We report~(75) As nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)/nuclear quadrupole resonance(NQR) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) studies on LaFeAsO_(1-x)F_x. There are two superconducting domes in this material. The first one appears at 0.03 ≤ x ≤0.2 with T_c~(max) = 27 K, and the second one at 0.25 ≤x≤0.75 with T_c~(max) = 30 K. By NMR and TEM, we demonstrate that a C4-to-C2 structural phase transition(SPT) takes place above both domes, with the transition temperature T_s varying strongly with x. In the first dome, the SPT is followed by an antiferromagnetic(AF) transition, but neither AF order nor low-energy spin fluctuations are found in the second dome. By ~(75) As nuclear spin-lattice relaxation rate(1/T_1) measurements, we find that AF order and superconductivity coexist microscopically in LaFeAsO_(0.97) F_(0.03). In the coexisting region, 1/T_1 decreases at T_c but becomes proportional to T below 0.6 T_c, indicating gapless excitations. Therefore, in contrast to the early reports, the obtained phase diagram for x ≤ 0.2 is quite similar to the doped BaFe_2As_2 system. The electrical resistivity p in the second dome can be fitted by ρ = ρ0 + AT~n with n = 1 and a maximal coefficient A at around xopt = 0.5-0.55 at which T_s extrapolates to zero and Tc is the maximal, which suggests the importance of quantum critical fluctuations associated with the SPT. We have constructed a complete phase diagram of LaFeAsO_(1-x)F_x, which provides insight into the relationship between SPT, antiferromagnetism and superconductivity.  相似文献

采用高温固相反应法在还原气氛下制备了SrS:Eu,Sm样品,利用荧光光谱仪测量了这种光存储材料的激发光谱和发射光谱.将样品用紫外灯(265 nm)照射激发饱和后,再用980 nm的红外激光器激励,利用荧光光谱仪测试得到了峰值位于599 nm的光激励发光光谱.此外还利用热释光谱仪测试了样品的热释光谱.探讨了SrS:Eu,Sm的光存储机理,认为引入的稀土离子在SrS的带隙中形成分裂能级.当用紫外光照射材料时,Eu的电子从基态被激发到激发态或基质材料的导带,其中一部分电子被辅助激活剂Sm的陷阱俘获,实现信息写入.当材料被与陷阱深度相当的红外光激励时,电子陷阱Sm2 俘获的电子才可能跃出俘获能级,与空穴在Eu的激发态和基态能级上复合,多余的能量以可见光的形式释放出来,实现信息读出.  相似文献

The spatiotemporal propagation of a momentum excitation on the finite Fermi-Pasta-Ulam lattices is investigated. The competition between the solitary wave and phonons gives rise to interesting propagation behaviors. For a moderate nonlinearity, the initially excited pulse may propagate coherently along the lattice for a long time in a solitary wave manner accompanied by phonon tails. The lifetime of the long-transient propagation state exhibits a sensitivity to the nonlinear parameter. The solitary wave decays exponentially during the final loss of stability, and the decay rate varying with the nonlinear parameter exhibits two different scaling laws. This decay is found to be related to the largest Lyapunov exponent of the corresponding Hamiltonian system, which manifests a transition from weak to strong chaos. The mean-free-path of the solitary waves is estimated in the strong chaos regime, which may be helpful to understand the origin of anomalous conductivity in the Fermi-Pasta-Ulam lattice.  相似文献

We study the generalized sine-Gordon hierarchy and its associated-dependent modified sine-Gordon hierarchy. Two Bäcklund transformations for these two families are constructed. One of them is a generalization of the Bäcklund transformations of Wadatiet al. and the other one is new. Gauge transformations of a relevant AKNS system are employed to reduce the integration of these equations via the Bäcklund transformations to quadratures. 119Sn Mossbauer spectra for surface layers of thin film Sb doped SnO were obtained by CEMS method, the emissive internal conversion electrons were detected by multi-wire chamber. In practice the gas-sensing response of these films for H2, CO depended on Sb concentration of doping (X%) and the annealling processes. It was found that the CEMS parameters of samples-(IS), (QS) and its distribution (HW), reach minima when x=1%, just in agreement with the gas-sensing responsive sensitivity reaching maximum. And then it is helpful for the study of the gas-sensitive mechanism.  相似文献

