cis‐2,6‐Tetrahydropyran is an important structural skeleton of bioactive natural products. A facile synthesis of cis‐2,6‐disubstituted‐3,6‐dihydropyrans as cis‐2,6‐tetrahydropyran precursors has been achieved in high regio‐ and stereoselectivity with high yields. This reaction involves a palladium‐catalyzed decarboxylative allylation of various 3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐pyran substrates. Extending this reaction to 1,2‐unsaturated carbohydrates allowed the achievement of challenging β‐C‐glycosylation. Based on this methodology, the total syntheses of (±)‐centrolobine and (+)‐decytospolides A and B were achieved in concise steps and overall high yields. 相似文献

Pharmaceutical antibiotics are not easily removed from water by conventional water‐treatment technologies and have been recognized as new emerging pollutants. Herein, we report the synthesis of clickable azido periodic mesoporous organosilicas (PMOs) and their use as adsorbents for the adsorption of antibiotics. Ethane‐bridged PMOs, functionalized with azido groups at different densities, were synthesized by the co‐condensation of 1,2‐bis(trimethoxysilyl)ethane (BTME) and 3‐azidopropyltrimethoxysilane (AzPTMS), in the presence of nonionic‐surfactant triblock‐copolymer P123, in an acidic medium. Four different alkynes were conjugated to azide‐terminated PMOs by means of an efficient click reaction. The clicked PMOs showed improved adsorption capacity (241 μg g?1) for antibiotics (ciprofloxacin hydrochloride) compared with azido‐functionalized PMOs because of the enhanced π–π stacking interactions. These results indicate that click reactions can introduce multifunctional groups onto PMOs, thus demonstrating the great potential of PMOs for environmental applications. 相似文献

Treatment of Na[Re(CO)5] with RC?CCO2Et (R=phenyl, naphthalen‐1‐yl, phenanthren‐9‐yl and pyren‐1‐yl) followed by reaction with acetyl chloride and ethanol afforded the rhenacyclobutadienes Re{‐C(R)?C(CO2Et)C(OEt)?}(CO)4. Reactions of these rhenacyclobutadienes with HC?COEt produced rhenabenzenes Re{‐C(R)?C(CO2Et)C(OEt)?CHC(OEt)?}(CO)4. Except for R=Ph, new rhenacyclobutadienes with pendant alkenyl substituents Re{‐C(R)?C(C(OEt)?CH(CO2Et))C(OEt)?}(CO)4 were also isolated from these reactions. The NMR spectroscopic and X‐ray structural data, as well as the aromatic stabilization energy (ASE) values suggest that the rhenabenzenes are aromatic, with extensive delocalized π character. 相似文献

The activation of C?H bonds in alkanes is currently a hot research topic in chemistry. The atomic oxygen radical anion (O?.) is an important species in C?H activation. The mechanistic details of C?H activation by O?. radicals can be well understood by studying the reactions between O?. containing transition metal oxide clusters and alkanes. Here the reactivity of scandium oxide cluster anions toward n‐butane was studied by using a high‐resolution time‐of‐flight mass spectrometer coupled with a fast flow reactor. Hydrogen atom abstraction (HAA) from n‐butane by (Sc2O3)NO? (N=1–18) clusters was observed. The reactivity of (Sc2O3)NO? (N=1–18) clusters is significantly sizedependent and the highest reactivity was observed for N=4 (Sc8O13?) and 12 (Sc24O37?). Larger (Sc2O3)NO? clusters generally have higher reactivity than the smaller ones. Density functional theory calculations were performed to interpret the reactivity of (Sc2O3)NO? (N=1–5) clusters, which were found to contain the O?. radicals as the active sites. The local charge environment around the O?. radicals was demonstrated to control the experimentally observed size‐dependent reactivity. This work is among the first to report HAA reactivity of cluster anions with dimensions up to nanosize toward alkane molecules. The anionic O?. containing scandium oxide clusters are found to be more reactive than the corresponding cationic ones in the C?H bond activation. 相似文献

