Two new abietane‐type diterpenoids, named triptobenzene R ( 1 ) and triptobenzene S ( 2 ), together with three known abietane‐type diterpenoids, triptophenolide ( 3 ), triptonodiol ( 4 ), and triptonoterpene methyl ether ( 5 ), were isolated from the roots of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook . f. Their structures and relative configurations were established by detailed spectral studies, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR (HSQC, HMBC, and NOESY), and HR‐ESI‐TOF‐MS, and by comparison with published data. Their absolute configurations were assigned by the CD technique, applied for the first time to abietane diterpenes from Tripterygium wilfordii. Compound 2 is the first abietane‐type norditerpenoid isolated from the genus Tripterygium.  相似文献

Chemical investigation on the stem and root of Melicope pteleifolia afforded three new prenylated benzene metabolites as racemic mixtures, named pteleifolins A–C ( 1 – 3 , resp.). Their gross structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, especially 2D‐NMR experiments. An enantiomer resolution of (±)‐ 1 using chiral HPLC was performed, and the absolute configuration of the enantiomers were determined to be (+)‐(S) 1 and (?)‐(R) 1 by means of circular‐dichroism analysis.  相似文献

A facile and simple protocol for the 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition of organic azides with terminal alkynes catalyzed by doped nano‐sized Cu2O on melamine? formaldehyde resin (nano‐Cu2O? MFR) as a new and convenient heterogeneous catalyst is described. In this method, ‘click’ cycloaddition of various structurally diverse β‐azido alcohols and alkynes in the presence of nano‐Cu2O? MFR in H2O/THF 1 : 2 furnished the corresponding 1,4‐disubstituted 1H‐1,2,3‐triazole adducts 1a – 1o in good to excellent yields at room temperature (Scheme and Table 3). The nano‐Cu2O? MFR was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), inductively coupled plasma (ICP) analysis, and FT‐IR. The nano‐Cu2O? MFR could be easily recovered and recycled from the reaction mixture and reused for many consecutive trials without significant decrease in activity (Table 4). The in vitro antibacterial activities of all synthesized compounds were tested on several Gram‐positive and/or Gram‐negative bacteria (Table 5). The results demonstrate the promising antibacterial activity for some of the synthesized compounds.  相似文献

We present here a practical stereoselective synthetic method to produce enantiopure isomers of a new muscarinic receptor antagonist, HL‐031120 (3‐quinuclidinyl‐2′‐cyclopentyl‐2′‐hydroxy‐2′‐phenylacetate, I). Four optical isomers were effectively by stereoselective synthesized using pivaldehyde as steric hindrance agent from the chiral starting material, (S) or (R)‐mandelic acid. Novel pyrrolo[1′,5′‐a]‐1,8‐naphthyridine compounds have been synthesized through a facile one‐pot process by the reaction of the corresponding 1,8‐naphthyridines with aliphatic anhydride. The structures were established by spectroscopic data. Further X‐ray crystal analysis of 4′‐acetyl‐7‐methyl‐pyrrolo[1′,5′‐a]‐1,8‐naphthyridine (1) identifies its intriguing molecular structure and reveals the strong π‐π stacking.  相似文献

A series of C‐3,4,5‐substituted 2,6‐dimethyl‐1,4‐dihydropyridines (1,4‐DHPs) with pharmacological properties were prepared by a variation from the classical Hantzsch synthesis. The procedure involves treatment of the respective aldehyde with either ethyl‐3‐aminocrotonate or 3‐aminocrotonitrile in anhydrous acetic acid at temperatures not exceeding 60°C, thus minimizing by‐product formation. The structures of title compounds were elucidated by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FTIR, and elemental analysis.  相似文献

Two types of β‐enaminoketone derivatives of 3‐(2‐oxo‐2‐arylethylidene)‐3,4‐dihydro‐1H‐quinoxalin‐2‐ones and 3‐(2‐oxo‐2‐arylethylidene)‐3,4‐dihydro‐benzo[1,4]oxazin‐2‐ ones were effectively and conveniently prepared in good to excellent yields under solvent‐free conditions via the catalysis of sulfamic acid in the corresponding condensations of o‐phenylenediamine and o‐aminophenol with ethyl 2,4‐dioxo‐4‐arylbutyrate respectively. The compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR, and a representative was further determined by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献
