蒸镀法制备全有机并五苯薄膜场效应晶体管

以全蒸镀方法在真空室内一次性制备了正装结构的全有机并五苯薄膜场效应晶体管。正装结构全蒸镀法有利于简化工艺制备程序,缩小器件尺寸,提高集成度。制备的绝缘层厚度仅为50nm的全有机薄膜场效应晶体管,器件的工作电压降至10V,相同电压下饱和输出电流有了明显提高。筛选适当的有机绝缘材料,改善全有机薄膜场效应晶体管有源层/绝缘层的界面性能,使阈值电压几乎降至0V,场效应迁移率提高了3倍多,输出饱和电流也有了明显的提高。     

Electrodynamic Analysis of Dissipative Electromagnetic Materials Based on Fractional Derivative

The generalized Lagrangian is defined in a dissipative electromagnetic medium on the basis of the combination of dynamical analysis and fractional derivative. Lorentz medium models are obtained by formulating relevant Euler-Lagrange equations. The invariance is obtained subsequently by investigating the invariance of time variation in the system, and then the relation between the related Hamiltonian and electromagnetic energy density is investigated. Canonical equations are obtained eventually. The electrodynamic interpretation on dissipative electromagnetic systems is revealed.     

Transmission-mode GaN photocathode based on graded Al_xGa_(1-x)N buffer layer

We create a GaN photocathode based on graded Alx Ga1-x N buffer layers to overcome the influence of buffer-emission layer interface on the photoemission of transmission-mode GaN photocathodes.A gateshaped spectral response with a 260-nm starting wavelength and a 375-nm cut-off wavelength is obtained.Average quantum efficiency is 15% and short wavelength responses are almost equivalent to long wavelength ones.The fitted interface recombination velocity is 5×104 cm/s,with negligible magnitude,proving that the design of the graded buffer layers is efficient in obtaining good interface quality between the buffer and the emission layer.     

Development and test of SEOP neutron spin filter in Japan

We have begun the development of an in-situ spin-exchange optical pumping (SEOP) system aiming to use it as a neutron spin filter for incident beam polarization at the Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex (J-PARC). To use it, it is recommended that the optics be adjusted easily, have high stability, and have a small size. In this paper we improved our previous SEOP system aiming to use it in J-PARC and performed a neutron beam test at the JRR-3 NOP beamline to see the performance of the neutron spin filter (NSF). The polarization of the ³He gas reached 73%. This paper gives the present status of the development of in-situ SEOP system in J-PARC.     

Highly sensitive miniature photonic crystal fiber refractive index sensor based on mode field excitation

A highly sensitive miniature photonic crystal fiber refractive index sensor based on field mode excitation is presented. The sensor is fabricated by melting one end of a photonic crystal fiber into a rounded tip and splicing and collapsing the other end with a single-mode fiber. The rounded tip is able to induce cladding mode excitation, which resulted in an additional phase delay. Linear response of 262.28 nm/refractive index unit in the refractive index range of 1.337 to 1.395 is obtained for the physical length of a 953 μm sensor. The sensor is also shown to be insensitive to environmental temperature.     

Enhanced photocatalytic activity and stability of nano-scaled TiO2 co-doped with N and Fe

Titanium dioxide (TiO₂) nanoparticles co-doped with N and Fe were prepared via modified sol-gel process. The products were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), N₂ adsorption, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy, photoluminescence (PL), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It is shown that the prepared TiO₂ particles were less than 10 nm with narrow particle size distribution. The addition of MCM-41 caused the formation of Ti-O-Si bond which fixed the TiO₂ on MCM-41 surface, thus restricted the agglomeration and growth of TiO₂ particles. The photocatalytic performance in the degradation of methylene blue showed that N, Fe co-doped TiO₂ exhibited much higher photocatalytic activity than doped sample with nitrogen or Fe³⁺ alone under both UV and visible light. N, Fe co-doping decreased the loss of doping N during the degradation reaction, thus increased the photocatalytic stability. It was also found that the nitridation time had significant influence on the photocatalytic activity of prepared TiO₂ catalysts.     

Score vectors of tournaments

A tournament T on any set X is a dyadic relation such that for any x, y ∈ X (a) (x, x) ? T and (b) if x ≠ y then (x, y) ∈ T iff (y, x) ? T. The score vector of T is the cardinal valued function defined by R(x) = |{y ∈ X : (x, y) ∈ T}|. We present theorems for infinite tournaments analogous to Landau's necessary and sufficient conditions that a vector be the score vector for some finite tournament. Included also is a new proof of Landau's theorem based on a simple application of the “marriage” theorem.     

鲜牛奶变质过程的激光诱导荧光光谱研究

本文用激光诱导荧光（LIF）方法对鲜牛奶和酸牛奶变质过程进行了荧光光谱研究,介绍了所用测试系统的组成及测试方法,给出了变质过程荧光谱,并对测试结果进行了分析,研究表明,变质过程与荧光光谱之间存在密切联系。     

Observation of large CP violation in the neutral B meson system

We present a measurement of the standard model CP violation parameter sin2 phi(1) based on a 29.1 fb(-1) data sample collected at the Upsilon(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e(+)e(-) collider. One neutral B meson is fully reconstructed as a J/psi K(S), psi(2S)K(S), chi(c1)K(S), eta(c)K(S), J/psi K(L), or J/psi K(*0) decay and the flavor of the accompanying B meson is identified from its decay products. From the asymmetry in the distribution of the time intervals between the two B meson decay points, we determine sin2 phi(1) = 0.99+/-0.14(stat)+/-0.06(syst). We conclude that we have observed CP violation in the neutral B meson system.
