超临界二氧化碳介质中钯催化炔烃羰基化反应

研究了以超临界二氧化碳为反应介质实现改善钯催化炔烃羰基化反应绿色性的方法 .研究结果表明 :醇的用量、二氧化碳压力和反应温度等因素均对钯催化炔烃羰基化反应的化学选择性均有影响 ,即存在炔烃的羰基化反应与氧化偶合反应的竞争     

Nanostructure Pt Electrode Obtained via Self-assembly of Nanoparticles on Conductive Oxide-coated Glass Substrate

Self-assembly of platinum nanoparticles were applied to fabrication of counter electrode for dye-sensitized solar cells on conductive oxide-coated glass substrate. The present Pt electrode exhibits high exchange current density of 220 mA/cm^2, which is comparable to those prepared by electrodeposition, magnetron sputtering or thermal decomposition of platinum chloride. After analysis by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), it was found that the catalyst was structurally characterized as nanosized platinum metal clusters and was continuously arranged on electrode surface. The present nanostructure electrode had high electrocatalytic activity for the reduction of iodine in organic solution.     

苯丙水溶胶的合成与性能研究(I) 聚合工艺和反应组分对聚合稳定性和胶体性能的影响

用一次投料法、半连续滴加法和单体预乳化法三种聚合工艺，合成了苯丙乳液聚合物，并加氨微细化，转化成水溶胶，考察了聚合工艺和反应组分（乳化剂，功能单体等）对苯丙乳液及其水溶胶反应稳定性和粒子大小及分布等胶体性能的影响。     

两个Pd(II)的异亚硝基乙酰丙酮亚胺配合物的合成和表征

合成了两个异亚硝基乙酰丙酮亚胺Pd(II)配合物，Pd(o-BrC_6H_4-IAI)_2 (1) 和Pd(C_6H_5CH_2-IAI)_2 (2)（IAI = isonitrosoacetylacetoneimino），用IR和 Raman光谱对两个配合物进行了表征，并测定了配合物1的晶体结构。配合物1晶体 属单斜晶系，空间群为P2_1/c，晶胞参数：a = 0.8013(2) nm，b = 1.8775(4) nm，c = 0.7905(2) nm，β = 98.22(3)°，V = 1.1770(5) nm~3，Z = 2，D_c = 1.892 g·cm~(-3)，F(000) = 656，R = 0.0663。在这两个配合物中，二齿 Schiff碱配体的异亚硝基（肟基）的N原子和亚胺的N原子与Pd(II)配位，形成反式 的PdN_4平面正方形配位构型。     

Synthesis of Thiourea Derivatives on Soluble Polymeric Support

A modified poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) has been developed as the soluble polymeric supports for liquid phase synthesis of novel thiourea derivatives.In each step of the sequence,the PEG-bound products were precipitated in cold Et2O and the unreacted materials and by-products were removed by simple filtration.The progress of reaction,purity of the isolation and the structure of the PEG-bound products were easily monitored by TLC,IR and ^1H NMR spectra.Representative thiourea derivatives were obtained in moderate yields with excellent purity from this modified PEG-bound product by the cleavage with 50% TFA/H2O.     

Pt/Al2O3蜂窝状催化剂上NO选择性催化还原反应动力学研究

采用多次涂层和浸渍法制备了蜂窝状Pt/Al2O3催化剂，并在高空速和大气体流量条件下对无梯度循环式反应器和积分反应器上催化剂的活性进行了比较。同时采用循环式反应器对动力学数据进行了测定。根据Langmuir-Hinshelwood模型和实验结果，推测了NO-C3H6-O2体系的SCR反应机理，并导出了NO和C3H6反应速率的数学表达式。据此所计算的理论模拟值能够与实验值很好地吻合。实验结果表明，氧气浓度对NO和C3H6的反应速率有明显的影响，二者均随着氧浓度c (O2)的增加达到峰值，再增加氧气浓度时，C3H6的反应速率r(C3H6)保持不变，而NO反应速率r (NO)却下降，而且下降的程度随着温度的升高而加剧。同时，随着氧气浓度增加，r (NO)达到最大值时的温度亦随之下降。     

(CH_3C_5H_4)_3Ln·THF(Ln=Sm,Ho,Tb,Yb)与环戊二烯生成(C_5H_5)_3Ln·THF的新反应

研究了(CH_3C_5H_4)_3Ln·THF (Ln = Sm,Ho,Tb,Yb)与环戊二烯高产率生成 (C_5H_5)_3Ln·THF的新反应。反应产物经过了元素分析、质谱和X射线的表征。产 物(C_5H_5)_3Ln·THF的特征结构参数,如五元碳环的碳原子与中心金属的平均距 离,五元碳环质心与中心金属距离,配位的四氢呋喃氧原子与中心金属距离,由于 “镧系收缩现象”,随着中心原子序数的增加而减小。     

A High Sensitivity Detection Method of Singlet Oxygen and Superoxide Anion

This paper, for the first time, reports a method that can be used as a highly sensitive probe for singlet oxygen (^1O2) and superoxide anion (O2^-) in vitro or in vivo. FCLA(3,7-dihydro-6-{4-[2-(N‘-(5-fluoresceinyl)thioureido)ethoxy]phenyl}-2-methylimidazo{1,2-a}pyrazin-3-one sodium salt), a chemiluminescence (CL) analysis reagent, has been reported to sensitively react with ^1O2 and O2^- to emit photons with a spectral peak of 525nm. In this work,when human serum albumin (HSA) was added into FCLA solution to enhance the CL intensity,approximately 20 times, compared to that without HSA. The enhanced CL had the same 525 nm spectral peak, identical to that without HSA. By gradually reducing the molecular oxygen content in the solution, we find that the auto-oxidation of oxygen molecules dissolved in the solution plays an important role in the CL process. Based on these experimental evidences, we propose a novel and highly sensitive detection method of ^1O2 and O2^- which may have a great potential in chemical and medical applications.     

N-茄呢基胺类糖酯化合物的合成及生理活性

在氢氧化钠和四丁基溴化铵存在下,将化合物2-N-茄呢基胺基苯甲酸(3)和N-茄呢基己二酰胺酸(6)分别与O-乙酰基溴代葡萄糖、O-乙酰基溴代半乳糖、O-乙酰基溴代乳糖和O-乙酰基溴代麦芽糖反应制得对应的糖酯4a～4d和7a～7d,由元素分析,IR,1H NMR和MS确证了8个新化合物的结构,并对其中6个化合物(4a,4d和7a～7d)在三种癌细胞模型上进行了一些初步体外生理活性的测试.     

C_(74)的结构、电子光谱及三阶线性光学性质的理论研究

用密度泛函（DFT）方法（BLYP/3－21G~*）研究了C_(74)的稳定几何构型。用 ZINDO及ab initio GIS两种方法对C_(74)的电子光谱进行了计算，预测C_(74)在红 外区域有光谱吸收。计算了C_(74)的三阶非线性光学系数<γ>为1.483 * 10~(-32) esu，它比C_(60)的<γ>（8.84 * 10~(-34) esu）要大得多。预测C_(74)亦将是 一种有很好应用前景的磁性材料。
