双光子吸收的Franz-Keldysh效应

从实验上证实Hg_0.695Cd_0.305Te 光电二极管空间电荷区中存在双光子吸收的Franz-Keldysh效应.利用一个皮秒Nd:YAG激光器抽运的光学参量产生器和差频产生器作为激发光源，测量了入射波长为λ₀=7.92μm的脉冲激光所激发的光响应随入射光强的变化关系.脉冲光响应峰值强度随入射光强的增大呈现二次幂函数增强趋势.采用等效RC电路模型将脉冲光伏信号峰值与入射光强相关联，得到空间电荷区中强电场下单光束     

Nonlinear optical properties of stimulated Brillouin scattering process in submerged object detection

Nonlinear optical properties of stimulated Brillouin scattering(SBS)to signal detection in water are analyzed.With the threshold characteristics,SBS only occnrs when the high power laser is focused in the SBS cell.When there is an object present in front of the focus,it leads to lower incident intensity and then SBS does not occur.The backward SBS signal depends on the focusing location.The nonlinear optical properties of SBS process in the focusing regime axe analyzed theoretically.With the object coming near to the focusing center,the backward Stokes signal rises up from zero to a maximum,and then grows to saturation.The delay time of the echo signal to pump signal can give the object location.In experiment,the peak position of varying rate of energy can give object location.     

LD泵浦Nd：YAG激光器纵模特性及频率稳定性实验研究

摘要为了更好地研究LD泵浦Nd：YAG激光器的输出光束质量，利用共焦球面干涉仪设计了一套用于测量和分析该激光器纵模特性的简易装置，对该激光器的纵模进行了实验分析。在室温下测得纵模间隔为1.83GHz，纵模谱线宽度为113.83MHz。同时利用此装置，对该激光器的频率稳定性进行了分析，在120s取样时间内，测得频率稳定度为2.94×10^-4。     

Study on hydrogen sulfide plasma passivation of 790-nm laser diode cavity surface

In order to improve the optical properties of the Ⅲ-Ⅴ laser diodes(LDs) by means of H2S plasma passivation technology,H2S plasma passivation treatment is performed on the GaAs(110) surface.The optimum passivation conditions obtained are 60-W radio frequency(RF)power and 20-min duration.So the laser cavity surfaces axe treated under the optimum passivation conditions.Consequently,compared with unpassivated lasers with only AR/HR-coatings,the catastrophic optical damage (COD) threshold value of the passivated lasers by H2S plasma treatment is increased by 33%,which is almost the same as that of (NH4)2Sx treatment.And the life-test experiment has demonstrated that this passivation method is more stable than(NH4)2Sx solution wet-passivated treatment.     

A periodically poled LiNbO3 optical parametric generator in wavelength conversion from 2 to 3.88-4.34 μm

A periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN) optical parametric generator (OPG) pumped by a laser diode (LD)-pumped Q-switched Tm,Ho:GdVO4 laser operated at 2.048 μm with pump pulse of 25 ns and repetition rate of 10 kHz is reported.     

Testifying experiment of the multi-pulse phenomena of capillary discharge soft-X-ray laser

In a capillary discharge experiment for the neon-like argon lasing, we have proposed an experimental scheme to verify that the multi-spike of X-ray diode (XRD) signal is a multi-pulse laser or is a reflection of the laser pulse in the XRD.The ceramic capillary has an inner diameter of 3mm and a length of 200mm.At the gas pressure of 28Pa and discharge current of 27kA, stable lasing has been realized.The experimental results prove that the multi-spike of XRD signal is a reflection of the electromagnetic signal produced by the laser pulse in the XRD.The improved electrocircuit scheme of the XRD to minimize the reflection phenomena is also found.     

A study of time over threshold (TOT) technique for plastic scintillator counter

A new charge measurement method, time over threshold (TOT), has been used in some gas detectors lately. Here TOT is studied for TOF system, made of plastic scintillator counter, which can simplify the electronics of the system. The signal characteristics are measured and analyzed with a high quality oscilloscope, including noise, pedestal, signal amplitude, total charge, rise time and the correlation between them. The TOT and charge are related and can be fitted by some empirical formula. The charge measurement resolution by TOT is given and this will help the design of TOF electronics.     

多背包问题的半定松驰算法

The multiple knapsack problem denoted by MKP (B,S,rn,n) can be defined as follows. A set B of n items and a set S of rn knapsacks are given such that each item j has a profit pi and weight wj,and each knapsack i has a capacity Ci. The goal is to find a subset of items of maximum profit such that they have a feasible packing in the knapsacks. MKP (B,S,m,n) is strongly NP-Complete and no polynomial time approximation algorithm can have an approximation ratio better than 0.5. In the last ten years,semi-definite programming has been empolyed to solve some combinatorial problems successfully. This paper firstly presents a semi-definite relaxation algorithm (MKPS) for MKP (B,S,rn,n). It is proved that MKPS have a approximation ratio better than 0. 5 for a subclass of MKP (B,S,m,n) with n≤100, m≤5 and max^nj=1{wj}/min^mi=1={Ci}≤2/3.     

Unmixed local rings with minimal Hilbert-Kunz multiplicity are regular

We give a new and simple proof that unmixed local rings having Hilbert-Kunz multiplicity equal to must be regular.

     

Transcendence of Certain Trigonometric Series

In this paper the transcendence of values of certain trigonometric series with algebraic coefficients and its derivatives at algebraic points is proved under a general condition dependent only on the coefficients.
