用甲基乙烯基聚硅氧烷涂敷于硅烷化的微粒硅胶上,制备出一种新型的涂敷型反相高效液相色谱固定相。该固定相对极性、非极性和碱性化合物均有良好的分离能力,峰对称性好。对其恶性循环 了考察,连续使用三个月后,固定相的碳量和色谱性能仍保持不变。  相似文献

亚临床肝性脑病患者的血清锌,铜含量的测定及临床意义   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
检测了30例慢性活动性肝炎患者、30例肝硬化患者、30例亚临床肝性脑病患者血清中的铜、锌含量,并与正常对照组进行比较分析,探讨了微量元素铜、锌的血清含量改变及其影响因素,分析其临床意义。结果表明体内的铜锌含量与肝脏功能有密切的关系。在慢性活动性肝炎时,虽然肝脏功能有一定的损害,但由于肝脏的代偿能力强,铜,锌含量仍可保持在正常水平,而在肝硬化、亚临床肝性脑病时,铜锌明显降低,而铜锌含量的降低又导致机  相似文献

Mesylate derivatives of 3-aryl-3-hydroxy-beta-lactams and thiolactams react in DMSO-d(6) by first-order processes to give alcohol products. Substituent effect studies implicate carbocation intermediates (ion-pairs) that are captured by DMSO-d(6) to give transient oxosulfonium ions. Rapid reaction of the oxosulfonium ions with trace amounts of water leads to the alcohol product and regenerates DMSO-d(6). H(2)(17)O labeling studies show that (17)O is incorporated into the DMSO. The mesylate derivatives of endo- and exo-2-hydroxy-2-phenylbicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-3-one also react in DMSO-d(6) to give the alcohol products. Ion-pair intermediates that capture DMSO giving unstable oxosulfonium ions are again proposed. Exo-2-phenyl-endo-bicyclo[2.2.1]heptyl trifluoroacetate readily eliminates trifluoroacetic acid in DMSO-d(6) via a cationic mechanism involving loss of the endo-trifluoroacetate leaving group as well as an exo-hydrogen. The O-methyl oxime derivative of alpha-chloro-alpha,alpha-diphenylacetophenone reacts in DMSO-d(6) to give 1-methoxy-2,3-diphenylindole, a product derived from cyclization of a cationic intermediate. A common ion rate suppression provides further evidence for a cationic mechanism. The triflate derivative of pivaloin reacts by a cationic mechanism in DMSO-d(6) to give rearranged products. The rate is even faster than in highly ionizing solvents such as trifluoroethanol or trifluoroacetic acid. 1-Adamantyl mesylate reacts in DMSO-d(6) by a first-order process (Y(OMs) = -4.00) to give a long-lived oxosulfonium ion, 1-Ad-OS(CD(3))(2)(+), which can be characterized spectroscopically. This oxosulfonium ion reacts only slowly with water at elevated temperatures to give 1-adamantanol. DMSO is therefore a viable solvent for k(s), k(C), and k(Delta) cationic processes.  相似文献

A linear scaling local correlation approach is proposed for approximately solving the coupled cluster doubles (CCD) equations of large systems in a basis of orthogonal localized molecular orbitals (LMOs). By restricting double excitations from spatially close occupied LMOs into their associated virtual LMOs, the number of significant excitation amplitudes scales only linearly with molecular size in large molecules. Significant amplitudes are obtained to a very good approximation by solving the CCD equations of various subsystems, each of which is made up of a cluster associated with the orbital indices of a subset of significant amplitudes and the local environmental domain of the cluster. The combined effect of these two approximations leads to a linear scaling algorithm for large systems. By using typical thresholds, which are designed to target an energy accuracy, our numerical calculations for a wide range of molecules using the 6-31G or 6-31G* basis set demonstrate that the present local correlation approach recovers more than 98.5% of the conventional CCD correlation energy.  相似文献

本文用250兆赫~1H-核磁共振技术研究了苯乙烯(S)-4-甲基丙烯酰氧-2、2.6.6-四甲基哌啶(M)自由基引发聚合的共聚物的组分比和微结构,定量测定了以M为中心的三元组分布。由此确认该共聚体系属于一级马尔可夫链模型,并确定了单体竞聚率常数,r_M=0.32,r_S=0.60。对苯乙烯含量较多的共聚物还定量估计了以S为中心的三元组分布,与理论上计算结果有很好的一致性。  相似文献

