By applying the annealing step during the solid-state synthesis, well-crystallized spinel LiMn2O4 with high phase purity was fabricated. The sensitive effect of heating procedure on the structural and electrochemical properties of LiMn2O4 product was investigated. It was found that preheat-treatment-calcinations-annealing process can effectively eliminate the impurity phase. The post-annealing process also leads to a better crystalline and suitable strain for the LiMn2O4 product, which contributes to the enhanced cycling performance.  相似文献

A Q2Q1 (quadratic velocity/linear pressure) finite element/level‐set method was proposed for simulating incompressible two‐phase flows with surface tension. The Navier–Stokes equations were solved using the Q2Q1 integrated FEM, and the level‐set variable was linearly interpolated using a ‘pseudo’ Q2Q1 finite element when calculating the density and viscosity of a fluid to avoid an unbounded density/viscosity. The advection of the level‐set function was calculated through the Taylor–Galerkin method, and the direct approach method is employed for reinitialization. The proposed method was tested by solving several benchmark problems including rising bubbles exhibiting a large density difference and the surface tension effect. The numerical results of the rising bubbles were compared with the existing results to validate the benchmark quantities such as the centroid, circularity, and rising velocity. Furthermore, we focused our attention mainly on mass conservation and time‐step. We observed that the present method represented a convergence rate between 1.0 and 1.5 orders in terms of mass conservation and provided more stable solutions even when using a larger time‐step than the critical time‐step that was imposed because of the explicit treatment of surface tension. This article reviews recent advances in the large-area synthesis of graphene sheets and the applications of such sheets to graphene-based transistors. Graphene is potentially useful in a wide range of practical applications that could benefit from its exceptional electrical, optical, and mechanical properties. Tremendous effort has been devoted to overcoming several fundamental limitations of graphene, such as a zero band gap and a low direct current conductivity-to-optical conductivity ratio. The intrinsic properties of graphene depend on the synthetic and transfer route, and this dependence has been intensively investigated. Several representative reports describing the application of graphene as a channel and electrode material for use in flexible transparent transistor devices are discussed. A fresh perspective on the optimization of graphene as a 2D framework for crystalline organic semiconductor growth is introduced, and its effects on transistor performance are discussed. This critical review provides insights and a new perspective on the development of high-quality large-area graphene and the optimization of graphene-based transistors.  相似文献

A numerical solution is obtained for the steady-state thermoelastic contact problem in which heat is conducted between two elastic bodies of dissimilar materials at different temperatures with arbitrary quadratic profiles. Thermoelastic deformation causes the initially elliptical contact area to be reduced in size and to become more nearly circular as the temperature difference is increased. There is also a small but identifiable deviation from exact ellipticity at intermediate temperature differences. An approximate analytical solution is obtained, based on approximating the contact area by an ellipse.  相似文献

Two novel plasma chemistries, BI 3 and BBr 3 , have been employed for dry etching of LaCaMnO 3 thin films. For both mixtures there is some chemical enhancement of etch rates at low halide compositions in the discharge, and the rates are a strong function of ion/neutral ratio. Maximum rates are obtained at ratios near 0.02. Etch yields are typically low (<0.3) under inductively-coupled plasma (CICP) conditions. Smooth d surface morphologies are obtained over a wide range of conditions, with high-fidelity pattern transfer using SiO 2 or SiN x masks.  相似文献

Steklov expansions for a harmonic function on a rectangle are derived and studied with a view to determining an analog of the mean value theorem for harmonic functions. It is found that the value of a harmonic function at the center of a rectangle is well approximated by the mean value of the function on the boundary plus a very small number (often 3 or fewer) of specific further boundary integrals. These integrals are coefficients in the Steklov representation of the function. Similar approximations are found for the central values of solutions of Robin and Neumann boundary value problems. The results follow from analyses of the explicit expressions for the Steklov eigenvalues and eigenfunctions.  相似文献

Low and high molecular weight fucoidans (F(5-30K) and F(>30K)) were chemically modified through the addition of sulfate groups, and the effect of oversulfation on the in vitro anticancer activity was investigated. After the addition of sulfate groups, a considerable increase of 35.5 to 56.8% was observed in the sulfate content of the F(5-30K) fraction, while the sulfate content of the F(>30K) fraction increased to a lesser extent (from 31.7 to 41.2%). Significant differences in anticancer activity were observed between the oversulfated F(5-30K) and F(>30K) fractions, with activities of 37.3-68.0% and 20.6-35.8%, respectively. This variation in the anticancer activity of oversulfated fucoidan derivatives was likely due to differences in their sulfate content. The results suggest that the molecular conformation of these molecules is closely related to the extent of sulfation in the fucan backbones and that the sulfates are preferably substituted when the fucoidan polymers are in a loose molecular conformation.  相似文献