The relations between the electrical characteristics of BaSn1?x Sb x O3 perovskite system and the contents of BaO, Sb2O3 and silicate sintering agent were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis and Mössbauer spectroscopy. It was found that the electrical conductivity is related to the substitution of Sb3+ for Sn4+, the content of sintering agent and the phase constitutents in samples. BaSnO3, Ba3Sn2O7, Ba2SnO4 and SnO2 phases might appear in different fractions when the contents of BaO change from 0.5 mole to 3.5 mole. In low antimony percentage condition, pentavalent Sb3+ ions inserted in Sn4+ sites and formed the donor center. In high antimony percentage (x≥0.20) condition, the existence of an insulating phase (BaSb2O6) was confirmed.  相似文献

A polypyrrole/ferrospinel(NiFe2O4) nanocomposite was prepared by the in situ chemical oxidizing of pyrrole in the presence of NiFe2O4 nanoparticles in water-in-oil (w/o) microemulsion. The structural, morphological, and magnetic properties of the as-prepared polypyrrole/NiFe2O4 nanocomposite were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectra, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and magnetic measurements. XRD and FTIR revealed the presence of NiFe2O4 in the nanocomposite. SEM and TEM images illustrated that polypyrrole was coated on the NiFe2O4 surface. The electromagnetic parameters, such as conductivity, saturation magnetization, and coercivity of NiFe2O4 nanoparticles varied after coating with polypyrrole.  相似文献

Polypropylene grafted silane and styrene (named PP-g-Si/St in this article) was successfully prepared by radical graft polymerization initiated by γ-ray irradiation. The influence of total absorbed dose on the graft ratio of vinyltrimethoxysilane onto PP and the melt flow rate (MFR) of the PP-g-Si/St product were studied. The effect of graft ratios of vinyltrimethoxysilane on the melting point and nonisothermal crystallization kinetics of PP-g-Si/St was investigated by the method of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). With increasing vinyltrimethoxysilane and styrene (used as viscosity modifier and free radical source) grafted on PP, the melting point of PP-g-Si/St became lower. Several different analysis methods, including those of Avrami, Jeziorny, and Mo and colleagues, were employed to describe the nonisothermal crystallization process of the grafted samples. The results indicate that the peak temperature of crystallization of PP-g-Si/St sample was lower than that of virgin PP. Crystallization kinetics revealed that the rates of nucleation and growth were affected differently by the graft ratio of vinyltrimethoxysilane onto PP. The activation energy was calculated on the basis of the method of Kissinger, and the values were 253.6 and 215.7 kJ/mol for virgin PP and PP-g-Si/St, respectively.  相似文献

A high performance sub-wavelength metallic grating coupled surface plasmon resonance (SWMGCSPR) sensor with metal and porous composite layer is proposed. Rigorous coupled-wave analysis (RCWA) is conducted to prove the design feasibility, characterize the sensor's performance and determine geometric parameters of the structure, which is also employed to compute the electromagnetic (EM) field distributions at the resonant wavelengths. Parameters of sensing platform are optimized to achieve the best performance of the SPR sensor. Obtained results reveal that the proposed structure can excite SPR with negative diffraction order of SWMG. Both wavelength and angular sensitivities are greatly enhanced because surface plasmon wave (SPW) exhibits a large penetration depth which will enlarge the distance of interactions between SP and analytes. The detection sensitivities and quality parameters are estimated to be 700 nm/RIU and 509°/RIU with full width at half maximum (FWHM) less than 2.5 nm using the same optimized structure.  相似文献