A mild, convenient, and step‐economical intramolecular aminotrifluoromethylation of unactivated alkenes with a variety of electronically distinct, nitrogen‐based nucleophiles in the presence of a simple copper salt catalyst, in the absence of extra ligands, is described. Many different nitrogen‐based nucleophiles (e.g., basic primary aliphatic and aromatic amines, sulfonamides, carbamates, and ureas) can be employed in this new aminotrifluoromethylation reaction. The aminotrifluoromethylation process allows straightforward access to diversely substituted CF3‐containing pyrrolidines or indolines, in good to excellent yields, through a direct difunctionalization strategy from the respective acyclic starting materials. Employing nitronyl nitroxide lanthanide(III) complexes as metallo‐ligands allowed the efficient and highly selective preparation of three series of unprecedented hetero‐tri‐spin (Cu?Ln‐radical) one‐dimensional compounds. These 2p–3d–4f spin systems, namely [Ln3Cu(hfac)11(NitPhOAll)4] (LnIII=Gd 1Gd , Tb 1Tb , Dy 1Dy ; NitPhOAll=2‐(4′‐allyloxyphenyl)‐4,4,5,5‐tetramethylimidazoline‐1‐oxyl‐3‐oxide), [Ln3Cu(hfac)11(NitPhOPr)4] (LnIII=Gd 2Gd , Tb 2Tb , Dy 2Dy , Ho 2Ho , Yb 2Yb ; NitPhOPr=2‐(4′‐propoxyphenyl)‐4,4,5,5‐tetramethyl‐imidazoline‐1‐oxyl‐3‐oxide) and [Ln3Cu(hfac)11(NitPhOBz)4] (LnIII=Gd 3Gd , Tb 3Tb , Dy 3Dy ; NitPhOBz=2‐(4′‐benzyloxyphenyl)‐4,4,5,5‐tetramethyl‐imidazoline‐1‐oxyl‐3‐oxide) involve O‐bound nitronyl nitroxide radicals as bridging ligands in chain structures with a [Cu‐Nit‐Ln‐Nit‐Ln‐Nit‐Ln‐Nit] repeating unit. The dc magnetic studies show that ferromagnetic metal–radical interactions take place in these hetero‐tri‐spin chain complexes, these and the next‐neighbor interactions have been quantified for the Gd derivatives. Two‐dimensional graphene–CdS (G–CdS) semiconductor hybrid nanosheets were synthesized in situ by graphene oxide (GO) quantum wells and a metal–xanthate precursor through a one‐step growth process. Incorporation of G–CdS nanosheets into a photoactive film consisting of poly[4,8‐bis‐(2‐ethyl‐hexyl‐thiophene‐5‐yl)‐benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b]dithiophene‐2,6‐diyl]‐alt‐[2‐(2‐ethyl‐hexanoyl)‐thieno[3,4‐b]thiophen‐4,6‐diyl] (PBDTTT‐C‐T) and [6,6]‐phenyl C70 butyric acid methyl ester (PC70BM) effectively decreases the exciton lifetime to accelerate exciton dissociation. More importantly, the decreasing energy levels of PBDTTT‐C‐T, PC70BM, and G–CdS produces versatile heterojunction interfaces of PBDTTT‐C‐T:PC70BM, PBDTTT‐C‐T:G–CdS, and PBDTTT‐C‐T:PC70BM:G–CdS; this offers multi‐charge‐transfer channels for more efficient charge separation and transfer. The charge transfer in the blend film also depends on the G–CdS nanosheet loadings. In addition, G–CdS nanosheets improve light utilization and charge mobility in the photoactive layer. As a result, by incorporation of G–CdS nanosheets into the active layer, the power‐conversion efficiency of inverted solar cells based on PBDTTT‐C‐T and PC71BM is improved from 6.0 % for a reference device without G–CdS nanosheets to 7.5 % for the device with 1.5wt % G–CdS nanosheets, due to the dramatically enhanced short‐circuit current. Combined with the advantageous mechanical properties of the PBDTTT‐C‐T:PC70BM:G–CdS active layer, the novel CdS‐cluster‐decorated graphene hybrid nanomaterials provide a promising approach to improve the device performance. 相似文献
