Identification and screening of active components from Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam. in regulating autophagy

This study investigated the flavonoid constituents of a traditional Chinese medical plant Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam. by using ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadruple time-of-flight mass spectrometry and screened the active components in regulating autophagy.Normal rat kidney (NRK) cells transfected with green fluorescent protein- microtubule-associated protein 1 light Chain 3(GFP-LC3) were treated with Z. clinopodioides flavonoids and its chemical compositions. After 4 h of treatment, the auto-phagy spot aggregation in NRK cells was photographed and observed by laser scanning confocal microscopy. The following 10 flavonoid components of Z. clinopodioides were identified: baicalein(1), quercetin(2), hyperoside(3), quercetin3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside(4), apigenin(5), kaempferol(6), chrysin(7), diosimin(8), linarin(9) and rutin(10). Among these flavonoids, chrysin, apigenin and quercetin were identified as the active principles in activating autophagy. This research may provide a reference for further developing and utilizing Z. clinopodioides.     

漆树漆酶的催化氧化作用——Ⅳ.二茂铁及其衍生物的酶促氧化

In phosphate buffer-diethylene glycol monobutyl ether(DGBE), the oxidations of ferrocene and 15 derivatives were investigated in the presence of Rhus vernicifera laccase. The results showed that ferrocene and 11 derivatives can be oxidized. The mechanism of Laccase catalyzed oxidation of ferrocene was put forward.     

含有杂环基侧链的新型聚硅氧烷

含有功能性基团的聚硅氧烷的研究一直是有机硅化学中十分活跃的研究领域之一。当含N、S等杂环引入聚硅氧烷链中后，由于杂环基的生理活性、催化活性及光电特性，因而含不同杂环基团的聚硅氧烷（POS）可分别用作催化剂、光电材料、医学材料等。当用作药物载体时，可提高药物的利用率和靶向性，也可降低某些药物的毒性。含环糊精侧基、冠醚侧基的POS亦可应用于气相色谱固定相、相转移催化剂。本文对近年来有关侧链含有吡啶、咪唑等杂环及环糊精基团等功能性侧基的聚硅氧烷结构、合成、及应用作一详细的评述并进行了展望。     

New Host Molecules with Imidazoliums as Functional Arms:Syntheses and Anion Recognition

The bridged tri-imidazoliums 3.3X^--5.3X^-(X^-=PF6^-,Br^-,I^-)and bis-imidazoliums 6.2PF6^- were synthesized by N-quaternization of imidazole derivative 1 in acetonitrile under reflux.UV spectroscopic titration experiments showed that the halide salts and hexafluorophosphate salts of these imidazoliums exhibited good recognition toward anions in water and in acetonitrile,respectively.     

Synthesis of Lanthanide Coordination Polymers with Benzophenone-4,4′-dicarboxylate： Effect of Lanthanide Contraction on Structures

Four lanthanide coordination polymers with benzophenone‐4,4′‐dicarboxylic acid (H₂bpndc) and 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen), [Ln₂(bpndc)₃(phen)] (Ln=La (1), Pr (2) and Tb (3)), [Yb(bpndc)₁₅(phen)].05H₂O (4) were obtained through solvothermal synthesis. The crystallographic data show that 1, 2, and 3 are isostructural, the Ln(III) ions in 1, 2 and 3 are all eight‐ and ten‐coordinated, respectively, and thus the Ln(III) ions are connected by bpndc ligands, resulting in an interpenetrating 3D structure. While in 4, the Yb(III) ions are eight‐coordinated and connected by bpndc ligands into a 3D structure with 1D rhombic channels, which result from the effect of lanthanide contraction from La(III) to Yb(III) ions, and the bpndc ligands in 1, 2, 3, and 4 display three types of coordination modes.     

K3Na5(H2NCH2CH2NH3)2{(VO)12O6[B3O6(OH)]6}(H2O)•12H2O的合成与晶体结构

利用水热合成技术成功制备出一种新型多钒硼氧化合物， 用X射线单晶衍射分析技术对其晶体结构和分子结构进行了确定。结果表明在该化合物中多钒硼氧阴离子具有一个新颖的三明治结构。上下两个结构单元都是由六个VO₅四角锥交替地通过顺式和反式共边的方式连接起来构成的一个钒氧三角形结构。中间的结构单元是由BO₃平面三角形和BO₄四面体以共角的方式相互连接形成的一个折叠型的B₁₈O₃₆(OH)₆环。三明治结构中层与层之间通过桥氧相连。一个水分子处于它的核心位置上，与每个VO₅四角锥中的钒原子都保持几乎相等的距离。该化合物及其晶体中存在着丰富的化学结构和成键信息，同时也有作为氧化还原反应催化剂的潜能。     

自由体积与亲水性对环氧涂层防护性能的影响

报道了涂层聚合物自由体积和亲水性对涂层腐蚀防护性能影响的初步研究结果.实验表明,相对于自由体积,树脂的亲水性是决定树脂吸水率的更主要因素.低亲水性涂层腐蚀防护性能的提高主要源自到达涂层/金属界面的水量的显著降低.但由于采用活性酯固化的环氧树脂涂层中水通道的尺寸相对较大,水合离子扩散较容易,因此该类涂层覆盖下的金属基体被润湿部分的腐蚀趋势反而较一般涂层为大.     

A new isoprenyl phenyl ether compound from mangrove fungus

A new isoprenyl phenyl ether, 3-hydroxy-4-(3-methylbut-2-enyloxy)benzoic acid methyl ester (1), together with 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (2), 2-hydroxy-6-methylbenzoic acid (3), and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid (4) were isolated from Mangrove fungus (No. B60) from the South China Sea. The structures of the compounds were established on the basis of NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometric data. In the preliminary bioassay, compound 1 exhibited antibacterial and antifungal activities. Compound 1 also inhibited cytotoxicity to the hepG2 cell line with an IC₅₀ value of 10.0 μg/mL. 毛细管气相色谱法测定果蔬中α—萘乙酸残留量

用530μm大口径毛细管柱为分离柱,GC-FID法测定水果和蔬菜中的α一萘乙酸残留量。方法检测限为10~(-7),回收率和相对标准偏差分别为99.5%和3.0%。     

Interpenetrating polymer networks of poly(dimethyl siloxane–urethane) and poly(methyl methacrylate)

Simultaneous IPNs of poly(dimethyl siloxane-urethane) (PDMSU)/poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) and related isomers have been prepared by using new oligomers of bis(β-hydroxyethoxymethyl)poly(dimethyl siloxane)s (PDMS diols) and new crosslinkers biuret triisocyanate (BTI) and tris(β-hydroxylethoxymethyl dimethylsiloxy) phenylsilane (Si-triol). Their phase morphology have been characterized by DSC and SEM. The SEM phase domain size is decreased by increasing crosslink density of the PDMSU network. A single phase IPN of PDMSU/PMMA can be made at an M_c = 1000 and 80 wt % of PDMSU. All of the pseudo- or semi-IPNs and blends of PDMSU and PMMA were phase separated with phase domain sizes ranging from 0.2 to several micrometers. The full IPNs of PDMSU/PMMA have better thermal resistance compared to the blends of linear PDMSU and linear PMMA. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