According to the new method of preparing core-shell nanospheres developed by our group, by using two monomers, 2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate(HPMA) and vinyl acetate(VAc), two kinds of core-shell nanospheres with poly(ɛ-caprolactone) (PCL) as the core and crosslinked poly(2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate) (PHPMA) or poly(vinyl acetate) (PVAc) as the shell were successfully prepared under similar conditions. After degrading the PCL cores of the two kinds of nanospheres by lipase, the corresponding crosslinked poly(methyl acrylic acid) hollow spheres and crosslinked poly(vinyl alcohol) hollow spheres were obtained. Results indicate that the new method we proposed for preparing core-shell polymeric nanospheres via in-situ polymerization can be generalized to a certain extent, and it is suitable for many systems provided the monomer used is soluble in water, while its corresponding polymer is insoluble in water. A simple high-performance liquid chromatographic method – ion-pair reversed- phase high performance liquid chromatography (RPIC) has been developed and employed for the analysis of zoledronic acid and its related substances in bulk material and commercial dosage forms. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol (20%) and 5 mmol L–1 phosphate buffer (80%) containing 6 mmol L–1 tetrabutylammonium bromide, adjusted to pH 7.0 with sodium hydroxide. C8 column was used as the stationary phase. The chromatographic conditions were optimized. The active ingredient – zoledronic acid was successfully separated from its related substances, including remained imidazol-1-yiacetic acid in the synthesis of zoledronic acid and other possible impurities of oxidation and decomposition. The excipients did not interfere with the determination of zoledronic acid in commercial dosage formulations. The method was rapid, simple, accurate and reproducible. It was not only successfully employed for the assay of zoledronic acid in bulk material and pharmaceutical dosage forms but also for the determination of its related substances.  相似文献

Capillary electrophoresis-dynamic reaction cell inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (CE-DRC-ICP-MS) for the speciation of iron(III/II), vanadium(V/IV) and chromium(VI/III) is described. Two different CE migration modes were employed for separating the six metal ions using pre-capillary complexation. One is counter-electroosmotic mode in which iron(III/II) and vanadium(V/IV) ions were well separated using a 60 cm x 75 microm i.d. fused silica capillary. The voltage was set at +22 kV and a 15 mmol l(-1) tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (Tris) buffer (pH 8.75) containing 0.5 mmol l(-1) ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) and 0.5 mmol l(-1) ortho-phenanthroline (phen) was used as the electrophoretic buffer. The other is co-electroosmotic mode in which chromium(VI/III) ions were well separated while the applied voltage was set at -22 kV and a 10 mmol l(-1) ammonium citrate buffer (pH 7.7) containing 0.5 mmol l(-1) diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA) and 0.01% polybrene was used as the electrophoretic buffer. The mass spectra were measured at m/z 51, 52 and 56 for V. Cr and Fe, respectively. The interfering polyatomic ions of 35Cl16O+, 40Ar12C+ and 40Ar16O+ on 51V+, 52Cr+ and 56Fe+ determination were reduced in intensity significantly by using NH3 as the reaction cell gas in the DRC. The detection limits were in the range of 0.1-0.5, 0.4-1.3 and 1.2-1.7 ng ml(-1) for V, Cr and Fe, respectively. Applications of the method for the speciation of V, Cr and Fe in wastewater were demonstrated. The recoveries were in the range of 92-120% for various species.  相似文献

A procedure for the Raman spectra calculation of vitreous and molten silicates was presented in this paper. It includes molecular dynamics MD simulation for the generation of equilibrium configurations, Wilson's GF matrix method for the calculations of eigenfrequencies and corresponding vectors, electro-optical parameters method (EOPM) for the Raman intensity calculations, and the bond polarizability model (BPM) for the determination of polarizability and polarizability derivative. One of the most important characteristics of this procedure is the achievement of the partial Raman spectra of five tetrahedral units, as well as the total spectral envelope. In this paper, the calculation was carried out for the vitreous and molten calcium silicates with different compositions and at various temperatures. It is worthwhile to note that the calculation is based on statistical configurations distribution in the space and so it is not needed to artificially adjust the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of spectra. It was also tested through the good agreement of the calculated spectra with the experimental, including some regularity of spectral properties. According to the calculation, the symmetrical stretching of whole tetrahedral units, to which the stretching of Si-O(nb) bond gives the main contribution to intensity, is proven to be the dominance in the high-frequency range (800-1200 cm(-1)) and the symmetrical bending of Si-O(b)-Si, to which the stretching of Si-O(b) bond exhibits the main contribution, is the dominance in the medium-frequency range (400-700 cm(-1)). As the first theoretical results, the Raman scattering coefficient of each Q(i) was found little change along with the variation of composition and temperature.  相似文献
