The temperature dependence of the Cd hyperfine field in a trivacancy complex in Ni between 25 and300 K is reported. It was found that, unlike the Cd substitutional field in Ni which follows the temperature dependence of the magnetization, the Cd hyperfine field in a trivacancy complex is essentially temperature independent. This temperature anomaly is compared with other temperature anomaly of impurity hyperfine fields in ferromagnetic hosts.  相似文献

A direct and unifying scheme for disclosure of periodic wave solutions of both nonlinear differential and difference equations is presented. This paper describes the application of a novel broadband acoustic sensor to evaluating the acoustic emissions from cavitation produced by a typical commercial 20 kHz sonochemical horn processor. Investigations of the reproducibility of the processor, and of the variation in cavitation emissions as a function of output setting and sensor location are described, and resulting trends discussed in terms of the broadband integrated power in the megahertz frequency range. Companion studies with a conventional membrane hydrophone have illustrated for the first time that cavitation emissions produced by a sonochemical horn processor can extend to frequencies beyond 20 MHz, and the sensor shows that significant nonlinearity can be seen in measured cavitation activity with increasing nominal output power.  相似文献

Longitudinal-field muon-spin depolarization rates in high-purityGe and semiinsulatingGaAs are reported and compared to similar data for intrinsicSi. Depolarization onset temperatures provide a comparison of charge carrier concentrations leading to rapid charge exchange and a shift in the onset, for n-typeGaAs verifies anelectron process. The temperature dependence of the low-field rate constants imply more complicated dynamics inGe than observed earlier inSi. The radio frequencySR technique developed at TRIUMF was used to measure the temperature dependence of the diamagnetic muon, Mu, and Mu* amplitudes in silicon between 10 K and 500 K. Six samples doped with phosphorus (n-type) and boron (p-type) in the concentration range 1011 to 1015 cm–3 were studied. In pure Si a very good fit over the whole temperature range is obtained from a model that includes the ionization of Mu* and Mu to a bond centered + followed at high temperature by charge exchange involving Mu.  相似文献

A hologram of an object with field depth greatly exceeding the coherence length has been made with an ordinary gas laser, taking account of the reoccurence of the temporal coherence and its stability dependence on operating time.
