Order from Chaos: Self‐Assembly of Nanoprism from a Mixture of Tetratopic Terpyridine‐Porphyrin Conformers

Porphyrins have been widely used in the self‐assembly of metallo‐supramolecules. In this study, we introduced 2,2':6,2"‐terpyridine (tpy) into a porphyrin core to synthesize a tetratopic building block with multiple conformers. During the self‐assembly with Zn(II), such a mixture of conformers was able to form a discrete nanoprism with all building blocks in one conformation. Detailed characterizations, including NMR, ESI‐MS and traveling‐wave ion mobility‐mass spectrometry (TWIM‐MS), all supported the formation of the desired assemblies. AFM and TEM further confirmed the dimensions of assembled nanoprisms. Moreover, the photophysical properties of the ligands and complexes were noticeably different depending upon size and metal ion center.     

Preparation and characterization O-lauroyl chitosan/poly (L-lactic acid) blend membranes by solution-casting approach

O-Lauroyl chitosan/poly(L-lactide) (OCS/PLLA) blend membranes with different compositions were prepared by solution-casting approach using chloroform as common solvent. The experimental results of FT-IR, DSC and WAXD indicated that inter-association hydrogen-bond interactions existed between OCS and PLLA in the blend membranes. And SEM observation confirmed that the blend membranes with suitable compositions were compatible.     

基于Gene Ontology的表达谱与基因功能相似性的相关性研究

聚类是芯片数据分析中被广泛使用的方法。未知基因的功能通常通过其与已知基因在不同生物状态下具有表达相似性来进行预测。然而，还未有人就这种通过表达相似性来进行功能注释的方法的可靠性进行评估。本文利用Gene Ontology对表达相似性和基因功能相似性的相关关系进行了全面的研究。研究表明，尽管表达谱的相似性和基因功能相似性之间有一定的依赖关系，但相关性较弱。在Gene Ontology的三大类中，相对生物过程和分子功能，基因表达谱的相似性更有助于细胞组分的注释。本文的研究结果对于基因功能的预测有一定的指导意义。     

Photochemistry of nonconjugated bichromophoric systems III. Synthesis and photoreaction of poly(ethylene glycol) biscoumarinyloxyacetates

A series of poly(ethylene glycol) biscoumarinyloxyacetatea have been synthesized and their intramolecular photochemical cyclodimerizations have been studied. It was found that only syn-HT configuration products were obtained when these bisesters were directly irradiated in chloroform, and the yields of the products decreased with the increase of the chain length. This photocyclization reaction is a convenient and effective method to synthesize macrocyclic compounds.     

Zs－93硒剂对移植性小鼠S＿（180）肉瘤的抑制作用及其免疫活性

用硒与尿素化合，新生的由杂环有机硒所组成的Ｚｓ－９３硒剂治疗移植性Ｓ１８０肉瘤，有显著的抑瘤作用（Ｐ＜０．０１），其作用表现出一定的剂量效应，以５μｇ／只小鼠为最适，抑瘤率达６０．７６％，治疗组小鼠的Ｔ细胞、ＳＯＤ活性均有增强。     

叔醇脱水成烯反应的溶剂化能力与介电常数的关系

我们用Fe_2(SO_4)_3·xH_2O为催化剂,对2-甲基-2-已醇脱水生成烯烃反应的溶剂化能力及其动力学做了研究,测定了20种不同溶剂中的反应速率常数和以丙至辛6种直链醇为溶剂于不同温度下反应的速率常数,确定了溶剂化能力与溶剂介电常数之间的线性关系。这方面工作尚未见报道。     

Chemical Constituents from Cynoglossum gansuense

Two new alkaloids, i.e., (2,3‐dihydro‐1‐oxo‐1H‐pyrrolo[1,2‐a]pyrrol‐7‐yl)methyl (2S*,3S*)‐3‐[(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl)oxy]‐2‐hydroxy‐2‐(1‐methylethyl)butanoate ( 1 ) and 1,2‐dihydro‐8‐methoxy‐2‐oxoquinoline‐4‐carboxylic acid ( 2 ), were isolated from the alcoholic extract of the whole plant of Cynoglossum gansuense, together with twelve known compounds Their structures were characterized by means of spectroscopic methods, especially by ¹H‐, ¹³C‐, and 2D‐NMR, as well as by HR‐MS experiments and comparison with literature data.     

Heat shock protein 27 interacts with vimentin and prevents insolubilization of vimentin subunits induced by cadmium

Vimentin is an intermediate filament that regulates cell attachment and subcellular organization. In this study, vimentin filaments were morphologically altered, and its soluble subunits were rapidly reduced via cadmium chloride treatment. Cadmium chloride stimulated three major mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs): extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK), c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK), and p38, and led apoptotic pathway via caspase-9 and caspase-3 activations. In order to determine whether MAPKs were involved in this cadmium-induced soluble vimentin disappearance, we applied MAPK-specific inhibitors (PD98059, SP600125, SB203580). These inhibitors did not abolish the cadmium-induced soluble vimentin disappearance. Caspase and proteosome degradation pathway were also not involved in soluble vimentin disappearance. When we observed vimentin levels in soluble and insoluble fractions, soluble vimentin subunits shifted to an insoluble fraction. As we discovered that heat-shock protein 27 (HSP27) was colocalized and physically associated with vimentin in unstressed cells, the roles of HSP27 with regard to vimentin were assessed. HSP27-overexpressing cells prevented morphological alterations of the vimentin filaments, as well as reductions of soluble vimentin, in the cadmium-treated cells. Moreover, HSP27 antisense oligonucleotide augmented these cadmium-induced changes in vimentin. These findings indicate that HSP27 prevents disruption of the vimentin intermediate filament networks and soluble vimentin disappearance, by virtue of its physical interaction with vimentin in cadmium-treated SK-N-SH cells.     

纤维素/甲壳素共混膜的结构表征与抗凝血性能

以 6wt %NaOH 4wt%尿素为纤维素的新溶剂 ,采用溶液共混法制备出纤维素 甲壳素共混膜 ,为甲壳素在碱性溶液中制膜提供了新的方法 .红外光谱、X 射线衍射、扫描电镜和力学性能、抗凝血性能测试结果表明 ,共混膜中甲壳素含量低于 4 0wt%时 ,纤维素与甲壳素分子间具有良好的相容性 ;在纤维素中引入适量甲壳素可提高共混膜的抗张强度 ,共混膜的干、湿态抗张强度在甲壳素含量 10wt%时最大 ,其值分别为 89 1MPa和 4 3 7MPa ,比纯态纤维素膜的干、湿态抗张强度分别提高了 6 7%和 11 5 % ;甲壳素的引入可明显降低血小板在共混膜表面的粘附、凝聚与变性 ,增大共混膜的抗凝血参数 ,甲壳素含量达到 5 0wt%时 ,该共混膜具有良好的抗凝血性能     

高镍钢中镍的测定

以王水溶解试样，用氨水作沉淀剂，并加入适量三乙醇胺及柠檬酸进行掩蔽，以消除铁及铬等元素的干扰，在pH=3-6的酸性介质中，加入过量的EDTA标准溶液，使镍与EDA形成稳定的络合物，以PAN为指示剂，用硫酸铜标准溶液滴定过量的EDTA标准溶液，从而求得镍的含量。
