研究了HZSM-5、ZnHZSM-5和ZnNaZSM-5上的羟基振动光谱和一氧化碳吸附的红外光谱,以及丙烷的芳构化反应.红外光谱中发现表征强B酸的3610cm-1羟基振动峰相对强度由于锌离子的引入和浸渍氢氧化钠而减小,说明了锌离子和钠离子均进入了分子筛的阳离子位;一氧化碳在锌离子上的吸附峰位在2232cm-1,说明进入阳离子位的锌离子是一种强L酸.反应结果表明,锌离子的引入大大地促进了丙烷的转化和芳烃选择性的提高;在一定范围内,随浸渍氢氧化钠量的增加,丙烷转化率下降,而丙烯的选择性和产率增加,说明了锌组份直接参与了丙烷的脱氢过程.Zn-L酸是丙烷活化脱氢的中心,丙烷在该中心上异裂活化直接脱氢. 相似文献

In this study, we used the 4-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole (NBD) as an aromatic capping group for a peptide to construct the supramolecular nanofibers. Taking the advantage of the fluorescence property of NBD, we could directly observe the cellular distribution of the self-assembled nanofibers. We found that the distributions of the nanofibers of NBD-FFETIGGY are different in four mammalian cells and two plant cells. The nanofibers are mainly located at the surface of two mammalian cells and one plant cell, while in the intracellular space of other cells. Different distributions of nanofibers lead to different protein binding patterns of the nanofibers in two different cell lines. We believe that a useful and versatile platform has been offered to the image cellular distribution of nanofibers, which can provide useful information to the biological functions of the self-assembled nanostructures. 相似文献

In recent years, magnetic nanoalloys (MNAs) have attracted many attentions from all over the world, due to their potential applications in the broad fields of magneto-optics, data storage, engineering, and biology. Among these MNAs, Pt–M (M = Fe, Co, Ni) MNAs have been considered to be the most promising ones, due to their superparamagnetism and response to a magnetic field. Here, we firstly review the experimental work on the synthesis, characterization, and magnetic properties of Pt–Fe, Pt–Co, and Pt–Ni MNAs. Then, we discuss the recent theoretical work on Pt–Fe, Pt–Co, and Pt–Ni MNAs. Moreover, we also review the main applications of Pt–Fe, Pt–Co, and Pt–Ni MNAs in the fields of biology, information storage, and magnetic separation. It is found that the size, shape, and composition of Pt–Fe, Pt–Co, and Pt–Ni MNAs play a critical role on their fundamental magnetic properties from both the experimental and theoretical points of view. It is expected that this review could be a valuable resource for both experimental and theoretical researchers, who are interested in Pt-based MNAs. 相似文献

This paper describes a measurement technique that was successfully applied in a study of bed load transport of large spherical solid particles in a shallow and supercritical flow (Fr?=?2.59–3.17) down a steep slope. The experimental condition was characterized by the relatively large solid particle size compared to the flow depth (d p /h?=?0.23–0.35), and compared to the tracer diameter (d p /d t ?≈?130). The technique incorporated particle image velocimetry and particle tracking velocimetry (PTV) to simultaneously measure the characteristics of the two phases. In order to detect true solid particles and to distinguish them from each other and the unwanted objects, a particle characterization (PCR) algorithm based on Hough transform was employed. The output from the PCR process was utilized for PTV, as well as to generate the corresponding tracer images for special needs. Validation tests have confirmed the pixel accuracy and high reliability of the combined technique. Experimental results obtained with the developed technique include flow velocities, particle velocities, and concentration. The analysis has shown that the particle concentration profile followed an exponential relationship of the form similar to that of Rouse’s profiles, despite the large d p /h ratio. It also revealed the effect of phase interaction, as a low loading rate of light particles on the order of O(10?3) could yield a noticeable slowdown in the streamwise fluid velocity. 相似文献

Applicability of the angular properties of scatter elements as a tool to achieve improved slow light performance with small group velocity dispersion and large bandwidth in photonic crystal waveguides is investigated. A polyatomic photonic crystal waveguide, including two scatter elements with different geometrical shapes in each primitive cell, is proposed to investigate the feasibility of our method. Numerical results show that a versatile control of the dispersion relation of slow light modes, with large normalized delay-bandwidth products ranging from 0.2085 to 0.3394, can be obtained using a unique geometrical parameter. 相似文献

目的探讨经颈内静脉原位导丝法换置中心静脉长期血液透析导管在维持性血液透析(MHD)患者中的应用价值。方法选取近3年在颈内静脉留置的中心静脉长期血液透析导管因功能障碍后,并经颈内静脉原位导丝法换置长期导管,术后及每次透析后均改用尿激酶封管患者16例(原位换置组);选取同期首次经颈内静脉留置中心静脉长期血液透析导管,普通肝素封管患者20例作为对照组;分析两组患者围术期泵控血流量及随访期的反应及开存期率、次开存期率。结果围术期泵控血流量原位换置组高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组比较感染例次/1000导管日0.9%与1.0%,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。原位换置组围术期未发生中重度并发症,12个月开存期率81.2%、次开存期率93.8%;对照组开存期率为65%、次开存期率85%;两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论颈内静脉原位导丝法换置中心静脉长期血液透析导管,在MHD患者中的使用是安全的、可行的。 相似文献

In recent years, extensive researches are focused on the fluorescent carbon nanoparticles (CNPs) due to their excellent photochemical, biocompatible and water-soluble properties. However, these synthesis methods are generally suffered from tedious processes. In this paper, fluorescent carbon nanoparticles are synthesized by a facile, one-pot, low-temperature method with trypsin and dopamine as precursors. The synthesis process avoids any heating operation and organic solvent, which provides a “green” and effective preparation route. The obtained CNPs exhibit excellent water-solubility, salt-tolerance and photostability. Based on the synergistic action of the inner filter effect and static quenching mechanism, the CNPs are exploited as a “turn-off” fluorescence sensor for sensitive and selective detection of Fe3+ ions. The probe shows a wide linear range from 0.1 to 500 μM, with a limit of detection of 30 nM. Furthermore, the as-fabricated fluorescent sensing system is successfully applied to the analysis of Fe3+ in biological samples such as human urine and serum samples with satisfactory recoveries (92.8–113.3%). 相似文献
