Precise revealing the mechanisms of excited-state intermolecular proton transfer (ESPT) and the corresponding geometrical relaxation upon photoexcitation and photoionization remains a formidable challenge. In this work, the compound (E)-4-(((4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)imino)methyl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenol (TIMDP) adopting a D-π-A molecular architecture featuring a significant intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) effect has been designed. With the presence of perchloric acid (35 %), TIMDP can be dissolved through the formation of a HClO4–H2O–OH(TIMDP)–N(TIMDP) hydrogen-bonding bridge. At the ground state, the ICT effect is dominant, giving birth to crystals of TIMDP. Upon external stimuli (e.g., UV light irradiation, electro field), the excited state is achieved, which weakens the ICT effect, and significantly promotes the ESPT effect along the hydrogen-bonding bridge, resulting in crystals of [HTIMDP]+ ⋅ [H2O] ⋅ [ClO4]−. As a consequence, the mechanisms of the ESPT can be investigated, which distorted the D-π-A molecular architecture, tuned the emission color with the largest Stokes shift of 242 nm, and finally, high photoluminescence quantum yields (12 %) and long fluorescence lifetimes (8.6 μs) have achieved. The spallation cross-section data for the long-lived fission products(LLFPs) are scarce but required for the design of accelerator driven systems. In this paper, the isospin dependent quantum molecular dynamics model and the statistical code GEMINI are applied to simulate deuteron-induced spallation in the energy region of GeV/nucleon. By comparing the calculations with the experimental data, the applicability of the model is verified. The model is then applied to simulate the spallation of 90 Sr, 93 Zr, 107 Pd, and 137 Cs induced by deuterons at 200, 500 and 1000 MeV/nucleon. The cross-sections of isotopes, the cross-sections of long-lived nuclei, and the reaction energy are presented.Using the above observables, the feasibility of LLFP transmutation by spallation is discussed. 相似文献

The nature of the 2e/12c bond and its conversion to a carbon-carbon single bond in phenalenyl dimers have prompted a great deal of interests recently. In this work, we theoretically investigated a series of π-stacking phenalenyl derivatives with 2e/12c bonding character by density functional theory (DFT) calculations to elucidate origin of this unusual bond conversion. Results show that bond-conversion of the phenalenyl dimer easily occurs at room-temperature both dynamically and thermodynamically. However, bond-conversion of hetero π-stacking adducts, in which the two center carbon atoms were substituted by boron and nitrogen atoms, respectively, is much more difficult, because the 2e/12c bond is stabilized by its charge transfer character. Consequently, the bond-conversion is an endothermic process, albeit with a low conversion barrier. Interestingly, Lewis acid-base interactions would be induced by substitution of the center nitrogen atom to phosphorus atom. The 2e/12c bond is further stabilized by 5.9 kcal mol−1 and its conversion is also thermodynamically unfavorable. 相似文献

Enzymes contain several subunits to maintain different biological functions. However, it remains a great challenge for specific discrimination of one subunit over another. Toward this end, the fluorescent probe TPEMA is now presented for highly specific detection of the B subunit of cytosolic creatine (CK) kinase isoenzyme (CK-B). Owing to its aggregation-induced emission property, TPEMA shows highly boosted emission toward CK-B with a fast response time and very low interference from other analytes, including the M subunit of CK (CK-M). With the aid of a Job plot assay, ITC assay and molecular dynamics simulation, it was directly confirmed that the remarkably enhanced fluorescence of TPEMA in the presence of CK-B results from the restriction of single molecular motion in the cavity. Zeolite Beta single crystals with intracrystalline hierarchical porosity at macro-, meso-, and micro-length scales can effectively overcome the diffusion limitations in the conversion of bulky molecules. However, the construction of large zeolite Beta single crystals with such porosity is a challenge. We report herein the synthesis of hierarchically ordered macro-mesoporous single-crystalline zeolite Beta (OMMS-Beta) with a rare micron-scale crystal size by an in situ bottom-up confined zeolite crystallization strategy. The fully interconnected intracrystalline macro-meso-microporous hierarchy and the micron-sized single-crystalline nature of OMMS-Beta lead to improved accessibility to active sites and outstanding (hydro)thermal stability. Higher catalytic performances in gas-phase and liquid-phase acid-catalyzed reactions involving bulky molecules are obtained compared to commercial Beta and nanosized Beta zeolites. To activate electronic and optical functions of the redox-active metal–organic framework, (Me2NH2)[InIII(TTFTB)]⋅0.7 C2H5OH⋅DMF (Me2NH2@ 1 , TTFTB=tetrathiafulvalene-tetrabenzoate, DMF=N,N-dimethylformamide), has been exchanged by tetrathiafulvalenium (TTF.+) and N,N′-dimethyl-4,4′-bipyridinium (MV2+). These cations provide electron carriers and photosensitivity. The exchange retains the crystallinity allowing single-crystal to single-crystal post-synthetic transformation to TTF@ 1 and MV@ 1 . Both TTF.+ and MV2+ enhance the electrical conductivity by a factor of 102 and the visible light induced photocurrent by 4 and 28 times, respectively. EPR evidences synergetic effect involving charge transfer between the framework redox-active TTFTB bridges and MV2+. The results demonstrate that functionalization of MOF by cation exchange without perturbing the crystallinity extends possibilities to achieve switchable materials. 相似文献
