在氩气氛中,合成子SrMgF4:xEu,yTb复合氟化物磷光体,该体系中Eu^3+和Eu^2+共存,随共掺入Tb浓度的增加,Eu^3+的荧光发射强度降低,Eu^3+的发光增强,并且Eu^2+的ESR信号增强,认为Eu^3+和Tb3+之间存在的电荷迁移,即Eu^3+Tb^3+→Eu^2++Tb^4+,通过半量手段研究了这一电荷迁移反应的平衡常数。  相似文献

Ru(3) (TSA)(6) (1; H(2) TSA=2-thiosalicylic acid), which bears six peripheral carboxylate groups and was isolated in the form [NEt(4) ](1.5) [Ru(3) (HTSA)(2) (TSA)(4) ](OAc)(0.5) ?3.5?H(2) O, serves as a building block for assembly of heterometallic coordination polymers. Treatment of 1 with [Fe(acac)(3) ] (acac=acetylacetonate) in EG/H(2) O (EG=ethylene glycol) afforded 1D Ru(3) -Fe coordination polymer 2 by means of the connection of the building block 1 through iron centers. Treatment of 1 with MnCl(2) in EG resulted in the formation of 1D Ru(3) -Mn(3) coordination polymer 3, which features self-assembled polynuclear linking units Mn(3) (OCH(2) CH(2) O)(3) , each of which contains a planar Mn(3) O(3) ring. By treating 1 with Gd(NO(3) )(3) and NaHCO(3) in EG, a 3D Ru(3) -Gd(6) coordination polymer 4 was obtained; this 3D coordination polymer features unprecedented Gd(6) (μ(3) -CO(3) )(4) units. The magnetic properties of 1-4, along with DFT calculations on the electronic structure of 1, are also described.  相似文献

Zn-loaded bovine serum albumin nanoparticles (Zn-BSA nanoparticles) were prepared and used as carriers for pH-responsive anticancer drug delivery. Zinc was introduced into this system to increase the stability of the BSA nanoparticles and to load the anticancer drug based on the coordination bonding formation of Zn-BSA and Zn-drug molecules, respectively. The cleavage of either the "Zn-BSA" or the "Zn-drug" coordination bonding, in response to pH, would result in the release of the drug under designated pH conditions. The nanoparticles were spherical with diameters of 50-60 nm and narrow size distribution. Mitoxantrone (MX) was chosen as the model drug to study the release behavior and the inhibitory efficacy against tumor cells. In vitro release behavior of MX loaded Zn-BSA nanoparticles (MX-Zn-BSA nanoparticles) showed a fine pH-responsiveness. The release amount at pH 5.0 was close to 80%, while the cumulative release amount at pH 7.4 was less than 6% within 24 h. The blank Zn-BSA nanoparticles were of low cytotoxicity, while a high cytotoxic activity of MX-Zn-BSA nanoparticles against MCF-7 cells was demonstrated by in vitro cell assays.  相似文献

Two new nickel(II) complexes, [Ni(4, 4′‐bpy)(H2O)4]n · n(cpp) · 0.5nH2O ( 1 ) and [Ni(cpp)(4, 4′‐bpy)(H2O)2]n ( 2 ) [4, 4′‐bpy = 4, 4′‐bipyridine, H2cpp = 3‐(4‐carboxyphenyl)propionic acid] were synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and thermal analysis. In complex 1 , NiII ions are bridged by 4, 4′‐bpy into 1D chains, and cpp ligands are not involved in the coordination, whereas in complex 2 , cpp ligands adopt a bis(monodentate) mode and link NiII ions into 2D (4, 4) grids with the help of 4, 4′‐bpy ligands. Triple interpenetration occurs, which results in the formation of a complicated 3D network. The difference in the structures of the two complexes can be attributed to the different reaction temperatures and bases.  相似文献

We present novel redox‐responsive hydrogels based on poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) or poly(acrylamide), consisting of a reversible disulfide crosslinking agent N,N′‐bis(acryloyl)cystamine and a permanent crosslinking agent N,N′‐methylenebisacrylamide for microfluidic applications. The mechanism of swelling/deswelling behavior starts with the cleavage and reformation of disulfide bonds, leading to a change of crosslinking density and crosslinking points. Raman and ultraviolet‐visible spectroscopy confirm that conversion efficiency of thiol–disulfide interchange up to 99%. Rheological analysis reveals that the E modulus of hydrogel is dependent on the crosslinking density and can be repeatedly manipulated between high‐ and low‐stiffness states over at least 5 cycles without significant decrease. Kinetic studies showed that the mechanical strength of the gels changes as the redox reaction proceeds. This process is much faster than the autonomous diffusion in the hydrogel. Moreover, cooperative diffusion coefficient (Dcoop) indicates that the swelling process of the hydrogel is affected by the reduction reaction. Finally, this reversibly switchable redox behavior of bulky hydrogel could be proven in microstructured hydrogel dots through short‐term photopatterning process. These hydrogel dots on glass substrates also showed the desired short response time on cyclic swelling and shrinking processes known from downsized hydrogel shapes. Such stimuli‐responsive hydrogels with redox‐sensitive crosslinkers open a new pathway in exchanging analytes for sensing and separating in microfluidics applications. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A novel sensing material, MnFe2O4/polyaniline (PANI), was fabricated by doping PANI to MnFe2O4 on a modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). This sensing material was characterized using X‐ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and high‐resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR‐TEM). Using a cyclic voltammetry electrochemical‐sensing method, we tested MnFe2O4/PANI, and an acetaminophen concentration of 0.0625–5 mM was recorded. Furthermore, the sensor responses were 2.05–22.44. The detection limit was 2.23 × 10?7 M. Strong selectivity was observed for MnFe2O4/PANI, which is a possible sensing mechanism.  相似文献

Direct conversion of fructose-based carbohydrates to 5-ethoxymethylfurfural (EMF) catalyzed by Lewis acid in ethanol was investigated. It was found that BF3·(Et)2O was favorable for 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) etherification to EMF. BF3·(Et)2O combination with AlCl3·6H2O with the molar ratio of 1 was an effective catalyst system for synthesis of EMF from fructose-based carbohydrates. 55.0%, 45.4% and 23.9% of EMF yields were obtained from fructose, inulin and sucrose under optimized conditions, respectively.  相似文献
