以金属Au-Al为催化剂,在温度为1 100 ℃,N2气流量为1 500 sccm、生长时间为30 min,从Si(100)衬底上直接生长了直径约为50~120 nm、长度为数百纳米的高密度、大面积的Si纳米线。然后,利用Tb2O3在不同温度(1 000~1 200 ℃)、掺杂时间(30~90 min)和N2气流量(0~1 000 sccm)等工艺条件下对Si纳米线进行了Tb掺杂。最后,对Si(100)衬底进行了Tb掺杂对比。室温下,利用荧光分光光度计(Hitachi F-4600) 测试了Tb掺杂Si纳米线的光致发光特性。实验研究了不同掺杂工艺参数(温度、时间和N2气流量)对Tb3+绿光发射的影响。根据Tb3+能级结构和跃迁特性对样品的发射光谱进行了分析。结果表明,在温度为1 100 ℃,N2气流量为1 500 sccm、时间为30 min等条件下制备的Si纳米线为掺杂基质,Tb掺杂温度为1 100 ℃,N2气流量为1 000 sccm、光激发波长为243 nm时,获得了最强荧光发射,其波长为554 nm(5D4→7F5),同时还出现强度相对较弱的494 nm(5D4→7F6),593 nm(5D4→7F4)和628 nm(5D4→7F3)三条谱带。Tb掺杂的体Si衬底在波长554 nm处仅有极其微弱的光致发光峰。  相似文献

The high pressure induced phase transition in rhenium diselenides (ReSe(2)) and gold-doped rhenium diselenides (Au-ReSe(2)) at ambient temperature have been investigated using angular-dispersive x-ray diffraction (ADXRD) under high pressure up to around 10.50 and 9.98 GPa, respectively. In situ ADXRD measurements found that the phase transition pressures of ReSe(2) and Au-ReSe(2) began at 9.98 and 8.52 GPa, respectively. Compressibilities analysis shows the relationship of along c-axis > along a-axis > along b-axis. The linear compressibility of the pressure dependence of α, β, and γ of ReSe(2) shows that a phase transition can be related to a counterclockwise rotational trend of the selenium atoms around the chain of Re(4) atoms during the decrease of the c-axis distance by a combination of stresses due to the bending effect of α and stretching effect of β. The cause of the reduction of the phase transition pressure of Au-ReSe(2) is attributed mainly to a structural distortion as evidenced by the observation of a weak clockwise rotational trend of Se atoms around the chain of Re(4) atoms in the pressure range 3.99-4.99 GPa which subsequently reversed to counterclockwise rotation under higher pressure.  相似文献

This paper presents the application of the stochastic quasigradient method (SQG) of Ermoliev and Gaivaronski to the performance optimization of asynchronous flexible assembly systems (AFAS). These systems are subject to blocking and starvation effects that make complete analytic performance modeling difficult. A hybrid algorithm is presented in this paper which uses a queueing network model to set the number of pallets in the system and then an SQG algorithm is used to set the buffer spacings to obtain optimal system throughput. Different forms of the SQG algorithm are examined and the specification of optimal buffer sizes and pallet numbers for a variety of assembly systems with ten stations are discussed. The combined Network-SQG method appears to perform well in obtaining a near optimal solution in this discrete optimization example, even though the SQG method was primarily designed for application to differentiable performance functionals. While a number of both theoretical and practical problems remain to be resolved, a heuristic version of the SQG method appears to be a reasonable technique for analyzing optimization problems for certain complex manufacturing systems.  相似文献

A multifunctional ferrocene‐modified poly(glycidyl methacrylate) (PGMA‐Fc) and a difunctional β‐cyclodextrin derivative (bis‐CD) has been prepared for the construction of an electrically driven removable and self‐healing polymeric materials based on the complexation reaction between ferrocene and β‐CD groups. The chemical structures of PGMA‐Fc and bis‐CD have been characterized with Fourier transform infrared, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance, and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The effects of electrical voltages and medium conductivity on the decrosslinking efficiency of the crosslinked PGMA‐Fc/CD polymer have been examined. The PGMA‐Fc/CD network has shown removable feature and properties for application as a reworkable crosslinked material. Moreover, the crosslinked PGMA‐Fc/CD sample has shown electrically driven self‐healing behavior. The self‐healing performance could be enhanced with wetting the sample to increase the electrical conductivity. As a result, the material could serve as a self‐healing agent for commercial painting products. 利用Si(111)衬底, 以Au-Al为金属催化剂, 基于固-液-固生长机理, 在温度为1100℃, N2气流量为1.5 L/min、生长时间为30–90 min等工艺条件下, 制备了直径约为100 nm、长度为数微米的高密度、均匀分布、大面积的Si纳米线(~1010 cm-2). 对Si纳米线进行了Eu掺杂, 实验研究了不同长度的Si纳米线以及不同掺杂温度、掺杂时间等工艺参数对Eu离子红光发射的影响, 利用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪对Si纳米线表面形貌和Eu掺杂后Si纳米线的结晶取向进行了测量和表征; 室温下利用Hitachi F-4600型荧光分光光度计对样品的激发光谱和发射光谱进行了测试和分析. 结果表明: 在Si纳米线生长时间为30 min、掺杂温度为1000℃、 最佳激发波长为395 nm时, 样品最强荧光波长为619 nm (5D07F2); 同时, 还出现了576 nm (5D07F0), 596 nm (5D07F1), 658 nm (5D07F3)和708 nm (5D07F4)四条谱带.  相似文献

Molybdenum trioxide (MoO3) films were deposited on ITO/Glass substrates by the sol–gel method using a spin-coating technique and heat treated at various temperatures under different ambient atmosphere. Effects of the process parameters on the electrochromic properties of MoO3 films were studied using cyclic voltammetry (CV) in a propylene carbonate (PC) non-aqueous solution containing 1 M lithium perchlorate (LiClO4). Electrochromic MoO3 film on lithium intercalation was investigated by in-situ transmittance measurement during the CV process. The MoO3 films showed reversible recharge ability on Li+/e intercalation/deintercalation. Experimental results revealed that the heat-treatment temperature, the ambient atmosphere, and the thickness will have the string influence on the electrochromic properties of MoO3 thin films. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results show that the amorphous MoO3 films can be obtained with the heat-treatment temperature below 300 °C in O2 ambient atmosphere. The optimum electrochromic MoO3 film, with a thickness of 130 nm, exhibits a maximum transmittance variation (ΔT%) of 30.9%, an optical density change (ΔOD) of 0.213, an intercalation charge (Q) of 8.47 mC/cm2, an insertion coefficient x in Li x MoO3 was 0.21 and a coloration efficiency (η) of 25.1 cm2/C between the colored and bleached states at a wavelength (λ) of 550 nm.  相似文献

2,2′-Bipyridyl and some substituted compounds catalyze effectively the oxidation of isopropyl alcohol by chromic acid. The reaction is first order in chromium(VI), alcohol and 2,2′-bipyridyl; it is first order in hydrogen ions at high acidity and slightly alters to second order at low acidity. The proposed mechanism shows that the rate-limiting step is mainly the decomposition of a termolecular complex to products. However, at low acidity, the formation step of this complex is a little less reversible and hence somewhat rate-limiting. Electron-donating substituents at the 4-position enhance the catalytic activity. Electron-withdrawing substituents at the 4- and 2-positions diminish the reaction rates by electronic and steric factors.  相似文献
