ZnO is a defect‐governed oxide and emits light at both visible and UV regimes. This work employs atomic layer deposition to produce oxide particles on oxygenated carbon nanotubes, and the composites only show emission profiles at short wavelengths. The quenching of defect‐related emissions at long wavelengths is verified, owing to carboxyl diffusion into oxygen vacancies, and doping is supported by ZnCO3 formation in oxide lattice. Fully coated tubes display an increased photocurrent and the quantum efficiency increases by 22 % relative to the bare nanotubes.  相似文献

Various acidic anhydrides including cantharidin were converted into corresponding aminobenzylcantharidinimide 3a and analogous imides 3b~k (at the ortho, meta, and para positions) with 35%~87% yields by reacting with aminobenzylamines and triethylamine. The two methyl side chains of cantharidinimides 3ao , 3am , and 3ap, and related imides had more than two chiral centers; the lone pair of electrons of nitrogen displayed a different chemical shift and coupling constant in H‐NMR spectra when the amino group of benzylamine was in the ortho position. These cantharidinimides had parent aniline, pyridine, and naphthalene plane structures, and the primary amine nucleophilicity and basicity might reflect the inductive electron’s negative effect on chemical shifts. We prepared cantharidinimides by heating the reactants cantharidin 1a , aliphatic and aromatic acid anhydrides, primary benzylic amines, and aniline derivatives to ca. 200 °C with 3 mL of dry toluene, and 1~2 mL of triethylamine in high‐pressure sealed tubes (Buchi glasuster 0032) to produce cantharidinimides and their analogues in good yields. The para‐aminobenzylic imides showed greater inhibition of nitric oxide (NO) synthesis by NO synthase (NOS) than did ortho‐ and meta‐aminobenzylic imides. Compound 3fp , para‐aminobenzylic norbonane‐imide, had the most potent effect on inducible NOS among the tested compounds and showed 35% inhibition.  相似文献

Prostacyclin is involved in many pathological conditions, such as sensitization of inflammation induced pain and isovolumetic distention. Therefore, antagonism of prostacyclin action may be useful in the alleviation of these conditions. In this study, novel potent prostacyclin antagonists, 2‐[4‐(imidazolin‐2‐ylideneamino)benzyl]‐indan‐1‐ones were synthesized from their respective substituted indanones in three steps. The construction of the amino‐imidazole moiety of these derivatives is achieved by using in situ generation of chloro‐imidazole and reaction with their respective anilines. Thus, these N‐substituted 2‐imidazolines can be prepared safely and efficiently. Moreover, these compounds show potent prostacyclin antagonistic activity by inhibition of prostacyclin agonist induced ERK1/2 phosphorylation in human erythroleukemia cells. Moreover, we observed an increase in activity with the increase in electro‐donating property of the substitution on the indanone aromatic ring. Prostacyclin antagonists with increased potency may be designed based on these findings. These compounds may also be invaluable tools for the study of the physiological functions of prostacyclin.  相似文献

The objective of this research was to use combustion synthesis to create a nano‐sized ZnO photocatalyst using citric acid as the fuel and zinc nitrate as the oxidant. The starting materials were mixed in a stoichiometric ratio, and a slurry precursor with high homogeneity was formed. The precursor was ignited at room temperature, resulting in dry, loose, and voluminous ZnO powders. The powders, characterized by SEM, TEM and XRD, showed a particle size range of 40 to 80 nm with a wurtzite structure. The ZnO powders were introduced as a photocatalyst for the degradation of methyl orange, which was adopted as a model compound. UV light (6W) was used as the irradiation source to induce synthesized ZnO powders to perform catalytic activity. The photocatalytic reaction was executed in 40 mL of a 10 ppm methyl orange aqueous solution under 254 nm UV illumination. In this work, it was observed that both UV light and ZnO powders are needed for the photocatalytic reaction. In addition, it was found that increasing the amount of ZnO powder present in the MO (methyl orange‐C14H14N3NaO3S) solution did not correlate directly with an increase in photocatalytic ability. It was found that the scattering problem of UV light also needs to be considered. The optimized photocatalytic degradation ratio in this work reached 92.7%.  相似文献

