The enrichment of phosphopeptides using immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography (IMAC) and subsequent mass spectrometric analysis is a powerful protocol for detecting phosphopeptides and analyzing their phosphorylation state. However, nonspecific binding peptides, such as acidic, nonphosphorylated peptides, often coelute and make analyses of mass spectra difficult. This study used a partial chemical tagging reaction of a phosphopeptide mixture, enriched by IMAC and contaminated with nonspecific binding peptides, following a modified beta-elimination/Michael addition method, and dynamic mass analysis of the resulting peptide pool. Mercaptoethanol was used as a chemical tag and nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) immobilized on Sepharose beads was used for IMAC enrichment. The time-dependent dynamic mass analysis of the partially tagged reaction mixture detected intact phosphopeptides and their mercaptoethanol-tagged derivatives simultaneously by their mass difference (-20 Da for each phosphorylation site). The number of new peaks appearing with the mass shift gave the number of multiply phosphorylated sites in a phosphopeptide. Therefore, this partial chemical tagging/dynamic mass analysis method can be a powerful tool for rapid and efficient phosphopeptide identification and analysis of the phosphorylation state concurrently using only MS analysis data.  相似文献

A highly processable, new semiconducting polymer, PCDTTz, based on alternating thiazolothiazole and carbazole units was synthesized. The new polymer exhibited a field-effect carrier mobility of up to 3.8 × 10(-3) cm(2) V(-1) s(-1) and bulk heterojunction solar cells made from PCDTTz produced a power conversion efficiency of 4.88% under AM 1.5 G (100 mW cm(-2)) conditions.  相似文献

A facile, one-pot synthesis of rotaxanated supramolecular organic frameworks (RSOFs) is reported. These systems consist of bis-carboxylate anions threaded through the core of tetraimidazolium macrocycles. Trivalent metal cations, yttrium(III) and smaller lanthanides, are used to "lock" the threaded strut in place. This results in the formation of three-dimensional RSOFs.  相似文献

Visible light-responsive TiO2 (Vis-TiO2) thin films able to absorb UV and visible light in wavelength regions of 250–600 nm were successfully developed by applying a radio-frequency magnetron sputtering deposition method. These Vis-TiO2 thin films exhibited high activity for the photocatalytic oxidation of 2-propanol diluted in water even under visible light irradiation (λ ≥ 450 nm). The photocatalytic activity of Vis-TiO2 thin films was dramatically enhanced by the deposition of Pt particles on the surface. Secondary ion mass spectrometry measurements revealed that Pt particles are distributed from the top surface to the deep bulk of Vis-TiO2 thin films with a columnar structure. The unique columnar structure of Vis-TiO2 thin films plays an important role in the high photocatalytic performance.  相似文献

The hybrid calix[2]phenol[2]pyrrole 4 and the fused pyrrolidine-containing macrocycle 9 were synthesized from two different isomeric starting materials, namely dimethyl 2-hydroxyisophthalate and 5-hydroxyisophthalate, respectively. The fused species 9 is devoid of obvious substrate binding properties.
