多波长线性回归法测定脑宁片的含量

本文采用多波长线性回归法测定脑宁片的含量。计算程序采用BASIC语言编制。氨基比林和咖啡因的回收率和相对标准偏差分别为98.03%-100.9%,1.0%-和97.77%-99.39%,0.61%。本法不经分离直接测定脑宁片中二组分的含量,方法简便、快速、结果满意。     

一种新型温湿度测量系统的设计

为了解决传统温湿度测量系统存在的标定和校准过程复杂而引起的精度不高的问题,文中介绍了一种新型的温湿度测量系统。该系统由瑞士SENSIR ION公司新生产的SHT11数字式温湿度传感器和日本NEC公司生产的78F9177Y单片机为核心组成,具有电路简单、免标定、精度高和可靠性好等优点。     

Synthesis and characterization of insulin-5-Fu conjugate,enabling insulin as multi-drug carrier via dendritic approach

To enable insulin as multi-drug carrier, we designed and synthesized dendritic linker molecule bearing three 5-Fluorouracil residues at the branch ends. The new conjugate showed excellent water solubility. The stabilities under different conditions were investigated. The results showed that the conjugate was a potential prodrug to release free 5-Fu.     

双波长分光光度法同时测定浆料中的聚乙烯醇和淀粉

本文报道了用双波长分光光度法同时测定变性聚乙烯醇和淀粉醋酸酯的一种新方法。分别选择670.0～540.0nm以及590.0～730.0nm波长对测定变性聚乙烯醇和淀粉醋酸酯。变性聚乙烯醇)～32μg/ml,淀粉醋酸酯0～130μg/ml浓度范围内,吸光度差值△A遵循比耳定律。当淀粉醋酸酯与变性聚乙烯醇的浓度比在1.3～16范围内,变性聚乙烯醇和淀粉醋酸酯的样品回收率分别为99.5～105%和97～108%。所拟定的方法可测定浆料中变性聚乙烯醇和淀粉醋酸酯。本法与盐酸水解淀粉法测定的聚乙烯醇含量相吻合。本法简便快速。     

耐硫催化剂上合成混合醇的研究

通过改进制备方法和添加助剂，用浸渍－热分解法制得了具有高活性和高选择性的MoS2-K-C型耐硫低碳混合醇催化剂。在8.0-11.0MPa,290-340℃，6000-12000h^-1,H2 S 浓度为100ppm 左右的条件下，在直流反应器中对催化剂进行了性能测试，结果表明，醇得率为0.14-0.47gROH(gcat·h)^-1，选择性为89-98%。同时，考察了操作条件对催化剂性能的影响。1042h的试验，证明催化剂具有很好的稳定性。     

膨润土对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能研究

为将膨润土作为消化道粘膜保护剂提供依据，本文研究了钠质，钙质膨润土对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能。研究了在20℃下的吸附动力学，测试了肿附速率常数，绘制了20℃下各型膨润土的吸附等温线，并求得其饱和吸附量。结果表明，20℃时钠质膨润土的吸附速率要快于钙质膨润,各型膨润土的吸附行为符合Langmuir方程，钠质膨润土的饱和吸附量qm为86．51mg/g，与粘膜保护剂思密达比较接近，而钙质膨润土吸附能力相对较弱。

Synthesis of water-soluble C_(60) derivatives and their scavenging free radical activity

Four piperazine-appended [60] fuilerenes (1a-1d) were synthesized and characterized. Their activities of scavenging radical were studied via UV-Vis and EPR. The results indicate that light irradiation is of advantage to increase the activity of scavenging radical.     

Study on Bifunctionality of Mo/HZSM-5 Catalysts for Methane Dehydro-Aromatization under Non-oxidative Condition

The optimum Mo/[H~+] ratio per unit cell of the active precursors in Mo/HZSM-5 catalysts for methane dehydro-aromatization, measured by 1H MAS NMR, was found to be about 1 when adjusting the acid sites by altering either the SiO2/Al2O3 ratios or the Mo loading. This implies that a concerted interaction between the Mo species and the Bronsted acid sites probably features the bifunctionality of the Mo/HZSM-5 catalyst. On the other hand, it was found that the driving force for Mo species to move into the HSZM-5 zeolite channels and the interaction between the Mo species and the Bronsted acid sites are closely and proportionably related with the amount of Bronsted acid sites per unit cell.
