth window was found favorable to enhance the stability and rigidity of the surfactants layers. The core–shell mechanism was also discussed and a new four-step mechanism was proposed.  相似文献

A glassy carbon electrode was modified with β-manganese dioxide (β-MnO2), and glucose oxidase (GOx) was immobilized on its surface. The β-MnO2 nanowires were prepared by a hydrothermal method and characterized by scanning electron microscopy and powder X-ray diffraction. They were then dispersed in Nafion solution and cast on the glassy carbon electrode (GCE) to form an electrode modified with β-MnO2 nanowires that exhibits improved sensitivity toward hydrogen peroxide. If GOx is immobilized in the surface, the β-MnO2 acts as a mediator, and Nafion as a polymer backbone. The fabrication process was characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and the sensor and its materials were characterized by cyclic voltammetry and amperometry. The biosensor enables amperometric detection of glucose with a sensitivity of 38.2 μA?·?mM?1?·?cm?2, and a response time of?<?5 s. This study also demonstrates the feasibility of realizing inexpensive, reliable, and high-performance biosensors using MnO2 nanowires.

The sensitive determination of glucose was realized at a β-MnO2 NWs modified glassy carbon electrode by amperometry. The relatively fast, reproducible and low-cost manufacturing procedure suggests that it can offer an excellent platform for glucose oxidase-biosensing applications.  相似文献

A new decatungstate incorporated metal-organic framework {[Co2(bpdo)5(H2O)n- W10O32]}n·nbpdo·2nH2O(1, bpdo = 4,4'-bis(pyridine-N-oxide) has been synthesized through a one-step hydrothermal reaction and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, solid UV-vis absorption spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The structural analysis indicates that 1 displays a one-dimensional ladder structure with [W10O32]4- as guest incorporated by electrostatic interaction. The photocatalytic property of the framework toward a rhodamine B (RhB) solution was also investigated. The results indicated that compound 1 possesses high photocatalytic activity in heterogeneous system under sunlight irradiated.  相似文献

采用液相离子交换法制备了Cu(I)Y、NiY、CeY分子筛,利用XRD、ICP/MS、N2吸附脱附等技术对其物化性质进行了表征,使用固定床技术和色谱-硫化学发光检测(SCD)偶联技术系统考查了改性Y分子筛对FCC汽油的选择性吸附脱硫性能,着重探讨了FCC汽油选择性吸附脱硫过程中硫化物的脱除规律。结果表明,不同金属阳离子改性的Y分子筛对FCC汽油中不同硫化物选择性有所不同,对CeY分子筛:2-甲基-5-乙基噻吩<噻吩3硫醇< C2噻吩<2或3-甲基噻吩<苯并噻吩<3,4-二甲基噻吩≈2,3,4-三甲基噻吩<四氢噻吩,而NiY与Cu(I)Y选择性相同:C3硫醇<2-甲基-5-乙基噻吩2噻吩<2或3-甲基噻吩<噻吩<苯并噻吩<3,4-二甲基噻吩≈2,3,4-三甲基噻吩<四氢噻吩,改性Y分子筛对噻吩及小分子烷基取代噻吩类硫化物的选择性较差。  相似文献

Our studies examined the structural features responsible for the antifungal activity of 2-ethoxycarbonyl-1,5- benzothiazepine (7a). Three series of 1,5-benzothiazepine derivatives were synthesized and screened for their antifungal activity. The results suggested that the ethoxycarbonyl group at the 2 position and the imine moiety on the seven-membered ring are essential for activity. The most potent of the synthesized analogues (7a, 7b) were further studied by evaluating their cytotoxicity and mode of action (for 7a). The results showed that compounds 7a and 7b were relatively safe for BV2 cells, but compound 7a interfered with Cryptococcus neoformans cell wall integrity by increasing the chitinase activity. Therefore, compound 7a was considered safe as an antifungal agent for animal cells.  相似文献

A series of triazole and benzotriazole derivatives as novel p90 ribosomal S6 protein kinase 2 (RSK2) inhibitors were designed and synthesized. The in vitro activities against RSK2 were evaluated, and among 14 compounds, compounds 5, 6, 11, 12, 13 and 14 exhibited enzyme IC50 values of 8.91, 2.86, 3.19, 3.05, 4.49 and 2.09 μmol/L re- spectively. The proposed binding modes were simulated using molecular docking method, and the docking results coupled with the stmcture-activi1:y relationship (SAR) analysis indicated that all these active compounds bound to the RSK2 ATP binding site at NTKD, and the electron-donating groups on the 4-position of phenyl were the deter- minant point for the inhibitory activity.  相似文献

合成并通过单晶X射线衍射、元素分析及红外光谱表征了配合物[Cu2(L)2Br2]·CH3OH(1)和[Zn2(L)2(CH3COO)2]·2CH3OH(2)的结构(HL为3-乙基-2-乙酰吡嗪缩4-苯基氨基脲)。单晶衍射结果表明,配合物1中,中心Cu(Ⅱ)离子与来自1个三齿缩氨基脲配体阴离子和2个μ2-桥联的溴离子配位,拥有扭曲的四方锥配位构型。配合物2中Zn(Ⅱ)离子配位构型与配合物1中Cu(Ⅱ)离子的相同,周围的供体原子为N2O3。配合物2中的2个醋酸根的配位模式不尽相同,其中一个为μ-OCO双齿桥联,另外一个为μ-O单齿桥联。甲醇溶液中,配合物12的荧光发射峰与配体HL相似。  相似文献
