Methods for the hydrogenation of CO2 into valuable chemicals are in great demand but their development is still challenging. Herein, we report the selective hydrogenation of CO2 into ethanol over non‐noble cobalt catalysts (CoAlOx), presenting a significant advance for the conversion of CO2 into ethanol as the major product. By adjusting the composition of the catalysts through the use of different prereduction temperatures, the efficiency of CO2 to ethanol hydrogenation was optimized; the catalyst reduced at 600 ° gave an ethanol selectivity of 92.1 % at 140 °C with an ethanol time yield of 0.444 mmol g?1 h?1. Operando FT‐IR spectroscopy revealed that the high ethanol selectivity over the CoAlOx catalyst might be due to the formation of acetate from formate by insertion of *CHx, a key intermediate in the production of ethanol by CO2 hydrogenation.  相似文献

Herein, we report use of [Li+@C60]TFSI? as a dopant for spiro‐MeOTAD in lead halide perovskite solar cells. This approach gave an air stability nearly 10‐fold that of conventional devices using Li+TFSI?. Such high stability is attributed to the hydrophobic nature of [Li+@C60]TFSI? repelling moisture and absorbing intruding oxygen, thereby protecting the perovskite device from degradation. Furthermore, [Li+@C60]TFSI? could oxidize spiro‐MeOTAD without the need for oxygen. The encapsulated devices exhibited outstanding air stability for more than 1000 h while illuminated under ambient conditions.  相似文献

MALDI-TOF was used to study molybdenum dioxide (MoO2) containing a nanosized fraction. The composition of cationic clusters of nonstoichiometric lower molybdenum oxides in the gas phase was determined, and the thermodynamic stabilities and configurations of isomers were calculated for selected symmetric molecular structures and for cations MoSO 8 + and Mo5O 9 + . Molecular orbital analysis was performed for two trigonal-bipyramidal clusters Mo5O8 and Mo5O9. Changes in molybdenum–molybdenum interatomic distances in going from MoO 8 + and Mo5O 9 + cations to neutral clusters are discussed.  相似文献

In his first and second letters to Hardy, Ramanujan made several assertions about the Rogers-Ramanujan continued fraction . In order to prove some of these claims, G. N. Watson established two important theorems about that he found in Ramanujan's notebooks. In his lost notebook, after stating a version of the quintuple product identity, Ramanujan offers three theta function identities, two of which contain as special cases the celebrated two theorems of Ramanujan proved by Watson. Using addition formulas, the quintuple product identity, and a new general product formula for theta functions, we prove these three identities of Ramanujan from his lost notebooks.

The chemodosimetric behavior of dichlorofluorescein derivatives toward Hg(2+) ions was investigated. Simple chemodosimetric systems showed selective and efficient signaling behaviors toward micromolar concentrations of Hg(2+) ions over other common interfering metal ions in an aqueous environment. The signaling mechanism is selective mercuration of the 4',5'-position of the xanthene moiety, which results in efficient chromogenic and fluorogenic signaling of Hg(2+) ions in aqueous environment.  相似文献

Serotonin 5-HT6 receptor antagonists are thought to play an important role in the treatment of psychiatry, Alzheimer's disease, and probably obesity. To find novel and potent 5-HT6 antagonists and to provide a new idea for drug design, we used a ligand-based pharmacophore to perform the virtual screening of a commercially available database. A three-dimensional common feature pharmacophore model was developed by using the HipHop program provided in Catalyst software and was used as a query for screening the database. A recursive partitioning (RP) model which can separate active and inactive compounds was used as a filtering system. Finally a sequential virtual screening procedure (SQSP) was conducted, wherein both the common feature pharmacophore and the RP model were used in succession to improve the results. Some of the hits were selected based on druglikeness, ADME properties, structural diversity, and synthetic accessibility for real biological evaluation. The best hit compound showed a significant IC50 value of 9.6 nM and can be used as a lead for further drug development.  相似文献

The isolation and characterization of an intermediate from the benzil-cyanide reaction is reported. The use of this trapping chemistry to produce a chemical indicator for the cyanide anion is described. It relies on the synthesis and reaction of a pi-extended analogue of benzil. Addition of tetrabutylammonium cyanide to organic solutions of this species, referred to as compound 3 in the text, gives rise to a dramatic change in both color and fluorescence properties.  相似文献

A reliable multiplex assay procedure to detect human genetic mutations in the breast cancer susceptibility gene BRCA1 using zip-code microarrays and single base extension (SBE) reactions is described. Multiplex PCR amplification was performed to amplify the genomic regions containing the mutation sites. The PCR products were then employed as templates in subsequent multiplex SBE reactions using bifunctional primers carrying a unique complementary zip sequence in addition to a mutation-site-specific sequence. The SBE primers, terminating one base before their mutation sites, were extended by a single base at a mutation site with a corresponding biotin-labeled ddNTP. Hybridization of the SBE products to zip-code microarrays was followed by staining with streptavidin–Cy3, leading to successful genotyping of several selected BRCA1 mutation sites with wild-type and heterozygote mutant samples from breast cancer patients. This work has led to the development of a reliable DNA microarray-based system for the diagnosis of human genetic mutations.
