This paper presents the characteristics of high-stability white organic light-emitting diodes (WOLEDs). For the preparation of WOLEDs with a single-emission layer (EML), the source materials of MADN, BCzVB, C6, and DCJTB were solvent premixed before evaporation. The structure of the WOLEDs was ITO/NPB (50 nm)/EML (40 nm)/Bphen (30 nm)/Al (200 nm). The materials that comprised the EML for dual- and tri-wavelength WOLEDs were MADN:BCzVB:DCJTB and MADN:BCzVB:C6:DCJTB, respectively. The energy transfer between the host and the dyes influenced the luminance efficiency and chromaticity coordinates of the devices. The maximum current efficiencies were 6.34 and 6.38 cd/A for the dual- and tri-wavelength WOLEDs, respectively. The efficiency of the WOLEDs was enhanced by C6 doping, although a slight variation in the chromaticity coordinates was observed, which was resulted from variations in the applied voltage. 相似文献

Cyclotron harmonic interactions are a key physics issue of critical importance to the generation of terahertz radiation via the electron cyclotron maser instability for practical magnetic field strengths. We present an inherent mechanism, as well as a deciding factor, which governs the competition between low- and high-harmonic interactions. Multimode simulations reveal the physical process in which a significant advantage develops for the lower-harmonic interaction, which eventually dominates in the fully nonlinear stage. This article is concerned with determining the production–shipment policy for an economic production quantity model with quality assurance and an improved delivery schedule. We extend a recent work by Chiu et al. [Y.-S.P. Chiu, C.-A.K. Lin, H.-H. Chang, and V. Chiu, Mathematical modeling for determining economic batch size and optimal number of deliveries for EPQ model with quality assurance, Math. Comput. Model. Dyn. Sys. 16 (4) (2010), pp. 373–388] by incorporating an alternative delivery plan that aims at lowering the inventory holding cost for both supplier and buyer in such an integrated inventory system. Mathematical modelling along with Hessian matrix equations is used, and as a result the optimal production batch size and optimal number of deliveries are derived. This paper is concerned with numerical solutions of a coupled system of arbitrary number of
quasilinear elliptic equations under combined Dirichlet and nonlinear boundary conditions.
A finite difference system for a transformed system of the quasilinear equations is formulated,
and three monotone iterative schemes for the computation of numerical solutions are given using
the method of upper and lower solutions.
It is shown that each of the three monotone iterations converges to a minimal solution
or a maximal solution depending on whether the initial iteration is a lower solution or an upper solution.
A comparison result among the three iterative schemes is given. Also shown is the convergence of the minimal
and maximal discrete solutions to the corresponding minimal and maximal solutions of the continuous system
as the mesh size tends to zero. These results are applied to a heat transfer problem with
temperature dependent thermal conductivity and a Lotka-Volterra cooperation system with degenerate diffusion.
This degenerate property leads to some interesting distinct property of the system when compared with
the non-degenerate semilinear systems. Numerical results are given to the above problems,

Based on Mindlin’s plate theory, the frequency spectra for flexural and thickness-shear vibrations of a finite beam-plate with different combinations of boundary conditions are presented and studied. Comparing them with the dispersion curves of the infinite beam-plate reveals an intrinsic relation between resonant vibration and guided wave propagation. The fundamental frequency spectra, which are for beam-plates with hinged and/or guided edges, are found to play an important role in understanding the spectra of beam-plates with other boundary conditions. 相似文献

This article is concerned with numerical solutions of finite difference systems of reaction diffusion equations with nonlinear internal and boundary reaction functions. The nonlinear reaction functions are of general form and the finite difference systems are for both time-dependent and steady-state problems. For each problem a unified system of nonlinear equations is treated by the method of upper and lower solutions and its associated monotone iterations. This method leads to a monotone iterative scheme for the computation of numerical solutions as well as an existence-comparison theorem for the corresponding finite difference system. Special attention is given to the dynamical property of the time-dependent solution in relation to the steady-state solutions. Application is given to a heat-conduction problem where a nonlinear radiation boundary condition obeying the Boltzmann law of cooling is considered. This application demonstrates a bifurcation property of two steady-state solutions, and determines the dynamic behavior of the time-dependent solution. The theory of generalized rays is applied to analyze transient waves in a layered half-space with non-parallel interfaces. The propagation, transmission, reflection, and refraction of SH waves which are generated by a line source in the surface layer of a three-layer model are considered, each of the two overlaying layers having a different dipping angle.Generalized ray integrals for multi-reflected rays in the top layer and for rays that are transmitted into the lower layer and then refracted back into the top layer are formulated by using three rotated coordinate systems, one for each interface, and are expressed in terms of local wave slowness along each interface. Through a series of transformations of the local slownesses, all ray integrals are expressible in a common slowness variable. The arrival time of each ray undergoing multiple reflections and transmissions is then determined from the stationary value of the phase function with common slowness of the ray integral.