In the title compound, catena‐poly[lithium‐μ3‐ethyl­ene­diphos­phon­ato], [Li(C2H7O6P2)]n, the supra­molecular monoclinic (C2/c) structure consists of one‐dimensional lithium chains [Li⋯Li = 2.7036 (8) Å] that are embedded within ethyl­ene­diphosphon­ate anions linked by strong symmetric hydrogen bonds [O⋯O = 2.473 (3) Å]. The Li atoms and the H atom in the symmetric hydrogen bond reside on twofold rotation axes and there is an inversion center at the mid‐point of the C—C bond of the ethylenediphosphonate ligand.  相似文献

Quaternary ammonium salts were synthesized in moderate to good yields through double oxidative C?H bond activation on azobenzenes. The mechanism of the highly regioselective reaction of 2‐azobiaryls with alkenes to give orange‐red‐fluorescent cinnolino[2,3‐f]phenanthridin‐9‐ium salts and 15H‐cinnolino[2,3‐f]phenanthridin‐9‐ium‐10‐ide is proposed to involve ortho C?H olefination of the 2‐azobiaryl compound with the alkene, intramolecular aza‐Michael addition, concerted metalation–deprotonation (CMD), reductive elimination, and oxidation.  相似文献

Continued efforts are made for the utilization of CO2 as a C1 feedstock for regeneration of valuable chemicals and fuels. Mechanistic study of molecular (electro-/photo-)catalysts disclosed that initial step for CO2 activation involves either nucleophilic insertion or direct reduction of CO2. In this study, nucleophilic activation of CO2 by complex [(NO)2Fe(μ-MePyr)2Fe(NO)2]2− ( 2 , MePyr=3-methylpyrazolate) results in the formation of CO2-captured complex [(NO)2Fe(MePyrCO2)] ( 2-CO2 , MePyrCO2=3-methyl-pyrazole-1-carboxylate). Single-crystal structure, spectroscopic, reactivity, and computational study unravels 2-CO2 as a unique intermediate for reductive transformation of CO2 promoted by Ca2+. Moreover, sequential reaction of 2 with CO2, Ca(OTf)2, and KC8 established a synthetic cycle, 2 → 2-CO2 → [(NO)2Fe(μ-MePyr)2Fe(NO)2] ( 1 ) → 2 , for selective conversion of CO2 into oxalate. Presumably, characterization of the unprecedented intermediate 2-CO2 may open an avenue for systematic evaluation of the effects of alternative Lewis acids on reduction of CO2.  相似文献

Dimedone is the most widely used chemical probe for detection of cysteine sulfenic acid in peptides and proteins. The reaction of dimedone with cysteine sulfenic acid results in the formation of unique cysteine dimedone motif containing thioether bridge. Based on the structure of cysteine dimedone residue in polypeptide, a new building block of Fmoc-Cys(Dmd)-OH was developed for solid phase synthesis of peptide cysteine dimedone. Mass spectrometric sequencing of synthetic peptides have confirmed successful incorporation of cysteine dimedone in peptide chain using HBTU/HOBt as a coupling agent. The new method permits synthesis of peptides containing both cysteine thiol and cysteine dimedone in the same sequence which was difficult to achieve by conventional methods. The synthetic peptide of glutathione cysteine dimedone was used as a standard in probing the air-mediated oxidation of thiol to disulfide form of glutathione. The co-elution of standard peptide and reaction mixture of oxidation of glutathione in presence of dimedone using RP-HPLC have confirmed the formation of glutathione cysteine sulfenic as an intermediate in the air-mediated oxidation of glutathione. The synthetic peptides of cysteine dimedone may find application in the field of redox proteomics and generation of antibodies against modified cysteine residue.  相似文献
